After looking for a heavy duty latch from about 20 different places from houston to pasadena.... I walked in to binford and got greeted with the most amazing customer service iv ever experience.... Mr.David was the most warm hearted down to business guy iv ever met! Told him and explaines my situation and what I needed and in about 5 min or less he found what I needed and got me on my way. Shared laughs over finding this part after iv had a hard time at other companys...! Mr. sanchez and the foremans there are so awesome... Made me walk out feeling light as a feather and a giant smile on my face.
