Becky is AMAZING!! I started with a private lesson, lady sure shots, and then basic hand gun. Each class I learn something new. There’s never too much education to help me protect my family.

I had a good time. The range officers are nice. They leave you alone if you follow the rules. I felt that the place was kept clean and modern looking. The only thing I didnt like is the $28 cost to shoot for just 1 hour. That is about twice what I usually pay everywhere else in the country.

After two visits to rent and shoot I was very happy and comfortable being there and made my decision to purchase my first handgun.Our salesman was Kevin and he was great. He totally understood our nervousness of being first time gun owners and he answered all of our questions including what accessories we would need (gun case, ear protection…)

I really liked the detail of the instruction. The teacher was great! She really knew her stuff and answered every question.

My instructor Tim was the best. He’s very knowledgeable and has many years of experience. My class was very informative and Tim kept the group fully engaged. Thanks Tim, I really appreciate all that you do!

Was in the store for 15 minutes as one of two customers in the store. I was completely ignored by all three employees with only one with a customer. As I prepared to leave another person walked through the door and was immediately greeted.

Not a bad place to shoot! Some staff members including the managers could work on customer service as well as some handgun and rifle knowledge. Beware of the range though, this is where some new comers go to shoot and impress their dates so be ready to get muzzle f$&?!@. Range officers can only do so much.

The customer service they show to minorities is below average. Even after buying 5+ guns from them and purchasing an elite membership, you would think that they show you respect and treat like your service matters.I will never go to this place again. Spend your time and money on diversified organizations

They have a decent variety of hand guns. SHANNON IS THE MAN! from the minute I walked in he showed me every hand gun I wanted to see, he also answered all of my questions and was super patient! I ended up getting a .357 magnum and 9mm S&W. Thank you for such an amazing customer service !

So I purchased my new firearm online, process was great and pretty easy. I was recommended to do so other then wait for the popular CZ to come in and possibly sell out. The firearm is delivered some days later(Thursday at 10:56AM) so I come from a funeral all the way from Brownsville to pick it up and keep it stored at home on Friday at around 5PM(I received a text/email of delivery) but I was told that even though it came in the day prior it hasn’t even been marked in. So I asked what I can do and they told me I need to come back Monday to MAYBE have it ready for pick up. So the weapon I ordered arrived early Thursday and I have to wait for Monday to hope I get a call or text? This is just bad business and after all of this I won’t be doing anymore business here. I would have rather went down the street and spent the extra $80 to get it right there and then. I was being patient because I knew I would be gone for a funeral but now I’m back and have to wait even more after giving them time? I was happy because this is right by my house and Military friendly(or so I thought) but I’ll be going elsewhere after this. Thanks for the shrugs and support.Guy who helped was really cool when I came in, not a perfect score but he made the experience easy. He moved it to a higher review.

They were great when they first opened, but the employees have declined since then. Each time I go in to use the range or purchase some products, the cocky attitude and pretentious demeanor gets worse and worse. As someone who knows a little bit about firearms, but not everything, I have questions about some products (i.e. holsters, magazines, cleaning kits, etc) before I buy it. The employees working around 5-6 p.m. on sep 30 couldnt have done better making me feel unwelcome and stupid for asking questions. Theyre the closest range to me, but I will gladly be searching for a new range further away if it means having a better experience. Its a shame because the range is clean, but the employees make you feel as if youre annoying them. I hope first time gun owners dont have to experience this staff.

This is my second time visiting this location, and went in with the intention visit the range and make a purchase (first visit was about a year ago). Decided to look at the selection before entering the range but I could barely concentrate because the store was absurdly hot and humid, AC needs attention badly. A few of the firearms appear to have some signs of stress and some with what appears to be rust...perhaps from the humidity. I wouldnt normally complain about this-- but escaping the heat in the summer is one of the biggest appeals of an indoor range in Texas. I didnt make it into the range or make a purchase because it was uncomfortable and had to leave. Ill try to go back again when the temps are milder but seriously this is Houston, the AC has to work. I genuinely felt bad for the employees working.

This place is awesome! All the employees were super friendly. I purchased an extended magazine for my AR but unfortunately my weapon is picky about the kind of magazines it will accept and the new one wouldn’t work. They refunded my money right away, no questions asked. You can even rent weapons to shoot in their range! They have tons of guns to pick from. Plenty of gear and accessories to get me in trouble with my wife too if you know what I’m saying. I’ll be back for sure.

My dad, my friend (19), and I (19) went here to shoot handguns. We were told that my friend was unable to shoot handguns without his guardian because he’s under 21. When we asked why, the staff insisted that this was “federal law, not store policy” multiple times. There is no law that states that a guardian has to be present. We have gone to other ranges without problems.The staff here was so condescending, dismissive, and difficult. If they won’t let him shoot because of a store policy, then that is their prerogative. The way they treated us as if we had no idea of what the federal law does and doesn’t state, especially when what they are saying is incorrect, is unacceptable. Do not ask us to email. The employees here are the problem. Take it up with them.

Very professional and knowledgeable staff! Shoot Point Blank also has an extensive inventory of firearms, parts, and ammunition. During these challenging times with the ammunition shortage, Shoot Point Blank is my go-to for those hard to find 9mm and 40cal rounds. My daughter and I have taken classes online and/or onsite, as expected, with good instructors and good applicable knowledge.

Went there too buy a Sig 716i smooth transaction, staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable thx guys Ill be back!!!

Go for the experience of just talking to the extremely knowledgeable and professional staff. Then you will walk out knowing you made the right purchase. I loved this place. Omg... So cool.

Instructor was clear on steps to complete the training course, explained fire order/procedure well and with patience as some in classroom time didn’t get it, and how to fill out paperwork on dps site.

The LTC class was my 2nd class at Shoot Point Blank. Since I had never shot a gun before I took the basic handgun class first which included range time at the end of class. Both classes were very helpful and the instructors pay attention to detail making sure everyone in class has the knowledge they need to be responsible gun owners. Im even thinking of taking the advanced handgun class which will definitely be at Shoot Point Blank.

I purchased my fire arm the CZP10F with ease. They were very fast and gave me some great tips! I live an hour from this store and there are plenty of stores near me that I could have gone to, but because these two men went above and beyond the call of duty for me, Ill definitely be returning and I recommend this store to any new and experienced shooters! Shoot point Blank is the perfect place where to learn about guns, my husband knew some about it but I did not. We decided to go to them. There are so professional when giving their courses and also when you are in the range. When you come to them with questions they are always open to help and answer them. Charles did a great job. His training included real experiences that kept your attention while he taught the laws of carrying a weapon. I cannot express enough how well he did. I highly recommend the LTC course at Shoot Point Blank in Cypress.

The class and instructor were great will definitely take more classes there. Michael Emanuel was the name of our instructor and I also became a member of the range.

I signed up for the carry and conceal class. I didn’t make it because I had COVID and asked them to reschedule. They said no, get lost basically. So I lost 125.00 for absolutely nothing. I went into the store to try to talk with a sales person and I waited 20 minutes for someone to even greet me and that didn’t happen as well.I had issues with getting this class and Holly got it sorted for me wrong corporate. She was a gem to work with.

I have been a member about 7 months and I have nothing negative to say about Shoot Point Blank ranges. The staff are friendly and always helpful, assisting on the range and in the sales area. Their classes are second to none and the instructors are patient and intuitive to the students needs. I have recommended Shoot Point Blank to my friends and associates, and several have purchased a membership so that we can shoot together. We sometimes bring our relatives to enjoy the sport as a family.

I love Shoot Point Blank! The quality of the range is consistent at all locations I’ve been to. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about the guns and products that they sell. Definitely become a member, you’ll save a ton of money if you are frequent ranger like me.

Best place to go to... the staff is always friendly and there to help you with any question you have and if you have any problem at the range too... they have classes from beginner level and more... my wife and I love this place... we have gone to other ranges near are home but we prefer to drive a few miles more...

I love this place. They have knowledgeable staff, clean facilities, and allow the use of shotguns. If you do not have a shotgun or other single action firearm they can assist you with a rental. If I were to have anything other than a single action break action shotgun used for hunting only I would purchase from Shoot Point Blank especially because they have a lot of items in stock. Great place indeed.

Disclaimer: I like this range because its really close to my house, so that plays a factor into my rating. Other than that, the range itself is nice and modern, as it recently just opened. The range fees are reasonable and the rental prices are actually very good. Ammo is also very reasonable. Ive been to other ranges where the range fees were less, but their rentals and ammo were a lot more. The ventilation system in the range is very good as well. The staff is super-helpful and their retail ammo and gun prices/selection are very competitive. I was a little worried that their prices would be high because its a residential area and its brand new, but I was happily surprised. I highly recommend this range.

This is the best range in the area. Well lit with great ventilation. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I have been a member pretty much since it has opened and have never had a negative experience. I highly recommend for first time purchases and shooters. They also offer a lot of training classes beyound concealed carry licensing.I took the beginners hand gun coarse with Becky Alsup and it was a great class. She got my issues straightened out right away. A lot of great info there for beginners or as a refresher.

The staff at shoot point blank are always friendly and courteous. They are very knowledgeable about the products and are eager to help and answer questions. Their stock availability has also been good despite the shortage that everyone is experiencing.

They really make sure that you are able to learn all the technique that is needed to succeed

Got LTC training there. Instructor was just ok (they need to focus on training instead treating attendants as elementary kids though). I went there again to shop a gun and there were couple of young salesmen there. They spent good amount of time with me and answered all my questions patiently. I am new in hobby and appreciate their help. Will update this review after few more visits.

What a joke. I went there for nothing. I was told the ammo was available and when i get there all of a sudden i need to go online to be come a member. I will not return. I wasnt told anything about a membership to purchase ammo. Maybe to shoot or purchase a fire arm but for ammo? You have lost a customer for sure.

Place has horrible prices, 699.00 for 1000 rounds of 9 mm what a joke walked out laughing.

I’ve been coming here for a little over a year now and can honestly say that it’s my favorite indoor range over all. Everything from their safety, cleanliness and inventory on new toys lol. Favorite time of the day when I’m here hands down.

Ive been here before and my best friend came here to buy an AR, he was ready to spend $1700-$2000. He had his daughter with him and just like any young child can be difficult, he was ignored by customer service representatives until he basically put himself in front of them directly and received glaring looks from all the employees throughout the process of his purchase, when it became clear that the background check was going to extend after closing time, instead of just telling him hey we need to close they told him that they were doing a brady check and he needed to pay right then and there for the gun but come back as late as next week to get his rifle. The Brady Act is the law that states background checks are required to purchase firearms, and if the background check isnt completed within 3 days then the transaction can be completed. These guys just didnt want to wait a few extra minutes to get the background check back because they would have to stay past closing time, thats fine and all but to tell him he would still need to pay right then and there is ridiculous, they wanted his money, but they didnt want to wait for his background check to come back while his daughter was there with him. All in all, they wanted his money, but didnt want to finish working with him past closing, and he felt like hes was being judged and rushed out the door partly because he had his daughter with him. We will be going to Collectors Firearms tomorrow to get his rifle and give them the business. Im also personally a member of Liberty Armory and reccomend thier service and gun range. We both are never going back to this place ever again. One star only because 0 wasnt an option.

The Customer service experience leaves a lot to be desired. Be sure to go before 6p, because at 6:01 they start reminding you every 5 minutes that closing time is at 7. Also, since when is there a fee for a waiver? Thank goodness it’s not the only range in town.

I took my LTC at Shoot Point Blank Cypress in February 2021. My instructor was very knowledgeable and made sure everything was well understood before entering the range.

I took my concealed carry class at point blank and learned so much. The instructor was polite and knowledgeable. The class was well set up and I feel better having learned everything they taught me. The other side of point blank is their gun range and shop. The gun range was well taken care of and had a nice setup. Their shop however was fenomenal. With the current times, most shops ice been to have been out of almost EVERYTHING, and while point blank is low on ammo like most shops right now, they are not low on weapons for purchase. They had the largest selection I have seen for the past 6 months. The rest of their staff was also polite and very helpful. This is definetlu a place I would recommend visiting. If you frequently go to the range I believe they also have a membership program so its cheaper for the frequent shooters.

Had an awesome LTC class with instructor Grant 7/26. I knew this class was going to be a long day and boring but Grant made the class very fun and kept us on our toes with his positive energy! He is very knowledgeable and passionate about what he does and it shows. Definitely recommend taking a class here.

Very clean and new feeling. The staff is friendly and accomodating. We bought our first gun there and the whole process/paperwork was effortlessly and efficiently handdled. We joined as members and I use the range almost every week.

I have been to both the Cypress and Humble location. At both locations you will encounter friendly and knowledgeable people who will help you find not just a gun but the right gun.

A great range for handgun and rifle, rapid fire is banned, but is still overall good. There is a large selection of rentals to choose from and the staff is very kind and informal, especially carlos and chris!

Range is very clean and reasonably priced for range time and targets. The staff is extremely helpful and courteous. We have gone back several times and even decided to purchase a membership. No rapid fire is allowed, but that is pretty typical from what I have seen at indoor ranges.

I love coming in here. Easy to get register for a lane. Employees seem to enjoy their jobs. Its clean and brightly lit. Very enjoyable.I have seen some really nasty reviews for this place and of course negative reviews seem to get more views. Let me say this- SAFETY IS and should ALWAYS be the ranges first concern. ALWAYS!! They want to go home to their families at the end of the day.They deal with all levels of performance. And sometimes people think they are better shoots than they are!!They are friendly, knowledgeable and SAFE! if that bothers u in anyway- go shoot guns somewhere else, Please.

I purchased a handgun my sales rep Zac I think that’s his name, customer service was excellent and he multi tasked between and other customers he’s the only reason for the stars & few other helpful employees .... BUT my issue came from the manager on duty kept glaring at me then when he got asked to do 2nd verification he looked at me and walked away to the pizza man at the door. 😒😒😒 unprofessional, no customer service skills obviously too hungry to do assist his employees or customers.

I went there last week but was refused renting a gun because: you are alone, the ranges rules dont allow renting guns to people who come alone the first time. Have to sign a waver and come back and we will rent you a gun the next time . I have gone to 3 other ranges and none of them had this ridiculous rule. Needless to say, Ill never come back !
