After driving an hour to go to another fitness gear supplier and realizing their website was wrong and the weight bench we wanted was out if stock we stumbled in here and found exactly what we wanted. Frank was working the floor alone and even though he was super busy he was very helpful. He hooked us up with a great deal on a weight bench with preacher curl attachment that was better than the one I originally wanted. This is a great place to shop for fitness equipment and Frank is awesome!

OH MY GAWD!! Busy Body should change their name to Above And Beyond because that is the exact service that I received. I was in the market for a cable machine and decided to stop in at the Westheimer location. I was a little timid initially because I knew that I wasnt going to purchase the equipment on that first visit. I hate pushy salespeople, and was concerned about getting this treatment. But no! Robert made me feel comfortable about the cable machine and all of its features. I told him that I wasnt going to purchase that day, and he didnt treat me any differently. He laid out all of my cash and financing option to purchase the machine. He printed out the specs of the cable machine and handed it to me along with his card. I left there with a smile on my face and a new friend in Robert. When I was ready to purchase the cable machine three weeks later, Robert remembered me and picked up right where he left off. He was nothing but class throughout the whole experience. My wife and I have already made plans to purchase two more machines for our home gym from Robert at Busy Body!

Awesome experience!!!!Since the Covid lock down with places being closed, I though about getting my home gym equipment pieces. Of course every place I checked were sold out of EVERYTHING!!!!! But, like the saying goes, timing is everything. I made the rounds at 3 of their locations. First stop, the Westheimer store where I met Frank. Lady luck was on definitely on my side. They had a used home gym that was stored in a corner. It needed the seat pad to be replaced & cleaned up a bit. Didnt care, all I know is that I wanted it!!! Frank was able to order the pad for me, which took 3 wks, but it was well worth the wait. They put it all together & had it delivered as promised to my storage space, which is now affectionately known as my garage gymTo complete my gym, I wanted a treadmill & spin bike. I started my search at Winston Fitness, and I met John, he is a walking wealth of knowledge & told all about the different spin bikes, pros/cons & then emailed me addl info on price comparison. I wanted to see more options & ended up at the Katy location where I met Blake. Dare I say, lady luck again was on my side, or was it great timing!!! Either way, Blake was able to get me a great deal not only on a display model treadmill & but also on a barely used spin bike (which happened to be the same model/brand highly recommended by John). Again, my items were delivered on time, with set up to my garage gymIve been using my garage gym for a few wks now & Im loving it. Ive been back to visit the stores again to pick up a few more items as I add to my gym pieces. Ill definitely visit any one of their locations as I need more items.......thanks again guys!!!!!!!

We bought a Water Rower from Robert. He explained the differences between the various models and even showed us proper rowing form on a floor model. We tried out the two models we were most interested in at our own pace. He didnt try any pushy/hard sale tactics and made it a very comfortable experience. We shopped around online and busy body was competitively priced. I would definitely talk to Robert if you want gym quality equipment. 5 star service for sure!

I recently purchased a used elliptical from here for my dad. He is going through physical therapy and needed a sturdy, quality machine, but we did not have a big budget. I was able to get a very nice used elliptical for an extremely reasonable price. We paid a little extra to have it delivered. The delivery guys were extremely helpful and nice. The sales consultant (Sef) was very knowledgeable about the different models and patient with our questions. The major benefit of this store is being able to try out the different models in person. No high pressure sales tactics and the transaction and delivery process were smooth. Purchased on a Sunday evening and delivered and assembled by Tuesday. I would recommend this store for home fitness supplies.

I was so lost after starting my search for a treadmill on the internet that I was discouraged I would ever find the right one for me. Ive owned cheap ones and have never been happy. These guys, Steve in particular, were an absolute wealth of information and helped me understand where I went wrong in my past machines.
