I loved shopping at Expo. They had a huge selection and immediately put me with Maria who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and let me browse through their huge selection. When I was trying to choose between two different types for our kitchen she had the guys bring both out and put them next to each other so that I could really see them and decide. Then when I picked what I was going to go with they went through all 7 slabs available and I hand picked the 4 I needed. I am so thrilled with my quartzite and Maria made the whole experience wonderful. I can see why my contractor said this was the place!

Came in today for a remodeling project for my home in NJ. Was recommended him through a friend of a friend while I was down here. Complete experience from helping us do the measurements for the cabinets, to the granite, backsplash and even flooring. Even the owner came out and put a few different color combinations for us to consider. So many great ideas and examples. Thank you for all the help and hospitality today. We just had out whole house remodeling done. Our contractor does a lot of business with Expo Stones. When it was time to pick our slab out for our kitchen counters we went to their location at I-10w and Beltway 8. They had a good selection of Stones. When we arrived, we were greeted by who is your contractor? . We let them know who the contractor was, then they said ok go back and look around, and let us know if you have any questions . As we went through their slabs, we found one that we really liked. It was Lennon Blue granite with a 3cm thickness and it was a level 5. We had them move several slabs and picked one with the help of the sales lady. Once we paid for it and left we where sure that we had picked the right stone, especially when a professional helped us pick the right slab out. Once the contractor installed the stone, he had cracked it in several places just cutting it, and even had to repair a severe break right in the middle of the counter. Upon talking to the contractor and Expo Stones after it was installed, I was told that the slab was basically trash and broke very easy, so Expo Stones knowingly gave my contractor an extra slab when they picked up my slab so they could hopefully make it work out if 2 slabs. Why wasnt I told that the granite 3cm level 5 stone that I picked was trash? The whole batch in the warehouse of Lennon Blue was trash. I was told that after they installed my counter. Upon returning to Expo Stones we picked out another slab (totally different) for free and a sorry. I am giving them 3 stars for finally making it right and having a good selection. If this happens to anyone else, it might not be the installers fault, it might be bad batches of slabs.

Greeted with great customer service as soon as I walked into Expo Stones. I completely recommend going to Expo for any construction, renovation, or remodeling. Their show room and warehouse is clean and organized, and they cater to your every need. Their store was a one stop shop for my renovation needs. I am so happy that I was recommended to go to Expo.

This place is amazing. The showroom is gorgeous. Knowledgeable & friendly staff. It has a massive selection of countertops & backsplash. My sales rep was helping me & about 2 other customers at the same time because they were so busy & she was still so patient with all my questions just fantastic customer service. We ended up purchasing our kitchen & bathroom materials. Highly recommend!!

There are a lot of choices when it comes to picking a stone vendor, but after much shopping and research we landed here, and so glad we found this place!! Amazing selection of granite, quartz, marble etc (stored indoors) and great prices! Also, we had the best customer experience from their sales team ever....Mariana was the best! Very knowledgeable and extremely patient with our indecisiveness all the way to the end, haha!Highly recommended!!

Very helpful. I went to get some loose edging stones to complete a project that I needed a few more stones. Was in and out quickly.

Today on my visit I got to meet Sammy such a great person. She was very helpful and explain the different type of materials they have. I definitely recommend this place we got what we wanted. Also Staff is very friendly

Nancy and I went to Expo Stones this morning and bought 5 slabs of granite for our new house the Heritage Homes are building for us in Lake Jackson. They had to be the Nicest, Friendliest and most helpful people we ever dealt with. They were all nice, but Myra helped us and couldnt have been better. We really do appreciate her, she knew her stuff and gave us good pointers. Also the Mgr. Mario, was so helpful. We would surely go back and also refer them to our Friends. We also enjoyed and appreciated the Hot dogs and pop corn. They are an Awesome Business and I encourage all to try them, you want regret it.Thanks, Larry Phillips, Alvin

I do not recommend doing business with Expo Granite of Houston! We picked the last 3 slabs of one color, paid for them, and then they were lost before picking up. The people there had no remorse for their mistake! WARNING THEY WILL LOSE YOUR GRANITE!

We went to Expo on a very rainy day and we LOVED that this location is an all indoor showroom and warehouse and the service was EXCELLENT.

This was our fifth place to look for granite for kitchen counter tops. They had the best selection and nicest most helpful employees out of any of the places we have been. They had great prices as well and we were able to finally find what we wanted at a really good price. They also had coffee and popcorn and nachos and hotdogs! One of the employees even made popcorn especially for my 3 year old, we were there at 10 in the morning and she wanted a snack. Overall awesome experience!

This location of Expo has a beautiful & inviting showroom, as well as a huge warehouse of granite, quartz, quartzite & marble to browse. They have staff & equipment available to move slabs around, so you can select exactly what you want. They have snacks & beverages available in the showroom, which certainly helped keep my 3yo entertained while we made decisions. Definitely recommend shopping here!

Not a good experience. Was trying to decide between a few pieces and at 2 pm they just shut the lights off when they closed. No waiting for the customer to finish like any other place of business!! Walked out the door and am planning to take my business elsewhere. Customer service was severely lacking as well as my husband had to chase people down a few times to help us.

Staff was friendly and explained to me what stone was included in my agreed upon price. They let me see several slabs of the same style so I could pick the exact one I wanted.

I had high hopes for this place but as with there other location the sales lady literally just pointed to the granite yard and said “ come back in if you see something you like” obviously none of the sales force is in commission because I couldn’t get answers to simple questions, I went to another granite yard and I actually found the answers to my questions and made my purchase.
