Carissa Lopez from Rejuvenation has been SUPER helpful. I bought everything online and needed a very large order for my entire bathroom. She assisted me from the get go and took care of every request I had, answered questions about products and even assisted me later on with a different smaller order I had made online by myself. Products are very high quality, which is expected for the steep prices. I am overall very happy with the order but mostly with Carissas above and beyond treatment. Thank you so much!

I really love the style of this store. Their items have a timeless look about them. It is a bit pricey but some of their items you just can’t find anywhere else. My experience with the sales associates have been positive with the two items I’ve purchased. I felt like they went above and beyond to assist me.

Some of the sale associates have serious attitude. Interacted with them twice in person and over the phone. Great store to check out the items you see online but I rather make my purchase straight from the website and not have to deal with them. Overall, not a positive experience at this location.

Purchased a large ticket item from the store. Left my cell number regarding a second item in which associate needed to speak to management about. Never heard back. Online orders constantly arrive damaged. Customer service will not help or respond.
