This place was extremely unprofessional, the workers were rude, tired, and could care less about helping me. I was prescribed crutches and a knee brace. They werent helpful in making sure i could get around nicely or considerate of my injury. I had to stand the whole time and was asked to go back and forth to my car severaltimes as they wanted my private medical records from the doctor to prove my injury. Furthermore they didnt have the knee brace i needed and almost refused to give me my prescription back so that i could go to another store with it, saying they needed the original copy for their records. Luckily after some arguing they gave me the copy back, but if they had not i wouldnt be able to go get the actual brace I needed. They also were hesitant to give me my medical records and care instructions from the doctor back claiming they needed it for records once again after some arguing i got it back. This place is unprofessional and the workers have ZERO human decency. I WILL NEVER BE RETURNING AND I SUGGEST YOU DONT GO HERE EITHER

Wow. This is definitely my go to for any and all medical supplies. I go here for my grandma and my little boy because their products vary so well. The ladies in the front are humble, kind and I can tell they genuinely care about, not just medical supplies, but their customers too... you dont see this much anymore. Keep up the good work!

Great customer service. Love the receptionists there, they are so kind they had everything I needed for my mom. Will definitely be back

Rude, horrible customer service. Was promised on 3 different days a product would be delivered & waited around all day for nothing (signature & presence at home was required).When I finally called the last day to ask why my product was never delivered, the lady on the phone (with a heavy Russian accent) got ugly & informed me that if I wasnt happy that my order was cancelled! Then she hung up on me. :(Come to find out, they also had the wrong product & the wrong size.Nice company. NOT...
