I love partnering with Brian Gavin Diamonds for editorials. Their customer service is wonderful and they always know just the right rings to pull based on the inspiration I provide them. If youre looking for the right ring to pop the question, work with Danny and his team to find the perfect one in-house to make her heart flutter - or share your ideas to create a completely custom piece.
Brian Gavin produces one of the best diamonds. My fiance loves her diamond to bits. I actually bought a loose diamond from Brian Gavin, had it shipped to me, and had a local jeweller set up the ring setting. I would say that I was pretty impressed with what I get out of the box. I got a Black by Brian Gavin and it was totally worth it.When looking through their website, they actually did not have the kind of Black that I wanted. And so I contacted them and they had one cut to my specifications. Overall it only took them 6 weeks. And to make things better, they cut two diamonds that fit my criteria just so I can pick the better one out. Once again, thank you. However, I do believe that they have room for improvement. When I was dealing with their consultant through emails, I requested that my loose diamond be shipped with a ring box. (So that I can proudly keep the ring in the box during my marriage proposal). They showed me the type of ring box that would be shipped to me and I was impressed. However, they made the mistake of not shipping the ring box to me in the end. I emailed them, but this time another consultant told me that loose diamonds do not come with a ring box. Oh my... I was wondering how am I going to propose without a ring box. Anyway they did say that they would ship a ring box to me if I really wanted, free of charge. But after few emails reminding them, I have yet to receive a reply. Kind of disappointed if you ask me.So yeah, if you are looking to get loose diamonds from them and would like a ring box, kindly highlight it to them and remind them.Quality wise, they still produce one of the best diamonds out there.Edit: received the ring box. Appreciate your customer service. Thanks a lot.
The customer service team was absolutely fantastic, professional, answered every question and concern, and was readily available with information. My order arrived the other day after purchasing a BGD Black series stone/ring along with a gorgeous box filled with made it seem like un-boxing an Apple product. The actual ring itself is beautiful, definitely as described as far as quality of cut, clarity, etc. After searching on many sites as well as in person retail stores (think stores that rhyme with Giffany & Co.), I cant suggesting anywhere else for others to shop. Ive learned more about diamonds in the last month that I ever wished to know and am proud and confident in Brian Gavins Black series and his team (specifically Emily and Leslie).
After dealing with several U.S.-based jewelers and retail diamond companies for more than three decades, I felt it was necessary to chime in on who I felt was at the top of the class with regard to product, service and integrity, I would have to say that Brian Gavin Diamonds remains THE MOST REPUTABLE. Equipped with a very knowledgable team, the overall experience and end-result goes unmatched. You get much more than what you pay for and many purchasers dont realize until they get down the line that good judgment was exercised in the product they ended up taking home with them. A true five-star experience.
Brian Gavin Diamonds really takes the cake when it comes to selection of wedding/engagement jewellery, and customer service. I bought an engagement ring for my partner, and the ring turned out WONDERFULLY! They use very good cuts of diamonds, and their jewellery is durable and just beautiful. The agents there take the time to get to know you and are very personable. I would HIGHLY recommend BGD!
Ordered a salad bowl for a wedding gift in June 2019, I have still not recieved it and they will not answer my calls or address this. Terrible Service, Would NOT buy from these guys!!!They do not deserve even one star!
I had a wonderful experience with Brian Gavin Diamonds. I had the pleasure of working with Brian and he made the process completely enjoyable with his incredible knowledge and humor. I look forward to working with him and his talented team in the future.
This is a review from my fiance, Kevin, about his experience with Brian Gavin Diamonds. On a side note (from me), Im absolutely in love with my ring and cannot wait to see what beauty Brian Gavin Diamonds has in store for our wedding bands!:Everyone at Brian Gavin Diamonds was fantastic. From educating me on diamonds and settings to helping me pick out the perfect ring for my fiancé, they were extremely nice and knowledgeable. What I thought would be a nerve-wracking experience was very fun and one I will always remember. As is the look on the face of my fiancé when I gave her the beautiful ring! I look forward to going back to Brian Gavin Diamonds for our wedding bands and any other jewelry in the future.
The most beautiful diamonds in the world, superb customer service (thank you Jamie/Lesley!!!), and highly skilled craftsman/production team make for the perfect place to purchase your jewelry! You dont have to spend a fortune to get a super ideal diamond in their inventory, they have a diamond for every budget! Whether its a K color diamond and/or SI1, the brilliance, fire, and sparkle will mask any hint of color and/or inclusion, making the diamond appear frosty white. When we make large purchases, whether its a car or a home, we expect the car to run and the house to provide us shelter... same goes for diamonds - theyre meant to be brilliant, fiery, and sparkly. Do yourself and your partner a favor and never sacrifice the cut of a diamond -why purchase a diamond that doesnt sparkle? The diamonds that BGD provides are mind-blowing and true super ideal cut! The ASET, Idealscope, and Hearts proves it! Ask BlueNile, ShaneCo, or any local jeweler for these images and they will either deny what it is and/or not provide them, which tells me they have something to hide.P.S. My fiance wears a ring size 3.15 (most places wont dare to go below a ring size 6) and they were able to craft a fishtail pave e-ring and wedding band with precision and perfectly symmetric. The diamond is eye-catching and blinding! She cant stop looking at it and gets compliments everywhere she goes. She calls it her precious! ;)
Could not be happier with my fiances engagement ring. The entire team at BGD is fantastic and always willing to help and accomodate. I actually had a custom ring made with some very customized parts to it - something I came up with that they had not done before - and they worked with me to make it happen. Not only did they create my vision but they made it more beautiful than I even thought. If youre serious about getting unbeatable quality at a fair price with the best customer service this is the place to go with.
I selected Brian Gavin Diamonds for a diamond and custom engagement ring. The initial shopping process was decent, i typically got an email response to a question within 2 days. After some consultative back and forth with a sales rep I decided on a stone and outlined broadly what i was looking for in a custom setting. I was told after I paid for the diamond and setting we would start a design process to make my ring design into a model. After I paid was when the problems started. 15 days after paying, with no consultation, no call, no email, they sent me a CAD model of the ring (I assume it was based on notes from the sales rep) it was the basic idea, but there were several changes I wanted to make. I reached right back out with some design ideas, figuring this was the beginning of the design process. 10 days passed, nothing happened, no call, no email. I sent an email checking in. About 10 more days passed and they sent me a picture of the completed ring. I was a bit blown away at this point.I sent an email expressing my growing frustration and concern.I got a response saying Brian Gavin wanted to speak on the phone. I spoke with Brian, explained my concerns and the changes I was hoping to have included in the design. I had a vision for this ring but there never was a design session or consultation call so now it had been cast and it was not what I wanted. He let me know that they might be able to accommodate some of them, but definitely not all of them. Brian had me print out a picture of the ring they sent me, and draw the changes I wanted on the image. I obliged. He told me he would make a photoshop image of the changes I asked for that they could accommodate for my approval, i never got that image. About a week later we spoke again. He told me the changes they would make and that it was going back into the shop soon for those changes. I asked about the other changes, the ones they apparently couldnt make because they had cast the ring without my approval and he tried to tell me the ring was small and the little details that were important to me would barely be visible, he explained he didnt want to have to re-cast the ring. I figured there would be another follow up with the final product for approval before shipping. There wasnt. The next correspondence I got was the shipping notification. I was out of town for Easter weekend when they sent it. The Fedex insured policy that they used had a 48 hour holding time at the Fedex facility. I had to leave my family Easter early to get back before the Fedex store closed that Monday otherwise it would have been shipped back. This was exceptionally frustrating because during the sale I was sold on the idea that this was a high touch, custom process for the highest quality product. The ONLY time they were highly responsive was when I told them I was looking at other vendors, they sent me a long winded email about the quality of their diamonds and settings and how this was such an important investment and I bought into it. Shame on me because what good is a high quality product if it isnt the product you want? I sincerely feel like after I paid they were just trying to get the ring out the door with as little work and communication/ approvals as possible.I got the ring, it was not exactly what I wanted but it will be fine. Needless to say after saving 3 months salary and agonizing over what design would be perfect this has made what should have been an exciting process for me one I would rather forget.I gave 2 stars because allegedly this is a high quality stone and setting, who knows. I wish I had gone with another provider who actually lived up to their word and showed me they cared about what I wanted. I paid for a custom ring, but didnt really get one. I paid for quality service but didnt get it. I regret selecting Brian Gavin and would not recommend them to anyone.
Brian Gavin not only designs and produces the best Jewellery on line, the company goes out of its way to serve every clients specific needs. Ive purchased from other jewelers locally before but the design, quality, and service cannot be matched.
If you are looking for SUPER IDEAL diamonds, BG diamonds quality is a notch above than White-flash, and their diamonds are FAR less expensive than Hearts on Fire (and cut just as well if not better.) On top of that, they have the best customer service you will find on the internet. Their service even after the sale is incredible. Buying diamonds online is scary at first, because their prices seem too good to be true. But you can trust these guys. They will not stop until you are 100% satisfied. I held up my 1.528ct BG Signature stone right next to a HOF stone in person and BGs stone had bigger flashes of fire and brilliance. Im so glad I came across them, they saved me thousands and I ended up with an even better diamond!
