Didnt use the curbside, I went to the Pharmacy & shopped for groceries. My RX was filled in 30 minutes. They were able to use the online coupon i found.

Today I used the curbside and it was a breeze and easy. Starting from the website to picking up the order H.E.B did great job. The workers are awesome and deserve all the credit, the did great job delivering the grocery all the way to the car and putting the bags inside the car. Wonderful job H.E.B

Very large selection, strange lay out thoughCan be difficult to find what you needThe bakery is all Kosher which is good for those who need it, but I personally find the taste of all of their baked goods to be off.!!!!!Right down the street from 2 very large schools (one public, one private)—traffic around the area is a nightmare from 7-9am and 3:45-5:30pm!!!!!

Great HEB! Opened 1/29/2020. Has a Kosher Bakery, in addition to many kosher options, and a coffee shop which is open 7am-7pm (8am on weekends).

Excellent service provided.... especially with pandemic.... only improvement would be to be more like Target... order and ready within 2 hours!!!

They have the best pineapple cake and the flan is irresistible... otherwise the products under the HEB brand is excellent

Went to Meyerland HEB yesterday with a friend. We were both very impressed with everything from.parking through checkout. Parking is under cover and there was a security golf cart patrolling along w cart handlers.You take stairs or an escalator to the 2nd floor to shop. Very impressive layout & decor. There is a small coffee shop w food as you walk into Huge produce area. Homemade juice (delicious) for sampling & purchase. Multiple displays and varieties of fruit and veggies from whole to precut.Employees were polite, happy and helpful. Saw 2 managers sweeping and fixing displays. The whole store is very clean■■■Wear Jacket or Sweater...This store is ☃️❄⛄🏔FREEZING COLD!🧤🧣🧥🧣🧤🧥Large wine & beer selection. KOSHER sections including meat, bakery, coffee shop,juice, etc.Regular (non kosher) Bakery with 68cent donuts, pastries & cakes( pricey) Ample meat department including butcher, fresh fish & sushi.Large selection of groceries, frozen, including many local & speciality items.For those in a rush; many ready to go, heat & serve options. I love this HEB. I love the covered parking and I do not have to worry about getting wet. The attendants are phenomenal. The store is always well stocked.

The curbside pickup option is simply average, especially compared to the standards usually practiced by HEB.Its a new and cool store in defense of the subpar curbside service. Reason for the 3 star rating are as follows: slow, unorganized, and lack of sense of urgency. Reminder* more than likely, HEB will improve upon this* HEB has a strong track record of listening closely to customers whether good, bad or indifferent.

Nice place with covered lower parking. There is a second level (top) parking, too.Dont forget to check big assortment of craft beers. There are nice wines too, but I dont want somebody say Im writing about alcohol, only.Oh, for instant made peanut or almond butter lovers: They have it here.It is a little tricky to get to the top level parking. If you cant use stairs and park on lower level parking, you can use elevator.

I was in Houston and my sister is telling me how to GRT to the HEB Pharmacy on Brasewood. When I saw that the pharmacy was right there, next to a covered parking and the HEB store is upstairs (up the escalator), next time Ill get up there to see the HEB 😉

Curbside staff was great! The young lady that loaded my groceries was quick nice and careful with my merchandise. Ms Lois is still my sunshine at this new store. My only issue is with the HEB app. Because I couldnt delete coupons (2x coupons on some items and the app takes the lesser discounted one first), I couldnt order everything I needed.

Im a regular HEB customer but this was my first time using their delivery. Ive mostly used instacart for delivery of groceries and one difference stands out. Instacart shoppers are better at communicating.The quality and condition of the food and the timeliness and professional delivery were fine, but the way that out of stock items were handled was distressing. And this despite leaving detailed instructions for substitutes if necessary. When youre out of bread, no bread at all is not a reasonable substitution. Instacart will actually call you if there is a question.I like the option of getting same day grocery delivery and I like the quality of HEB products as well as their guarantee. Those hold true with their delivery. Customer service was very helpful when I made an error entering my payment method. The problem was taken care of quickly and efficiently and politely.Im disabled and use Metrolift as transportation. While those mobility carts make it possible for me to shop in person, between the pandemic and the difficulty in handling a lot of packages, grocery delivery has become something of a necessity. That makes me rather critical of the different options. HEB delivery is still great, and keeping with the brand. It would be five star if the communication between customer and shopper were better.While I have not used curbside pickup, a neighbor of mine does routinely and has nothing but praise for that. If you have your own transportation that is a great solution. Its usually free as well.

It was great, one of the few places I can get sliced cucumber. 🥒 Some lemon or lime juice, topped off with tajin spice 🤔. Nice.

I Amin sooooo in love with HEB in general, but this store I love. This candles are Im sale until nthe 18th. Once you light the candles the aroma is smelt through out my home.

THIS PLACE IS CLEAN!! Tried eating at another seafood place in Galveston during the Corona and it was filthy so we left. So we were over the moon happy when we found this place and it was clean, and everyone was wearing mask and practicing social distancing. Food was fresh and delicious, the perfect end to our day at the beach. This will be my go to spot when visiting Galveston, a hidden gem!

The most efficient curbside experience Ive ever had. Each parking space is marked with its own ID, so they know which car is what they are looking for and there are detailed instructions on how to proceed over they come out. Open trunk. Then open passenger window if no one is seated there to talk and pass through information.

Easy, breezy pickup process. There were plenty of curbside pickup spots. Just pick a open spot, text your spot to the store and an associate will bring your items out. We got everything we ordered. Id highly recommend doing curbside if you dont want to enter the store. If so, the curbside pickup area is on the first floor of the garage near the BBVA bank. You cant miss it. Youll see the signage.

Came from far after checking for Passover items and was very upset to find the shelves almost bare and unable to find my needed Passover goods. I am elderly and handicapped and it was very difficult for me to travel there

In Texas we all know it is hit in the summer...this HEB has a parking garage!!! And the people that work there are all so helpful and friendly. So...no matter the weather, I can go grocery shopping! Try it out, you wont be disappointed!!!

The seafood section has won my heart. I especially love the salmon patties. The varieties of fresh produce are truly farm fresh, and I can easily fill my basket with the healthiest choices.

The staff went above and beyond to help me locate items since I was new there. Will be back !

This place is awesome! Always friendly associates too! Usually crowded but people are keeping their distance fr one another. Parking is two levels. Im giving 4 stars b/c both doors are used for entrances ans it seems to get congested by the carts with people coming up from the escalator, people getting off the elavator and entering thru both sides of the store.

I was able to find everything I was looking for.

The design of the new stores are great.

It is nice to finally have a replacement to the HEB we lost after Harvey, but I dont like the layout as much as the Bellaire location. The deli and the bakery are on the opposite side of the store from each other. You need to go all the way to the back just to pick up a loaf of bread. Plenty of parking! All in all, I love HEB, though.

Order was wrong. Plus there is the 3% upcharge, which is on top of the increased grocery prices we pay across the board. So, Im not one bit happy.

Friendly employees great service. The longest Ive had to wait is about fifteen minutes. But I also had about two weeks worth of groceries to haul out.

Hey lady shuffling people from lane to lane, the process would move faster if YOU jumped on a register. I can determine the best lane on my own.

Hopefully once the newness of the store opening wears off it will calm down and be fine but i wont be visiting again for a week or so. Well lite and nice store but again too crowded. Staff was helpful and friendly and they had all the checkout lanes open to help get you out.
