Awesome Tuesday night spot. Its swinging night. They start with free introductory swing out lessons at 7pm. Then you can stay and practice what you learn. Great mature adult atmosphere.

Good shop. I am in my bad luck time period where my shoe broke in 2 months. Choose the more expensive products they have the best quality. However, this is still a solid shop with 30 years experience. It has top notch stuff.

This difficult to find business is the premier place to go for adult and childrens dance shoes in the Houston area. Yes, they have those bejeweled shoes you have probably seen but couldnt find. They also have dance accessories from dresses to shoe bags.

Robert seemed very knowledgeable about the women’s ballroom shoes that I tried on. There were probably 40+ different ones to choose from, and he allowed me to try on quite a few until I found the ones that felt the best. The prices seem to be a lot higher in the store than I found on Amazon, but this was my first pair so I really needed to get fit in-store. I just wish there was more hardwood floor or at least non-carpet area in the store so I could have danced around in the shoes before purchasing. On carpet they felt much easier to balance in.

Dance Galaxy was the third dance supply shop we visited. The first two had limited supplies and little help beyond a narrow margin of dance types. The proprietor of Dance Galaxy was able to get the supplies we needed, but also offer advice on using the items. They have a lot more equipment than what is in the showroom, so if what you are looking for is not immediately available, ask and they can probably get it. The shop is deceptively small for the selection of items they have.

I bought my first pair of real ballroom shoes here on Saturday. They fit me perfectly and they were very reasonably priced. I also purchased tights and, since they are my first pair of dance tights, I didn’t know what to expect but they are very well constructed. Will be back for the satin ones soon.

Hidden gem for sure. First time ballet mom and was contemplating going to big chain stores to look for shoes. Found this store and it’s so conveniently located. Friendly service, guides you and gives you pointers on what would be best.

I started ballroom dancing a few months ago, and am so glad I discovered this place. It has an extensive selection of dance shoes and apparel, for both practice and performance. The staff was really helpful in directing me to what I needed, which I was grateful for as a newbie. Plus, their selection of shoes seems to rotate out fairly often, so there is always a new temptation.

I went here today for some ballroom shoes. I drove up from the south side of Houston. I came in and chose some styles to try on. Robert helped me try them on and also brought about an extra design he thought was better for my dark brown skin. It never occurred to me to find a shoe that matches my skin color better. Had to admit, made my leg line look sleeker. Appreciate the attention to detail and service. Thanks.

Great store for dancers. They actually carry mens dance shoes and have enough sizes to fit my son. That is tough to find dance stores that can cater to men also. Super friendly staff and we will be back.

This place is a great go to for Dancewear and costumes that you need for dance competitions or just for school activities that require you to wear items for dance. The owner there is very friendly and hes very approachable you can let him know what do you need and he will give you the best advice on how to handle items that you need for dance. The best part he is almost $3 cheaper than most area dance wear stores in the Southwest.

My experience here was exceptional. Needed a top for my granddaughter and it didnt take long to locate the style and size right away. Its good to see a male figure to talk about metro sizes on shirts, skirts, and tops.

The owners can be quite rude. They act like helping you find something or answering your questions is a chore. Was once asked if I could leave so the owner could go to lunch as his “friend was waiting” for him.

OMG, will never go to this store ever AGAIN!!! WHAT A TERRIBLE PERSON THE GUY IS!!! He was VERY RUDE to my friend when she was trying to explain to him that the product already had disfunction with it, but he kept over talking her, telling her to SHUSH SHUSH!!!n and then told her she was trespassing and her service didnt belong there. I dont think I ever had customer service so bad in my entire life.
