Horrible horrible and horrible customer service. I called to get a quote for a Garage door spring and the guy had an attitude from the start. I asked about two different springs and the guy told me if I didn’t know what I want to stop calling…. I was just asking about two different springs for two different doors and the guy I guess didn’t understand and got upset and hung up on me. Ive never been treated this bad in any service industry. Would not use a company that treats people seeking information and quotes like this. Will not recommend and on the contrary I will recommend people not go here.

Idk who is the one answering the phone calls, he needs some manners in the first place, cant even answer the questions propertly without saying can you call when you know what you want because i have so many things to do. First at all if you dont like what you doing it then dont work there, even if you are the sons owner, the way you talk with people will atract more clients if not they will leave, so upseting and inmature the way this person talks, you know who you are, inmature person and bad costumer service.

Very bad customer service... They are very busy that they do not have time to answer your questions. I called other companies that take the time to guide me with a very good manners and quality like Omega Garage Door, Overhead Garage door, Hollywood Garage door... Please do not waste your time calling this place ...
