I received an insulting lowball indication on a brand new, never worn, never out of the box IWC Pilot Chronograph with all the papers. I received an offer roughly $1,000 higher from another jeweler. Needless to say my watches and jewelry purchases will be made elsewhere.

I went in to upgrade my Diamond previously purchased from Zadok through their Diamond upgrade option and the final product exceeded my expectations! Ask for Stacy! She is absolutely fantastic to deal with! She assisted us when we bought my wedding band 5 years and remembered us! It is not often you find someone to remember you after years, specially in such a high volume store in the heart of the Galleria so that meant a lot! I went in during busy times but Stacy and the Zadok staff always made sure I was taken care of. The Diamond I found had to be ordered and she got it in quickly. I wanted to keep my setting and she knew exactly what needed to be done. They replaced the head to make sure the new Diamond fit flawlessly and when I saw it I almost cried. It is a dream come true! We have been customers of Zadok since 2015 because they have the best customer service and the workmanship is beyond amazing!

Wanted to get an amazing necklace for $3k but unfortunately lady was quite old and slow, not knowing enough about diamonds and sapphires that I gave up. Buying diamonds should be amazing, luxury experience but this was not professional enough for me.

Zadok Jewelers customer service is great. I had a few pieces that I needed to have resizing and from start to finish my experience with their team members was wonderful. They answered questions I had, all while keeping me informed throughout the process sending updates via their automated system. I was quoted a time frame of when my jewelry would be ready for pick up, and each time they were able to turn it around earlier than originally promised. NY transplant recently moved to Houston. The other day was my first time visiting the store. My older brother is a frequent customer of theirs and now I can see why. My wife and I came in for some custom jewelery work. Their customer care was outstanding. They truly made us feel like we were the most important people in the store. Today we picked up our jewelry and I am extatic at how the necklace turned out. Outstanding service including handling an issue that came up. Purchased a pre-owned automatic Bell and Ross watch from them online. It was shipped immediately and arrived as described. A month later it stopped holding power reserve for more than a few hours. They offered to take it back as a return but I wanted to keep it so they fixed it at no cost under their 1 year warranty despite it ultimately needing to go to Bell & Ross which Im sure cost them $. Frank and his team stayed in touch throughout the process. Highly recommend.

It is hard to put into word the quality of service Zadoks provides.Nancy was the representative who was helping me every step of the way. What a great experience we had this afternoon at Zadok Jewelers! My Father, who put on his A&M college ring 70 years ago this month, had to have the ring cut off because his arthritic knuckle outgrew the ring diameter and been dreading this task. This morning hed been turned away by the Fire Department and a jewelry store in Memorial City, in addition to two jewelers contacted by phone. So, I goggled the topic and called Zadok because theyre local & family owned. A lady in customer service assured me their jeweler could handle the job. Their store is just 15 minutes away so we drove over, met Bruce, their jeweler, who was congenial and happy to apply his handy tool. Within 10 minutes the ring was off and Dad was happy & relieved to have this task behind him! The people working in this gorgeous store couldnt have been kinder or more helpful! I have had the pleasure of purchasing both watches and jewelry at Zadok. Their staff is inviting and knowledgeable on the product lines. As a passionate watch collector, I love that Zadok carries multiple high horology manufacturers. There are times when I visit the store “just to see what’s new” and have never once felt pressured to buy or rushed to make a decision. The staff is attentive without being pushy. If you are looking for a quality timepiece, AJ has an encyclopedic knowledge of all of the references Zadok carries and will spend time educating you on models that strike your interest. I have also worked with Stacy and she too is patient and diligent throughout the sales process. When looking for a hard to acquire AP, Stacy was communicative on order status via multiple emails and in person upon delivery. Finally, sure the store is in the business to make money, but I have been impressed by their willingness to work with customers on pricing to suit a budget. I feel like Zadok’s intent is to create lifetime customers versus a simple “transactional one and done” mentality. I have seen this through their after-sales support (watch fittings, cleanings, returns, gift wrapping, etc.) and the fact that they genuinely know who you are when you walk back in the store. There are lots of high end jewelry options in Houston and especially around the Galleria area, but for some reason, I always seem to find myself back at Zadok.

This was one of the nicest stores I have ever been into, if not the absolute nicest. I went in about 50% sure I was going to buy a new timepiece, but within about ten minutes knew I was leaving with something.I was told by a friend to ask for Jonathan Zadok. My wife and I spent a few minutes looking around and he came over as soon as he was free. He introduced me to his salesperson, Maria, who was ridiculously patient as I probably had her open about seven different cases for me to try on different brands, including one or two I let her know ahead of time I wouldn’t be buying but still wanted to try on. She was happy to show them and answer all of my questions. I narrowed it down to two pieces and went with the Panerai after she confirmed it comes with a rubber strap, which is something I’ve wanted.After the checkout procedure Maria showed my wife some jewelry and Jonathan came over to talk with me a bit about watches further, and I tried on an additional few timepieces which I’ll consider in the future. Another salesperson, Frank, was showing FP Journe to a client and welcomed me to sit down and play with the watches as well. He treated me like someone who has spent a fortune in there even though I’ve only purchased one timepiece.The entire store was just impressive. I was dressed quite casually but all the salespeople I interacted with treated me like I was a VIP even though I had never stepped foot in there before. Everything was clean and nice, and their associates were all excellent. On top of that, they have some brands which I can’t find at many places (Breguet, Piaget, Journe) all under one roof. I will definitely be a repeat customer.While I can highly recommend Maria and Frank, I feel there’s no going wrong as long as you enter their store.

Went to Zadok’s to buy my girlfriend an engagement ring and worked with Abby. I didn’t know Abby previously to working with her, but if I would to write down everything I wanted in my salesperson/gemologist it would end up describing her exactly. She wasn’t pushy, didn’t tell me what to do, and provided honest and helpful feedback when I had questions and concerns. She educated me on the different settings, and reasons some stones are more valuable than others. Very disappointing experience. I wanted a ring and I was helped by a sales associated lady. I chose the ring I wanted, we paid for it but, I had to wait an uncertain amount of time to actually get it because they didnt have my ring size in the store and they had to order it from overseas and the jewelry did not know how long time it would take. So, I waited... about a month...and I did not get any response from Zadok. I called the sales associate lady, she said your ring is here. I left you a voicemail I never get that message she mentioned but, what makes me feel bad is the fact that she didnt try to contact me again. She didnt care. So finally I would get my ring and I get it, but it was the wrong size... So I called the sales associate lady and I told her about it, I was sad, now I would had to wait another month for a ring I had paid time ago. The sales associated was cold and careless. She just told me that I needed to return the ring and wait, again. I went to the jewelry to return the ring and I found out that the first time they order my ring, they order the wrong product. Thats why it took so long. They NEVER apologize. Another thing, they never ask me to use one of those ring that help you to know what is your ring size, so they were basically guessing on my ring size and they order whatever they wanted. So the sales lady ordered my ring again, with the size she and her expert eye estimated or guessed and I am still waiting for a ring a do not want anymore. I dont want to go back to that place and beg for something I have paid already (and nothing there is inexpensive)... I feel extremely uncomfortable every time I think about Zadok. I had the desire of have a beautiful piece of jewelry. My husband and me worked hard to get the money to buy it but these careless and negligent people just made me rejected it. I wont buy anything else over there.

She took the time to let my picky self look over all the rings (twice) and then she intuitively knew which one to bring me that made my eyes light up like Christmas. She had found THE ONE! She was able to work with my wife and I to find the best deal she could without sacrificing quality. She showed us the differences in diamond quality, too, which was really cool. We had such a great experience we ended up buying my wifes ring there, as well. If you go to Zadoks definitely ask for Melissa!! She will make the experience personal, making you feel like her one and only customer and will work with you to find exactly what you are looking for. She is our lady and Zadoks is our store for any and all jewelry we ever need!!

Whether it was buying my fiancé (at the time) an engagement ring, anniversary presents or a watch Zadoks is the only place I will go. Segev and the rest of the family and sales people are wonderful, knowledgeable and trustworthy. I always know I am getting top quality jewelry at the best price.

I have been a customer of Zadok Jewelers for over 5 years now. These guys have, hands down, the best watch selection in the City of Houston, including FP Journe, AP, Tudor, IWC, Breitling, Hublot, Breguet,, and many, many more. Their staff is top notch; friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile to ensure you walk out the store happy even if you walk out without a purchase. The reasons are few and far between for me to shop anywhere else when it comes to finding myself a new time piece.

Went in there this weekend to look at watches as Im in the market for a Panerai. It ended up being a waste of our time. We were not greeted when we went in, nor did someone ask if we wanted help. When we did ask for help, the person that eventually helped us was as uninterested as someone could be. She did not ask us questions, gave very short answers to our questions and made us feel like we didnt belong. Will not come back.Edit: Talked to Frank and he was very polite and kind. I hope this was a one time occurrence because it seems like he truly cares about the Zadok family, both employees and customers. I plan on stopping in and saying hi the next time I am in town.
