Amazing selection of natural stone slabs! We had visited all of the major slab yards in the area before discovering Maestro. We were able to find the perfect quartzite option for our kitchen island for nearly half the price of the other slab yards. We went with MLE granite as our fabricator and couldnt be happier. Reyna was super helpful and provided us with a sample to take home. Great customer service. Highly recommend!

Went into Maestro surfaces with no idea how to start our project. Huge inventory and sales people were very helpful. Roger is their designer and he went above and beyond with his ideas and attention to detail! Very knowledgeable, suggested options we hadnt considered. Definitely made me feel like I was important and made sure I was knowledgeable about maintenance when I left. Highly recommend!

Go to Maestro’s for the best selection, best prices, and the best customer service! I see many reviewer‘s here had the same experience that I did with Roger. I looked all over Houston for soapstone for my kitchen remodel before finding exactly what I was looking for at maestro! In fact, the day I went they had so many slabs to choose from I had a hard time deciding! Roger was very patient and helped me narrow down my choices. He even watered down the slabs so I could see what they would look like when sealed/or oiled. He allowed me to look at as many slabs that I needed to and assured me that moving them was not a problem...if you have been looking for granite /marble for long, you know that most yards get very grumpy when you ask to see anything that is behind the top one, so I appreciated that very much! Roger also followed up after I made the purchase to answer a few questions that I had about point of origin! All in all, it was a great experience and I would highly recommend Maestro to anyone that is looking for any kind of granite, marble, Soapstone, etc! If they don’t have what you are looking for, I don’t doubt they would try to find it for you. I also don’t doubt they would try to beat any competitors price so don’t hesitate to ask! I did not have an installer and they allowed me to buy it out right from them which was great !! So much appreciation for Roger and Maestros ! I’m a happy customer :)

After several weeks and a lot of issues on my end, I bought a beautiful piece of stone. Roger was super helpful, I kept him in the loop, he held my piece for about 10 days. I may use Maestro for my backsplash as well when I get to that stage. They some really beautiful pieces.

Roger Coreas at Maestro Surfaces has been amazing! Straight forward in his opinions when asked, extremely helpful with suggestions. He even took the time to help me pick out flooring at a flooring store! Thank you Maestro for having a helpful staff everyone else there seems to be just as kind even without a word. By far the best experience we had while looking for granite. We visited approximately 5 businesses and this was the only place that took the time to personally make sure we were taken care of while looking at the granite they had on location. Roger talked to me about design and helped present granite that would fit our situation and Blanca worked a great price for us. I would highly recommend giving them an opportunity to earn your business if looking for natural stone. We will definitely be back if we ever need countertops again.

Update 4/13: Maestro Surfaces was able to successfully resolve this issue listed below. Thankfully we hadnt found/bought a quartz we liked so we still need the Calcutta Honed that we were looking for. Glad we got our Quartz finally.First and foremost I encourage folks to still shop here and support local businesses. My experience her was not one I hope anybody else will ever have to go through.We first showed came to visit Maestro Surfaces in Feb 2021 and found a great slab that we can see in our dream kitchen (Calcutta Santa Leather) at the time we were told it was on sale for $999 (we have proof) we were never told how long it would be on sale for so we took some time to shop around.Couple weeks later (Mar 2021) we arrive again to see it and we were told price is no longer on sale and the Quartz price origally listed on our sales rep paperwork they could not offer it at that price anymore. Ofcourse we were heartbroken because $2,000+ for a quartz was just out of our budget.Heres the kicker. Even after admitting they made a mistake by not making it clear how long the quartz would be on sale. They offer to make it right by offering us a similar quartz (Calcutta Santa Honed) for a similar price. Only thing is that they FAILED to mention that the (Calcutta Santa Honed) was Discontinued and in reality did not know when they would have one in stock for us to pick up. We were told they would have one in 1 week or so (lies) and they would call and let us know.Today 3/22 We had made several attempts to call and leave messages for them to call us back about the Quartz that they alleged they would have already. My wife or myself never recieved a call back even after I drove 40 minutes showed up and asked what was going on with the quartz we were told they would have.They would not offer the (Calcutta Santa Leather) for the sale price from March 2021. and only offered to reduce the price which was still over $2,000. Sorry but that is not something me and my wife can afford at this moment.He have to now keep searching and find another local vendor and give them our business because I have an island ready to go. I just need the Quartz. Thanks and God Bless

This place lied to my husband and I. We kept calling and calling since our island was done already and we couldn’t get a callback. The original Quartz we wanted was not on sell no more when we returned to get it but we didn’t know that! So they told us another Quartz that looked the same but way cheaper was getting there a week later. Made us wait practically a whole month to get a slab of Quartz that they didn’t know when it was going to arrive but they had actually sold it to another seller. We got our Quartz from the other seller thank God! But they knew they messed up and couldn’t help us out with getting the Quartz we wanted originally! If you tell someone you are going to call them, then call them. I don’t got time to be waiting around. My kitchen island was already built and i was ready for my Quartz but the Quartz was nowhere to be found according to them! Thank you Maestros for this awful experience. I’m leaving this review because they called my husband today and requested for him to take off the previous review he posted. For what?! To get more people screwed! Unacceptable!
