From the perspective of another small business owner just trying to do the right thing to make a living. This guy is rocksolid. He’s very honest very friendly and easy to get along with. His prices are extremely fair and he does very good work. My neighbor was so impressed with watching him work he hired him to do his garage next. He showed up at my house and said he’ll be done in 45 minutes removing my very messed up broken garage door and completely replacing it. I thought in the back of my mind that’s optimistic. He wasn’t kidding that dude showed up got to work and at warp speed was done. It is incredibly rare if not almost impossible to find somebody that can do work that is very good very fast and I won’t say cheap because that sounds insulting but for the quality I got I would’ve happily paid more. I was so impressed with how well he knew what he was doing and just how efficiently he worked that I plan on referring him to my own customers in my own business. As the two of us work in somewhat overlapping industries. I am super crazy nasty picky about who I refer to my customers as I am a big believer that my references reflect directly upon me and my company. So for me to make this statement is a big deal. This is the kind of guy I would be proud to refer to my customers. Just good honest salt of the earth kind of people. I can’t say enough good things I was incredibly thoroughly impressed.

I contacted about 11:30am on Saturday for a spring issue that occurred Friday night and trapped one of the cars in the garage! I had already called one company that said they likely couldn’t fix it until Monday due to parts needed... A neighbor recommended Marner and I was pleased he offered a same day solution.The work was totally finished at a fair price the same day before 3pm! He originally said arrival could be as late as 5pm but called and offered to be here around 2pm (2.5 hrs after 1st contact). Great communication, punctual and got the job done quickly.
