Came a bought some gym equipment here, really helpful people that work on this place love the quality and all the different equipment they offer I bought a set of plates with the bar, wall mount and bench so far I been loving my garage gym!!!! A++++++++ will definitely will be coming here to buy my gym equipment!!!! Keep it up!!!

I love this place! Lee is one of the nicest guys I’ve ever done business with, and never fails to deliver great equipment at some of the best prices. One of the most honest guys to do business with abs truly wants the best for his customers. He freaking cares about you as a person and your needs to pursue goals. He’s heavily involved in fitness (guys a beast) so he knows exactly what people in this industry want. If I could give this place more stars I would.

Not a good experience for me. Spent over $4000 and the communication, quality of equipment was not on par. The set up crew tried to squeeze and force the power rack together just to get it done . Was not flexible to my time and just overall poor experience and equipment. Will go to bolt fitness moving forward

Doubled their prices on all equipment and accessories over the last six months. Employees tasked with helping to load equipment were rude as well. My best advice is to stay away from this place. Go to somewhere with better pricing such as Bolt Fitness in Houston.

Getting started with my garage gym and was recommended this place (just based on the price).I am a greenhorn in lifting anything let alone weights. I knew what I wanted based on hours of searching online and what a waste of time. Went in and picked the researched items and was helped by Javier Valdez. We get to talk and I mention the purpose of my purchase. Immediately he gave me some suggestions and better options for almost a fraction of the price. He was kind enough to give me a demo on how to use the items and work on different body parts which itself was an hours’ worth of consultation. All I can say is the customer service was the best. If I go back it will be for this reason and not for the price. Thanks a bunch, to Javier and his associates who work there and are passionate about what they do.I ended up getting some more items and they built all of them (No extra cost) and loaded them into my van (Lee was very helpful with the pricing).In a Nutshell, better prices, built all the items for me, great consultation, and excellent customer service.

Lee was very helpful. They got us in and out. We completed our errands early thanks to them. Also, they were good-natured which I appreciated. Nothing like some chuckles to really get the day started.Highly recommend stopping in. We knew what we wanted and needed but their staff was pretty helpful nonetheless.

$180 for a power rack how can I complain? Luckily I got my home gym set up before the government forced everything closed and was able to workout during the stay at home pandemic. Bought most of my equipment here for excellent prices.

Good selection and the best prices on most equipment. I’ve made several visits over the last couple of years and very satisfied with my purchases. In my experience, communication / customer service has been frustrating, however - not responsive when I had reached out with questions about availability, or even trying to set up an appointment to go in during COVID (through IG DMs, which is how they’ve asked to communicate). When I did go in for an appointment, I had confirmed a list of items to pick up earlier that day, only to find all but two were out of stock when I showed up. I love the value but wish it came without some of the headaches.

Absolutely the best people. We have a few gyms in East Texas call Raw Iron, and these guys have helped us out tremendously. A lot of similar places can be pretty sketchy, but not these guys. They will take the time to work with you and find a layout/set up that will work best for you.

Great customer service. Not pushy at all and not trying to sell you the most expensive thing they have. It is well built equipment. The item we bought had very readable assembly instructions and the packages of nuts and bolts were actually labeled by the instruction step that they belonged to. Theyll also assemble the item for you if you like. We were helped by Javier who was very knowledgeable and extremely customer service oriented. Everyone on staff has a smile for you.

Bought an Precor RBK 815 bike they were advertising on Facebook Marketplace, they assured me nothing was wrong with it, their tech looked at it, and it was not making noises etc. I get the bike home 4 hours away, within 40 minutes of use it started making clunking noises. I let them know and am getting the run around when it comes to getting it fixed

Hands down the best place to get any of your fitness equipment. Ive been 3 times and am constantly amazed at the affordable prices, selection of equipment, helpfulness of the staff, and friendliness of the environment. I have bought a lot of fitness equipment, and I truly wish I knew about this place when I first started. I would have saved so much money and would have had a better array of equipment. Lee is always very friendly and helpful. Today, Damian and Lucy were my shopping guides. They were able to answer any and all questions I had and made the checkout experience almost oddly enjoyable in comparison to the standard process at any other place. I will always return back and will continue to tell others to do the same.

So I have yet to purchase my equipment, but i just went in to get a quote and worked with Lucy. Lucy was phenomenal, I had ALOT of questions and she was great with answering them all and giving me feedback. She was extremely friendly and had a copious amount of knowledge when it came to the products. When it comes to pricing, Fitness Depot is beyond reasonably priced when I compared them to other gym supply stores and I can tell the quality is solid. It’s a new product that they can’t stop selling.These guys went above and beyond and even offered to let us borrow a squat rack while we waited on a delayed delivery of our new hi/low pulley systems. Talk about taking care of the customer.🙌🏼

They are all independently owned, so if you have trouble with one location, the other location cant help you out. They also have limited business hours, so getting there outside of work hours is a challenge.
