He was fast and friendly and changed out my garage door torsion spring and rollers and was in and out in less than an hour. The door opened and closed like a dream afterward, smoothly and quietly. What I was most impressed with was that he had all the parts he needed on the truck; during my research I found that there are so many different types of torsion springs that I thought it would take a week for the parts to come in. After reading the reviews here I called the number (on a Saturday morning no less) after trying to open my ancient HEAVY wood garage doors and literally having one of the handles rip off the door in my hand. Took about 30 minutes. They were both very pleasant to deal with and took extra steps to lube my garage doors and check them over even though they were there for something else.
