Fast self checkout every time I go cant complain

I can always find what I need at Walmart. I took a star off because I can sometimes find cheaper prices at other stores, especially for groceries. Also, I wish ALL Walmarts had the same layout so you always feel you’re at your home Walmart, knowing exactly where to find everything.

Its awesome and I can go in there and catch their buy one get one free 50 lb bag of dog food deal I mean come on you cant beat its a steal

Loved it but didnt like that the self checkout was the only option

We should get an discount for checking out our own groceries

The staff could be more pleasant inside an they could he the grocery pick up people to read an get the simple things that was asked for an stop putting in what they want too. 6/10 stars

I use the delivery service and its always on time. I am really satisfied I have a baby and I dont like to take him out to much at this time. So this service is extremely convenient for me right now. I also had a small issue the other day with a item not in my delivery. This store resolved the issue immediately and that item was on the way.

Roberto from the outdoor area was AMAZING!! went out of his way, took his time to look for the specific item I needed and kept a positive and friendly appearance the entire time. Def give him specifically 5 stars!

Omg this place was super cold I just knew I was gonna have to sit outside because I cant enjoy my food with chills running down my spine...but food was ok not wonderful but ok...the place only had about 5 couples eating..

Im not one to go to Walmart a lot, but let me tell you, I got the best and most kind employee service here in the electronics department. The guy helped in picking the best phone and service for my needs. I know I was kind of a bother, but he went above and beyond to help me. When Im back on the area, I just might stop and shop the rest of the store.

My pickup order experience was the best that its ever been. A gentleman Antonio & another with curly hair communicated everything in a quick, courteous & kind way. Im grateful for them because my previous two times ordering online for pickup, at two other stores near Cypress, were horrible(getting my order wrong & not having my order on time). Will definitely be coming back to this location! Thank you!

Parking area for grocery pick up is horrible. It can definitely damage your vehicle. No one answered phone for pick up for groceries. Never again

Sometimes theyre very helpful and other times youre on your own.

In store customer service is terrible. I asked someone for help on mattresses and they sent me to a different dept I went to that dept they sent me to and they said I needed to go to a different dept. NO ONE really likes to help here. Then i finally went to the CORRECT DEPT. by the way it shows they have 4 items of what I need in stock. They stated if it’s not on the floor they don’t have it. They didn’t even bother checking.

Im in quarantine because geo put someone they knowingly had symptoms in with me and my roommates instead of moving us they just quarantined us jeopardizing our health. Im glad I got my vaccine I shouldnt be in here. Already more than a month has went by and my interstate compact has not been turned in to Austin it goes back and forth between my parole officer and her supervisor . One says she turned it in the other says she hasnt seen it. Turn in another one 2 weeks go by call Austin, no file.

Walmart stores are always dirty the bathroom mainly the parents dont watch the kids they just let them loose bathrooms toilets paper and dirty diapers every were I 10 East at Freeport no respect at all for others and others property when the parents loose respect for there self then how are you suppose to teach your kids this world is a loosing battle. to many other country over here just to use us all and help there own Sorry Walmart just telling it like it is that is all American citizen

Walmart is one of my favorite place. There very nice, helpful, and will never rush you and will do whatever it takes to satisfy the costumer

( Came in to this Walmart for the first time and actually had a great time shopping)BUT as we walked in to get a cart and were gonna put our baby in the front seat, my husband and I realized the seat was broken and we didn’t want our baby to get cut with the seat so we put it to the side and got a new one.However as we were doing so Robert the front door greeter grabbed the cart we had set to the side & VERY ANGRILY threw it into the pile with the other carts and STATED “ well if you guys aren’t going to use it, someone else will! “We were very shocked, I’m not sure if he was very upset about something else but there is NO REASON to take it out on the customers.We got there around 3:20pm on Sept. 5th, review your cameras and you will see how YOUR associate treats your paying customers. Won’t be back.

Standing outside Wal-Mart now and website says open 6am, Google says open 6am, front door says open at 6am and doors are locked and associate says open at 7?On a business trip and need something asap and absolutely no luck ok getting inside during their business hours.Change the hours or open when posted.

They need to do better with the temperature control. It was very warm in there today. Also, please put the benches back down. People need places to sit while waiting on their taxi, especially the elderly and disabled

Used curbside pickup for first time. Bought pet supplies about 5 heavy items, and other than waiting for what I thought was a long time everything went smooth. Other than that its a walmart like other Walmart

The parking lot is consistently left an utter mess. Step out of your vehicle and you’ll find vomit, trash, and the occasional runaway cart about to ram an unsuspecting tail light. The inside of the store is roughly the same as any other Walmart however I’d still drive an extra 5 minutes to the next closest Walmart.

If I could give no stars thats what this store would get. I put in an order for delivery everything was going fine until it was time for them to deliver then the driver doesnt even show up and takes my order back to the store not once but twice finally had to have corporate customer care cancel my order because no one at the store can pick up a phone. Very disappointed with this experience Im always fighting for Walmart employees not at this store.

This Walmart was well stocked and had a great selection.

Went there to get my dad a birthday cake, bought him shoes, a shirt, and record sleaves. He liked the cake and shoes . Happy birthday dad

Very crowded but clean and well organized., So I was in and out with no problems

I went looking for multiple different items and found nothing useful. I wanted a pool for my child but they were all too small and way overpriced. The workers were useless and no one seemed to know where anything was. Most of them said sorry not sure before I even finished asking my question. To be honest the store couldnt care less about loosing (one) customer so they probably treat everyone this way. Sucks being the consumer in that situation.

Very disappointed in this Walmart. Very bad experience. I couldnt even buy a pair of socks because they have them locked in cages. If I could describe this Walmart in one word. Id say ghetto

Just came to the Walmart vision department to have the plastic nose pieces replaced on my eyeglasses. They broke the metal holder for the plastic nose piece and told me its not their fault. They have no written policy just word of mouth. I would be cautious about coming here. I know they have lost my business for good

This Walmart is always packed and forever sold out of stuff. If you do get a few things be prepared to wait in line forever so many people there. The next better one is about just a mile to wallisville rd. Off the beltway 8 north exit off i-10east. Alot better and more calm. Good luck with your trip to wally world guys

Not too far away from Studio 6 hotel around a lot of food places Walmart is full of people due to the hurricane either situation but its getting people out of that fast. Kudos to Walmart in Baytown Texas

This is actually my favorite Walmart to go to!!, Things are always well stocked, I can get in and out quickly as I like.

Went to get some shoes for my patient.Called ahead to make sure they had them. Arrived there and was told they do not have them. If its not on the floor we do not have them. The person I spoke to did not know what they were talking about. Complete waste of time and gas.

Wish it was cleaner, inside & outside. Parents, dont allow your children to run around & treat the store like a playground, ugh.

Prefer this location over many of the others. Can be pretty packed after 5pm which gets annoying but the lines typically move at a steady pace.

I like Walmart store because its One Stop Shop everything households need is there.

Great place to shop. You can pretty much find whatever your looking for. From clothes AND shoes to tires for your car. This Walmart is usually always stocked and seems to have more registers open than most Walmarts I go to. Three employees are friendly and helpful and the restrooms are clean. Theyre taking all the precautions to prevent covid also.

Took about 45 minutes to get some assistance with the batteries. After all that the size and price we were told was COMPLETELY Wrong!! The Customer Service Manager didnt care, did look to check, didnt Sk the associate, didnt check the shelf to confirm. She just said, Well thats the price, if you dont want to pay that we can put it Back. That was all the Customer Service we got. We even requested a Store Manager or Assistant Manager and was told NO ONE WORKS after 5pm. However, we call back while leaving and a Co-Manager was there. Horrible Customer Service, just Horrible

I dont know what is happening at Walmart but every time I go is hot as hell .I dont know if the a/c is not working or what but Ive been to several in Brownsville tx and in Houston tx and its the same story. Customers do not like to shop and sweat.

Staffing are wonderful and very nice

You still need an interpreter bring your own security guards watch your car while youre in there not shopping for anything. Theres nothing on the shelves you got to watch your own car and the vagrants will hit you up for every dime you got. You need a bulldozer to take away their home outside of the store.

This Walmart location is always so busy but the lines go pretty fast. Its hard to keep a store that has so much customer volume absolutely clean but I guess they do their best.

Did not have what i needed !Then i went to order item on line, it cost over $ 100.00 but the shipping was not going to be free ? The advertising says anything ordered over $ 35.00 is free shipping.then a nother advertisement says free shipping on any online order?? That is bought through Wal-Mart. I understand that the items mite come from a nother co. Selling the items, but it comes through wal-Mart so in my opinion the shipping still should be free..i will get the item somewhere else because by the time i pay shipping i would pay over one and a half times the cost of the item! So i can get the item cheaper from some where else. By the way the item Im referring to is tires for my trailer.also dont try to get help with any technical questions no one can tell you and with online orders wal-Mart does not have an option when you call to find out about the item.

I saw a car with a broken window in front of me. The glass was all over the floor, so it must have happened there.Also I couldnt find the curbside pick up parking places.And an employee was rude to me when I asked her for help because I couldnt find the bandaids. I found them like 20 mins later in the cosmetic section for some reason. I walked the pharmacy section at least 3 times. Couldnt find them. I had given up on them and went to look for some makeup. The bandaids were in there.

Confusing lines inside the store. The orange footprints turned out to be for package pickup, but they paralleled and then intersected the much longer line for customer service and money services. But the store itself is clean, orderly and well lighted.

Great assistance from stocker and directed me right to my item of choice that I wanted to purchase. They have a juice bar, deli, and hot foods with great attentive staff.

Walmart has everything. There is a problem with the service. When you need something you cant find anybody to help you. You have to end up going to the courtesy booth to get them to call somebody and then you wait forever for somebody to come. If youre lucky the person that comes to help you can speak English or at least understand it. We shop at Walmart all the time. We would like to see more American made products.

The Houston Walmart didnt have a lot of items that Louisiana have. They keep a lot of things locked so you need someone to come and get for you
