Oh my goodness. Pandemonium broke out with Ryan and her 2 younger brothers. She LOVED everything, including the “basket”. She really was excited with the butterflies for her hair. Love these baskets! We have purchased Easter baskets here for our 3 kids the last couple of years and they are beautiful - totally customized to our preference! All I can say is WOW. Amazing speedy service and beautiful arrangement. I ordered my basket at 6am (they open at 8am) and i paid for the local courier and to my surprise it was at my house by noon. The gift basket arrangement is marvelous and way prettier than i had pictured it to be. The prices were decent and I just absolutely love the way the site is made for you to custom design your own basket with several different categories and so many choices to include. I am DEFINITELY going to keep Design It Yourself at the top of my list for any gift needs!

We are very disappointed with the purchase we just made. We ordered a Gluten Free Goodness Gluten Free Gift Basket for our daughter which was about $90. As it turned out, they shipped a Tennis Basket by mistake, We called the company and they apologized and said they would next day air the correct basket. They received the Gluten Free Basket which included a Pancake Mix that was not Gluten Free. I called and spoke to a supervisor who reviewed the contents of the basket as listed on their site. It list a Apple Cinnamon Pancake Mix but as she pointed out to me it does not say that it is Gluten Free. My daughter did not receive the Apple Cinnamon but a Buttermilk Pan Cake Mix which is not Gluten Free. The supervisor commented to me that again, it does not say Gluten Free for the pancake mix, yet it is a Gluten Free Basket. She also said the picture does not show it being Gluten Free. The picture of the pancake mix is partially hidden so you cannot read the full front or ingredients. She did not seem very apologetic, but did say she would send out a Gluten Free Pan Cake mix. There will not be a next time for Design It Yourself Gift Baskets for us.

These guys are THE BEST! Not only was it one of the easiest ordering processes Ive ever done, it was one of the only places that let you customize and personalize your order. I accidentally ordered 2 of the exact same baskets and they contacted me to inquire if there was an error. Most places would have just taken the extra money, but Danielle and Matt reached out to me personally to rectify. I am so impressed. I will be using them for all corporate and personal gift baskets and have been telling my friends and network to do do as well. Top notch service! I cant say enough great things. My thank you gift arrives Friday and I can not wait for the recipient to receive it!

I have had outstanding experiences with this business. They were extremely helpful in the selection of gift items for the wine and gourmet food baskets Ive sent. While I was particularly appreciative of their effort to take my order and get them delivered quickly, the most impressive part was the quality of the items delivered. They were all just delicious!! The wine selection doesn’t include many higher priced labels, but the wines they’ve chosen to carry are very good for their price point and a perfect Choice for gift delivery!! We had a large corporate order of baskets during the pandemic. When we first called Design It Yourself they were understandably out of a lot of the items for the specific basket we wanted. Danelle was warm, friendly, and immediately offered to reach out to their vendors to see if they could get the items in time for our desired delivery date. She got back to me in a reasonable amount of time so we didnt have to go with another vendor and could hit our target date. As the recipients said, These baskets were PERFECT! None of the other companies I called had the great attitude and dedication that Danelle has.

Complete scam. I ordered a $200 basket to be delivered on 2/13/2021. It never came. Ive called the company 7 times now at all hours and no one answers. Ill be reporting them to the BBB.

All of the baskets I have purchased from DIY have been great! Its nice to be able to choose what I want in each basket, so I can customize it for each recipient. I sent one to my vets office after they took excellent care of my cat. They loved it! Last year I sent a basket to my parents in Florida for their 50th wedding anniversary. They were impressed at how well it was packed for shipment. They loved the snacks, and had a hard time keeping the grandkids away from them!
