I really like the staff; they are friendly & helpful. The building is warehouse style w/ zero AC, is well stocked, selections are decent less very small pet inventory & we’ve never had difficulty finding a parking space. Prices are not marked on many of the items & despite a surprise lower amount once at the register, most often they are a bit on the high side for liquidation in my opinion. It’s not an extravagant experience but is certainly a great one… We will continue shopping here in the future as we have in the past. It’s fun to see what new merchandise they have on the floor!

I love this place! I go at least once a month if not more. I find a lot of great deals on things I need and things I just want. Managers are always willing to negotiate if you just ask. Especially on items that are not super desirable to the general public.I have gotten a items that dont work but they are more than willing to give you store credit if you bring it back within a week. Also you can plug things in and check that they work before you buy them, just ask.

Clearly you can see where the item was marked .50 cents and they charged me 1.00. When the lady was ringing it up I told her it said .50 cents and she said they marked it wrong and told me it should be a 1.00. This place is scamming not saving people money someone in front of me told the lady that someone gave her a price cheaper for the pair and she called the associate that told her the price and he came up and said yes he gave her that price and she still wouldnt do it for the price. The management here is horrible and they charge people more than what they have items listed for. I know its only .50 cents but come on you deserve this negative review. If you do shop here I would watch what they ring items up for its probably more than what they have it marked for. Shame on the owner and management for taking advantage of people and charging more than what the item says.

This place has the best discounts on appliances in houston I have seen. Washer dryer sets, dishwashers refrigerators, stoves / ranges. They have a bunch of chest freezers too. Definatly check this place out!!!

I fully expected something very different. This place is in a commercial storage unit, no air, CROWDED. There are a ton of air fryers and bed spreads. Items are open and you cant tell if they broken or will work once home.If you are a digger and like to spend time in stores, you will enjoy it. For those who want in and out, this is not for you. No order to rows.

I absolutely love the place! They have everything from diapers, bed sets and home supplies. Everything is a great price. I try to go twice every week since they have new stuff come in every week. I absolutely recommend it if you like to save money on great brands!

I just found out about Treasurez for less in Houston TX off of 45. When I yell you this place have literally everything and anything you can think of imagine, from pool items, down to house hold items. They are cheap and also reasonable with your price range and budget. Im definitely going to tell everyone about this. Instead of spending 800 dollars on a pool cleaner Im only spending 90 bucks for a new cleaner.

This is the home version of Ross Dress for Less. Which means need to be prepared to dig and go through tons of clearance items that other stores like Walmart, Home Depot. Lowes etc resale to Treasurez For Less. There is NO AC at this warehouse, just a lot of fans to move the air. Be ready to sweat. There are definitely a lot of air fryers of different brands and sizes. If you need fridge, washer dryer, oven you can find them here however you have to go often because they sellout. Make sure to negotiate and ask for discount.

Excellent understanding of customer service. It is a junky warehouse with overstock merchandise. Know where you are going, and what to expect. Disorganized palettes of items, usually with a price written on the box. But, who cares about all that? We should know that going in. The real “treasurez” here are the incredibly friendly, polite, hardworking employees who love what they are offering to us. Our first trip yielded two broken/damaged items we discovered upon getting home, even though we opened the boxes at the register. Drove all the way back, and manager Colby took back the items, and applied them toward another choice. We opened every part, and tested the whole thing to ensure it worked properly before leaving. Now I ended up with a new item having paid literally 50% less than it is sold for in stores or online. A little patience and effort on our part, a lot of generosity and kindness on their part, and an incredible experience I would be happy to repeat was made! Very impressed.

Best shop ever! They have everything you can think of and great prices. This my absolute place to go furniture shopping or houses supplies.

Bought 4 items. Three of them were damaged! They have signs all over the place do not open boxes and I respected their policy! Upon opening the packages we found out the laptop desk is damaged on the side paid $18 found it at Amazon $20 same brand and color >> not 40% less as advertised! The expensive Thomas and friends electric set did not work at all paid $113, at (Amazon $99.95) another loss! The pool filter I paid $140 missing both connectors so I can’t use. Prices before taxes. The return policy is One week in store credit or replace item! I live in Pearland and not convenient for me to go back. I only went there thinking I will be saving some money but it was a loss! What do I need the in store credit for if the items are non usable! Sad!! I am not a customer that hurt small businesses but that is not fair hopefully will get my money back!

Be careful when you buy things from here. We purchased a surround sound system right before the freeze. It was the kind where you have to insert the wires yourself. When we got home the wires were already put inside the system and 2 out of the 4 speakers and the subwoofer had the cables cut right behind them so it was trash and we couldnt even get the wires out sense they were cut up against them. Because of the freeze we couldnt get there within a week to get store credit. We tried calling for weeks after to see if they would give us store credit due to the freeze, but no one would answer the phone. So we gave up and just threw it in the trash. $60 of our hard working money down the drain for what was supposed to be a gift for my husband. Money we saved up just for that item. I definitely wouldnt shop here unless you can see for sure its not detective.. too many trashed items here!

This is by far one of the best discount/liquidation stores we have EvER been to! We drive over an hour to go here. They have organized it more over the last few years which is nice. But always have amazing deals on products. Sell out quick of popular items though. I would suggest this to anyone not “needing” to buy brand new high prices. Wonderful place!

Richard and his team really have something special here. We’ve bought brand new Samsung washer and dryers (still in box) and brand new mattress and mattress frames for the most ridiculous cheap prices. This store is 45 minutes away from us but we make it a weekend trip to come here when we need to make large purchases. They deliver for a very cheap price. I wish that’s all I could say, but their employees are THE NICEST people you will ever meet. They are so helpful and you would think that the employees working at a discount store like this would have worse service.Be aware that their return policy is 7 days for broken and damaged items for a receipt so as soon as you bring it home, make sure to try the item out so you’re not out $60 for nothing.

This was the worst experience ever. The prices are cheap but the employees are rude and incompetent. They don’t follow through on delivery promises and no one seems to ever have any explanations for the poor customer service. Save yourself the time and headache and get your appliances from a legitimate business because this is NOT it.

Kinda warm, no AC. They have fans going so makes it bearable. You never know what you will find here.

So disappointed in this place stopped by last Saturday 1/16/21 and purchased a 4-n-1 activity table. Upon opening the package there were no instructions, had missing pieces, and the majority of the screws were bent. I returned Sunday to return it, you can not get a refund but will receive store credit. Looked around picked up a Crosley turntable and a ChinneyFree Heater. Once we got home and opened them, both items were defective. The turntable was broken and the heater never heat up and gives an E3 error which means it’s overheating. Two trips from Sugar Land wasted! You only have 7 days to return and unfortunately we were out of town this week! Be cautious when shopping here!

GREAT PLACE TO FIND THINGS FOR CHEAP, NOT AS ORGANIZED AS IN THE PHOTOS .. YOU DEFINITELY HAVE TO DIG TO FIND HIDDEN TREASURES, IF THE BOX HAS BEEN OPENED OR DOESNT HAVE PACKAGING DEFINITELY NEED TO MAKE SURE ALL THE PIECES/PART ARE THERE... I have gotten several items from this place and so far have been satisfied when most Ive bought. You will definitely save money from buying at other places. Only this is about this place is I believe a lot of their stuff is from returned items from like Walmart and other retailers. I saved over $500 on buying my little bass boat from this place. I have had to return a really nice patio bistro set because it was missing all the hardware, but other than that everything else Ive bought from here has been great.

Edit: after speaking with the owner I returned the ice cream machine and was able to pick up a few other items from the store. Employees were still nice. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU CHECK ALL ITEMS IN THE BOXES. missing items on a item again I was going to get for my son. Guy that helped open box helped check for every piece. They have no problem helping you out. Would check out the place again if I was in area. Still one employee not wearing a mask and the whole time I was in store he was standing right in front of a fan in the middle of the store.

I kid you not, I visit at least once a week lol. They have all types of randoms things you need. From bed pillows to car tires. They have it ALL! Prince is my go to guy for all questions, hes the man! Go check it out!

This establishment is nice they have a wide variety of things to offer I just caution you to do a price comparison on the items you are purchasing especially electronic devices I was about to purchase a ring with no chime and the price was just as much as the 2020 version on Amazon!

A very different atmosphere!

This place is great for just about anything you need, from home appliances, gardening, electronics, gym equipment & etc. I have made a couple of purchases on electronics that had issues but they were great about honoring the store credit or exchanging. Prince is always provides great customer service and answers any questions I may inquire about. I’ve been coming here for years and will continue to do so.

If you want a good deal on stuff go here. It’s all at random so you have to go often to find random treasures hence the name of the business. Richard and Colby helped and gave me excellent customer service. I’ve only been here 2x now but I’ve always heard great things about them. I’m glad I went. You never know what you’re gonna find that day, but it’s going to be a good deal. I’ll be frequently going here on out.To all the people complaining about no AC, it is a warehouse. Its a nice place to buy items for less. They also have black Friday deals which is 40% off. Generally you can find all essential household items like kitchen, beds, pillow and blankets, some electronics, furniture etc. You may want to bargain a bit to lower down cost. Electronic items, you have to do some research as most of it you can get cheaper in other stores or in Amazon.

Very nice store with a lot of options and very reasonable prices. I shop there mainly for household goods and highly recommend this store for that. They have a bit of everything and friendly staff.

A lot of good prices for stuff you may need when furnishing a new place. Good bargains. Off the beaten path. If you are looking for good prices on pots and small appliances, there are some steals here. Finding sheets, pillows, and towels that are of good quality often found here. They sometimes have great finds for man cave decor and even tires low priced. Good toy department. There are a lot of cheap makeup finds here, too. If you have time to browse, you may be surprised at what you find.

When I tell you this is the best shopping experience you will enjoy. They have excellent prices and excellent customer service. Stop by a visit this will become your retail therapy shop place im there every day.
