Not Really a Retail Establishment. Went there because the reviews were so good. Walked in and was treated very well despite having a baby with me. Ive been to many gun shops that completely ignore me when I bring my family. They deal a lot in transfers and i will definitely go there for any FFL Transfers I have. They had great suggestions about magazines I was trying to find. Great Place.Call ahead so they can open the gate for you.

Mr. Scott from lone star tactical is very respectable! I’ve had 2 guns shipped to this FFL and each time he’s always been really polite and just makes the transfer process really easy. Came here today to pick up an optic for my XCompact. The gentleman was very friendly and explained all the options about it and also installed it for me.It helped to see all the certifications they had from Sig Sauer, kinda cool!!

Great service. I had 2 firearms that I ordered online sent here and they were fantastic! Very quick to send their information over to the online retailers and lightening fast to call me when the firearms arrived. I mean fast; like minutes fast based on shipping alerts I received! FFL transfer fee was the best I found. They give discounts on the transfer fee for Carry Permit holders and when you combine items at pickup. The guys there were really friendly to boot. I will be doing more business with this company for sure and will recommend them without hesitation!

I did my LTC course with LSTS and we had enough people for him to come to our location to host the class, he lines up and vets the closest gun range for your range test and so you know where to go practice etc. Extremely thorough, practical and open to any and all questions during the class. Never judge a book by its cover, these Google photos can be misleading. Lone Star Tactical may run a low profile establishment, but they provide high quality service and sell all high profile brands. Scott, the owner, is very informative and extremely helpful. I recommend Lone Star Tactical to anyone in the market for a firearm.

I only dealt with them over the phone and I wasnt sure if they were retail, gunsmiths, etc. but they were very helpful and led me to where I needed to be which goes a long way for me. I could tell over the phone these guys know there stuff.

Bought a gun online from dallas and had it shipped/Tranfer to Lone Star Tactical Supply. When my package was delivered they called me not too long after and when i came to pick it up it only took 5-10 min to get me set up (paper work, background check ect ect) and out the door with my gun.$15 if you have a LTC which is cool! And $20 if you don’t. Overall.. Great customer service! Thanks!

Ive been going to Scott at Lonestar Tactical for my FFL transfers for over a year now. Im continuously pleased with his professionalism, and friendly attitude as well as prompt service. One thing I enjoy is that I can talk with him about guns and not feel like Im getting the run around, or being rushed. If you cant find what your looking for he can most likely find it for you and have faster than anyone else. He has great prices on his transfers and even does in house sight installs. The store/shop is well maintained and in a secure location as well which is a very big plus. Next time you do a transfer let Scott at Lonestar Tactical take care of it. You will not regret it.

I had two excellent experiences with Lone Star Tactical. The first was for an FFL transfer on an online purchase. I was very impressed with Scott. He is ultra responsive, very customer-centric, and very nice. He was really on top of emails, followed up on everything immediately, and even spent extra time showing me things about my new gun.Based on this great experience, I decided to work with him again. In preparation for my LTC and to start off with no bad shooting habits, my son and I met with Scott for an hour at a shooting range for some instruction. He ended up spending 1.5 hours and his price of $30/hr was very reasonable and worth it. As a result, I passed the LTC shooting test with a 248 out of 250 (missed on shot), despite being a beginner.I would highly recommend Lone Star for their great customer service and value. My expectations were exceeded each time.
