Before going in, I read some positive reviews so I thought I’d give it a go.The store is located on Shepherd Drive which is under construction but the parking was very.accessible.Upon entering, I was immediately greeted by Damion,. He was extremely knowledgeable, and very patient, He walked me through various options that would best suit my needs. My treadmill will be delivered today and I can’t wait to start using. I highly recommend this store.

We purchased a Matrix treadmill and stepper from John and the experience was first class from start to finish. He gave us tons of information and the pros and cons on each piece of equipment and we made well informed decisions on both. He worked with us on the price and gave us the best deal he could, not all that easy to do these days. Next step was delivery and install, he set it up in a couple of days, communicated via email and they delivery folks showed up when expected. A huge bonus was that we didnt have to wait weeks or months for the equipment.All in all, couldnt be happier with our experience.

They deliver my aunt a Matrix Fitness A50 elliptical & R50 recumbent bike with the best console called XUR I believe it is a size 22” touch screen. Very smooth, hardly no noise bike, important for me since I will be riding the bike near my children. They deliver to both of us within 2 days.

Ive dealt with Winston Fitness for years. Bought commercial grade Life Fitness elliptical about seven years ago and they have backed me up with service and maintenance. Glad I bought blocks at the time as well. Just bought Life Fitness IC6 exercise bike. Blake was outstanding. I did my research and he addressed all my concerns. Called 2 hours later to purchase. Paid via email link and in less than 15 minutes he set up delivery for me tomorrow before 5:00 p.m. Couldnt be happier. Highly recommend!

Had a great experience at this location. John & delivery team know there stuff. I did tons of research on funcional trainers. John, answer all my questions & show me things that I did not see in research. I purchased whats called the Inspire Fitness FT2 though the other one I looked at Tuff Stuff CXT-200 seem good too. Delivery guys are good, am no expert but this gym feels smooth & solid. Smoother then the fitness gyms.

I went to Winston Fitness shopping for an Elliptical machine to replace an older one as a Christmas gift for my wife. As usual here it was 12/22 and I still havent decided on one. I had planned on spending the day driving all over town comparing prices and functionalities. I had previously been doing the online research at several other sporting/equipment stores, but, realized I really needed to test drive and speak to someone knowledgeable before making a decision. I wanted this Elliptical to be interactive and much better quality than the previous ones. As soon as I walked in the store I could tell these were the quality built exercise equipment I had been looking for and After speaking with John, (store manager) and Stan, (owner), I felt confident I made the correct choice when I purchased the E30 elliptical with the Xir Matrix interactive screen. John and Stan were very helpful explaining how to use it and all the benefits of the interactive touch screen. John explained the different ways of purchasing, financing and delivery. Great delivery service. Just purchase a Life Fitness Spin bike, the bike feels top notch and smooth but I was more impress that the delivery guys call me when they were on the way for delivery, show up within the hour they told me as to compare an issue I had with an out state website purchase I had on another machine last year, just wanted to say seems best to buy local for better service.

The guys at Winston were very helpful. John and Scott helped me with my questions. I was looking to purchase some equipment for the house and quit going to my local gym. I went ahead and bought a Water Rower and I really enjoy it. I have used the C2 at the gym and the Water Rower feels just as effective if not more than the C2. Plus it is small and easy to move around. I highly suggest going to these guys.

It was my first time at Winston Fitness last weekend, I was looking for some weights, a bar, and an adjustable bench, something to get a home gym going on. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful in assisting me on my purchase, and an extra plus is that they helped load the equipment into my vehicle. Mr. John (the manager) recommended that I purchase the Rubber Tri-Grip Plates, and the Power Block Adjustable Bench. Both of these products absolutely blow me away. I was looking to upgrade my home weights and was looking for adjustable weights. I had it narrowed down to Power block but wanted to look at all the models. I went to Winston’s and met John Lopez the shop Manager. He was very nice, knowledgeable and help me tried all the different models. He answered all questions and even recommended things that I was not aware of. In the end, I bought a Sports 5.0 with stand and the he gave me a good deal on the price too. I don’t think you can beat good service and good price. This will be my future go to shop for fitness equipment, they have a ton of things.

I had already picked out a treadmill when I went to Winston Fitness, but John was very helpful in letting me test out multiple machines and making sure the machine I wanted would be suitable for the type of use. The delivery and set-up service was great and well priced. My treadmill was ready for use after about 20 minutes (probably would have taken me 3x as long). The return policy is very reasonable which can be really comforting when making such a big purchase. I bought my first workout equipment from this store more than 20 years ago. Then last year my son bought a elliptical from them, saying they have the lowest price and the manager John L. was very helpful. I needed a spin bike and a treadmill for my home to train for a race. I bought both and have been very happy with Johns recommendation. Particularly the spin bike, Life Fitness GX, the best spin bike ever, quiet and efficient. Every time a friend comes over to try my bike, they wanted one, so we bought 5 so far. Great store and excellent service.

Great prices and service. There prices are much better than the local competitors especially for certain brands. And their prices can be considerably better than the MSRP (Manufacturers Suggested Retail Price), but you wont see those prices on their website as you will have to go in to the store.

Ive been shopping around for a few weeks now trying to buy equipment for a small gym I am trying to set up in one of my spare rooms. I knew that if I were to have any problems or concerns in the future I would be helped without hesitation. I bought my first piece of equipment (treadmill) from Scott Toppell around 2006. He was so helpful & attentive, and I loved the equipment so much, that I went back to Scott a few years later for a recumbent bike and another few years later for an elliptical. Recently I went back for a home gym weight system and was helped by John Lopez. Same treatment & same superb quality equipment. Suffice it to say I would not be spending my hard earned money on fitness equipment anywhere else! And the speed and professionalism of their delivery team is top notch!

Ive passed by Winston Fitness for years and never had a reason to stop by until now. John Lopez was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and enthusiastic about the dumbells despite it being near store closing! Needless to say, I made the purchase along with the Vectra Fitness Vector adjustable weight bench without feeling compelled to buy anything. Johns demure and my discovery in conversation we were both originally from Chicago sealed the deal for me and helped justify my purchase to my wife!
