Needed a birthday gift for a friend engraved. The employee that helped me was patient and funny and the gift came out looking amazing! Will definitely be returning for future gifts/engravings.Everyone in the store was helpful and friendly, even close to closing time on a Friday.

Ive worked downtown for years. Been shopping at Hallmark for years. They have a great selection of cards, gifts, seasonal. Very attentive and helpful staff. Highly recommend.

I just went to try to mail a package through the postal service that they offer and this African American employee was rude. She did not say good morning or a greeting. As soon as she saw that I had the package that I was trying to send, she said post office opens until ten thirty in a very rude tone of voice.Bad experience for me.👎
