Great selection of carts to choose from, our problem was deciding which one we wanted! We were able to decide on the Yamaha UMax Rally, and the whole process was seamless! Wed been to at least 5 other places in the Houston area and nobody had the kind of selection they have here!We discovered that they have a second location with a similar but different name. We went there first a week or so ago, and they didnt have as big a selection, so we had to move on. There, they mentioned the warehouse, but never gave details. We went a few other places but gave up until our server at lunch on Saturday mentioned Golf Cars of Houston - I only mention this to suggest that their other location could be more forthcoming, wed have gotten our cart a week earlier!All the same, were thrilled with our purchase and the service here!

I rate Golf Cars of Houston a 1 star because of its low quality of service after the purchase of the golf carts they sell. Everyone knows that service after the sale is the most important part of buying any vehicle. This company failed to meet that requirement by even refusing to work on my golf cart. I purchased a new 2020 Express EZ Go L-6 golf cart from this company in May of 2020. Since that time I realized I had purchased a lemon golf cart from Golf Cars of Houston because I continued to have problems with the golf cart,The salesman from which I purchased the golf cart left the company soon after I bought the golf cart from Golf Cars of Houston. So, when I started communicating with someone at Golf Cars of Houston for warranty problems with my golf cart, Ross Bryant, the company general manager, informed me that he would take over the salesman representation of my golf cart and work with me on service and warranty work on my golf cart. I thought that was a godsend but later found out that it was a torment! I later found out that the salesman I purchased the golf cart from was moved to the manager of the parts and service department at Golf Cars of Houston and soon after the move within the company, he resigned because he could no longer tolerate management.I then discovered that is why Ross Bryant, said he would deal with me on my golf cart service and warranty needs. After many calls to Ross Bryant about problems with the golf cart, he became intolerant because he said he was tired of me calling him with problems with my golf cart bought at his dealership. During another call complaining about a problem with the brakes on the golf cart and me inadvertently calling his cell phone after hours (an accidental butt call), Ross Bryant, belligerently informed me that he was tired of me calling with problems with my golf cart I purchased from his dealership. He outright told me that he did not want to deal with me anymore and that I needed to find another dealer to service and work with warranty needs of my golf cart.I would not consider buying anything from Golf Cars of Houston located at 11219 North Fwy., Houston, TX 77037 because of their lack of quality service after the sale which is strictly necessary for any buyer!!! Trust me that there are many golf cart dealers in Houston that care for their clients.

Has a good showroom and lots of golf carts to choose from but we walked around showroom for about 10 minutes and no one was to be found. No sales persons, no one at the reception desk . Started getting worried because front door was wide open. Finally we heard voices coming from the parts department so Started walking that way and there was 3 gentleman talking as we approached they turned around and went to the back so we waited again. A young man came out from back and my husband asked him about a part for our golf cart and he said we would be better off ordering it online and wasnt very nice acted like it was a bother to wait on us so now he just turns and walks away and still wanting to look at buying a golf cart we walked back looking hoping someone would help us. A lady on her phone comes through and doesnt ask us if we need help so we walked out the door.Sad part is not only where we looking to buy but we where looking for 4 others so possibly 5 golf carts could have been sold today so we are looking elsewhere since they dont have time to wait on customers.

Always answered my questions through text or phone calls, worked hard to get me exactly what I wanted and super patient with me since it was my first time buying a golf car. Abel Barrera is one of the best Sales Consultants Ive ever worked with. Abel was very helpful, knowledgeable, when I left a message I was called back, just everything you would expect in great customer service. The showroom and selection here are huge. I ended up purchasing a 2020 Yamaha Drive 2. My only regret is that I have no need and could not afford a second golf cart. 10/10 would buy from here again.

I baught leafspring shims and got charged 67.00 I feel like I got scammed talk to 3 other places the same shims were 19.00 whats that about thats not the only time baught a foward and reversed control 120.00 went to your store the lady told me 350.00 are you crazy

Lack of communication, I would say. First they hire me for office assistant. But the owners never mentioned to the regional manager that they needed someone who already knew about golf cars. How to explain to the customers what the technicians/mechanics found wrong with their golf cars. Not someone who would only answer the phone & tell them, I dont know. How can someone succeeds when theyre not giving the opportunity to succeed. They couldve at least given me the opportunity to start working at the parts department. At least I couldve explain to the customers what the problem was with the correct training. But they dont want to waste $ on training someone. Such a shame. I really was thinking of buying a golf car from there. Now, Im going to start looking somewhere else.

Tried to get bushings for a Club Car. Told me they would have some the next day. A week later and still no bushings. I would call and they would say Oh let me check and I will call you right back. Well..I still waiting for a call back. Called Golf Carts of Conroe and they had what I needed in stock . Should have called them first..

Do not by batteries from this place as they are refurbished and they sell them as new, full price. Mine lasted one year and i took then to a different place as they said the batteries were 6 years old - 2011!!! WHAT! SCAMMERS

The worst customer service!! I had to have an absolute fit on the phone with them after calling repeatedly to schedule getting our golf cart serviced- no one would call me back and no one was ever available. I finally asked for the manager and his attitude was horrible. Rather than trying to ease the situation, he was defensive and argumentative. He then told me he would get it sorted out and call me back- then when he didn’t, I called him again. We finally arranged an appt for service and then were charged a ridiculous sum. I would never buy from or use these people again for anything. Absolutely terrible!

From beginning to end the team at Golf Cars of Houston went the extra mile for me. They helped us pick out the perfect golf car for a giveaway, then they had it wrapped, and finally they had it delivered. Special thanks to Chris Grimes and Krystal Fuchs who really went above and beyond to help me.

Worst customer service in town! They have my golf cart as a hostage I think! My golf cart has been there a month for a intake hose a f’n month! Oops I guess we forgot to order it and then oh we ordered and had it overnighted to us so you will have your cart tomorrow! Ummmm NO cart still and no call!!! I have had to call them repeatedly to talk to service and all I get is they’ll call you back another BIG NO! I have had to call them multiple times to get a status on my cart! I haven’t called them at all until this week. They couldn’t even figure out the wiring for the headlights ( and at $50 an hour I’m not paying for some amateur to try and figure it out) so if you want your work done right and in a timely manner choose somebody else somebody who knows how to call a customer and keep them updated as I had to teach the service manager at the Kingwood store!

My husband and I have bought 2 new golf carts from them this year. The first one was an electric Starr golf cart. We had some type of malfunction and it took off without keys or a driver full throttle and hit the side of a garage and did damage to the building. We were very lucky no one was hurt! We brought it back to them to do some warranty repairs and to find out why it malfunctioned. Our golf cart sat there for several months they never called to tell us a status on it. My husband would call and get the run around from Mike. So of course it came back they didn’t know what happened. Against our better judgement we traded it in and bought a new gas one. My husband has experienced very unsatisfactory customer service issues. We paid extra to have a radio installed and it had a vibration in the subwoofer and my husband asked that they replace it when he went back to check on it after they said it was replaced they had stuffed a piece of styrofoam behind it! We had seatbelts installed they really scratched up the paint. Ok fast forward to today. It was delivered there was a 2 inch line on the seat back that looked melted, but in reality someone cut the seat and tried to patch the vinyl on the seat and inside the top there are 2 long deep scratches. My husband called Mike and again got a horrible response and attitude from Mike. Mike runs both locations.We bought this golf cart in August and just received it today and I would think it would be right? Its very obvious that quality control and customer service is lacking.

This place has terrible customer service- I’ve been trying to get service for 3 weeks! Management doesn’t seem to care. If I didn’t have a warranty I wouldn’t do business there.

This is the most unprofessional establishment I have ever dealt with.After sending these people $3800 to fix my custom golf cart - they repaired it - put it outside in the rain for months and never called to tell me it was ready. Once I did get it home yesterday, it was molded, the leather seats are rotted out and this morning when my grandson was riding it - IT CAUGHT FIRE - I believe that would be considered child endangerment.I word of caution - DO NOT BUY or EVEN VISIT Golf Cars of Houston.They are not trustworthy and definitely not worried about anyones safety.Justine D.
