Unfortunately, they sent me the wrong item and it is impossible to reach them. They will not answer the phone, their voicemail is full and their customer service is non-existent.

You call the facility To try to get help so you can get the right size they tell you to go to the website. this place is already horrible. No use calling them you will not get no help.

I had just purchased MMARs eb2-410Electric Back Garment - Dual 4 x 10 Dual Electrode included [Size:LG/XL up to 56 waist] [Additional Conductive Pads:No Extra Pads] back belt with 2 sets of dual electrodes to replace a different manufacturers belt (tiny electrodes in comparison that liked to shock me if I moved around much).It was delivered on time, however, they had shipped me the garment with just one Dual electrode (on the receipt as well). I contacted them about the mishap, and they sent me the 2nd electrode overnight.I was impressed with their support.One other problem is that they only have two(?) sizes, medium-large and large-extra large. Im not a 32 waist (wishful thinking), so I ordered the larger one. I was shipped a XL-XXL, which is too big, and had to use their extra straps to keep it on me. Im not THAT big!The XL-XXL isnt listed as a choice. If they have the LG-XL belt, I wish they would send that to me as a correction.Still, I want to commend their support for fast service. The larger electrodes require higher amperage of my IFC (tens) unit to work, killing the batteries quicker, but it doesnt shock me like the other belts small electrodes.
