This is by far the worst Family Dollar I have ever been to! Absolutely will never be going back. Just a horrible experience and I did not feel welcome at all!

I always come to this family dollar everything is always good but today i had a bad experience. First they dont even have shopping carts to put the kids in & my kids were grabbing a toy & tall girl that works their was just standing their saying dont let them grab & mess the store up ! All they was doing was grabbing a toy i was going to pay for

Found everything I was looking for cashier was polite excellent customer service.

One of the best Family Dollars I have shopped in. Everyone is very friendly and its become like a second home because of the atmosphere. Sad that some customers are always messing up the store. Im going to miss going there when I move later on this month

This location is always empty and disorganized...however the workers override all that💕

Employee was courteous. The store itself was in a shocking state of disarray. There were stock carts full of products all around the store. It was unsightly and hard to navigate.

Ghetto and always boxes in all the aisles not giving a chance to take a look at stuff and loud rap music in the warehouse with door opens so disturbing. Needs new management.

This place is trash...I just waited outside of Family Dollar for 15 minutes and it still wasnt open...I got there at 8:55 and waited til 9 for the store to open...15 minutes later, along with several other customers, no one had come to open the door...lights were on, food was on the counter, but the employee was no where around...Family Dollar needs to better train their employees...if you are to open at a certain time, then that needs to happen...they have officially lost my business...

Very dirty and unprofessional employees

Horrible the manager and an employee were discussing how a potential employee came in and declined the job because she said she didnt have a babysitter. While that was going on at the register another employee was just on his phone and rolled his eyes at me when I asked him a question. The store is a horrible mess thing are just scattered everywhere. Never going to this family dollar again

The store is always under construction..but that is because theyre always keeping it full of merchandise for shoppers, if it was empty people would complain about that..just be thankful, no complaints here!

Bad customer service.cashier is always on the phone with a bad attitude.

This is a cornerstone of Braeswood and has its share of not-so-friendly staff but the store itself carries a LOT of great items in it; I especially like to take my grand-daughter for the toy selection.

The store closes way too early before its supposed to SMH

The girls who work here have nasty attitudes and are very unhelpful. They help who they wanna help regardless of who was in line first. They try to illegally trespass people they dont like.

Very dirty and not organized at all...you can fall because boxes are everywhere and product we not put on selfs.

The staff was very friendly. They really get to know their customers.

They have things I need close to my home and the pet prices are right on but in my opinion the toiletry and home cleaning prices are a little high for a dollar store.
