Living in NY, I wanted a last minute basket delivered to a friend in Houston. The rep at Executive Baskets listened as I described my ideal basket, then went ahead and built it. Before delivery, he texted a photo, just to be sure that everything was as I wanted. He was interested in knowing if I was ok with the colors of the bow. Imagine? Who takes that level of care?! It was perfect.Then, they called as they were delivering it — just so I knew that it was on time and at the right location. I’m not sure what more they could have done to make it a great experience. Wonderful people; wonderful baskets. Thank you, Executive Baskets, for making an important gift a perfect one.

Very disappointed with their online ordering and delivery system. Placed an order online on Sunday for shipping to Bastrop, TX. Payed $24 for shipping. Called up the store and they said it should be delivered Thursday or Friday. No delivery till Saturday so called them up again. This time they said delivery will be next Tuesday. I requested multiple times for them to email me a tracking number. They said yes, but never sent me an email. Very very sloppy. How can $24 shipping take 10 days to go from Houston to Bastrop, i.e., assuming their current estimate will be correct? Very disappointed. The timeliness of shipping is important, all the more during the holiday season.

This place is so neat. The products are great, but the experience is unmatched. Very, very, festive.Always had a sweet tooth but wouldnt drive more than 5 miles to a location, until I saw the 360 VR Tour on their website. Got intrigued by the place and the vast selection of Nutcrackers, the rest is an experience deserving of 5 stars!

Adelle has gone over and beyond in putting together a gift basket for my parents. They are now homeless and have lost everything from the hurricane, and Adelle is putting together an amazing gift basket, including my dads favorite kinds of wine, lots of food and even crossword and sudoku puzzles to give them something to do in their hotel room. A great place to pick up something for someone. They have lots of options for gifts.

Lovely place and amazing basket! Only thing to note is that the times posted on Google are incorrect. The store in the Uptown area is only open on the weekdays till 3 PM.
