By Far worst company Ive ever had to deal with. I ordered an IV Pole and it came in a box that had holes and was ripped. The product was damaged and not functionable. So I reached out and they responded quick but required pictures. I sent them pictures and they never responded and i keep emailing them and they refuse to do anthing about it. NEVER... and I repeat Never, order from this company unless you want to be treated horribly and get your product sent damaged.
I ordered 5 boxes of a product, 12 bottles per box. I received only 5 individual bottles of the 60 (12 boxes with 5 bottles each). I received a reply to message asking about the remaining 55 bottles missing from my shipment saying they would ship . A few hours later, without notice, they refunded instead. They are still selling the same item on Amazon but refuse to ship my entire order.Message sent to me below, then no more contact but only refunded, while still selling the same item on Amazon!I apologize for the inconvenience. I recently ordered a walker for my 91-year old mother that was not a good fit for her, and this company will not issue a refund. They said that photos( which were never sent )shows wear and tear, said I don’t have the original box (I DO have it... anything to avoid refunding the purchase price) and I have to pay the return postage. I cannot talk to anyone because their customer service doesn’t answer, nor does it return my calls .No wonder the reviews are so poor!!!
Tried to return on Amazon. Its been weeks and still have not heard a thing. Filed a claim and still nothing.
I ordered a shower chair through Amazon and the seller was Prime Medical Store. I did not receive the shower chair although they kept sending me dates for delivery that kept changing. I emailed them through Amazon and they would not answer my email as to what happened to the package! I called Prime Medical and was promised a phone call in 24-48 hours explaining what happened to the package. I never received a call back. I had to get Amazon to call and also send emails. I finally asked Prime Medical to refund my credit card which they did not. I am now having to get a refund through Amazon one month after I ordered the chair! This company shows as a 100% positive reviews on Amazon and yet I see many negative reviews here. I cant recommend this company!
Do NOT order from this company. I ordered 6 bottles of M9 drops and received 1 bottle. The phone number is worthless because you must always leave a message and of course, they never return your call..
Be very careful if you decide to buy from this seller. I had to return the product because it was the wrong one and they gave me the run around. Tried all kinds of antics to not give my money back and I returned it immediately. I had to get amazon involved several times. Took months to get my money back. Don’t waste your time. Also, I had to pay $15 to return it to them.
Do not ever use this store. They just throw the merchandise in a box with no packing. Arrived leaking,open and hot. Horrible!!!Response was negligible.
Initially refused to accept a return item. Later agreed to accept it. Paid $120 to ship item back to them. After they had the item for two weeks and had not called me / emailed I called for update. They state it was damage and they would not accept the return. The item was not used and returned within their return policy. They are unethical and their business practices are in bad faith. No refund and now my 82 year old grandpa is out $320 and has no product! Not right!!! Ive reported this company to BBB and await BBBs involvement
Beware of this seller! Purchased an item via Amazon over two weeks ago. Order was marked as shipped in amazon with no tracking provided. Sent Prime Medical Store an email requesting tracking info and rep. Keila responded requesting 24-48 hours to research my order. 1 week later still no response from seller. I contacted amazon to help resolve problem with non responsive seller and seller ignored communication from Amazon as well. I called after waiting a more than reasonable 2 weeks and seller rep tells me the item is on backorder with no definite fulfillment date. This company needs extensive training in communication.
BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I placed a order through Amazon from this seller. They shipped the order to a completely different state which I found out from UPS, they requested that their products be returned to them then they did a credit to my account and apparently canceled my original order. I did want order canceled just corrected and shipped to me. Ive written to them several times hoping they would fulfill my order but I havent heard a word in three days.I dont expect them to stay in business very long based on the reviews Ive read.
This is also Medisouth. I dont know whats going on with their hiring process for them to keep looking for people since April. Yes, they post the same type of jobs occasionally. Hire people who state they have experience with ecommerce. Just very unfortunate.
BUYER BEWARE: they use deceptive marketing to sell their products, and then will drag their feet as long as they are able. I ordered Clifford print diapers through amazon and received a generic print. My claim eventually had to be refunded by the Amazon A-Z Guarantee after i received no correspondance from the seller for over a week. Nearly 3 weeks AFTER i was refunded by amazon they FINALLY could be bothered to send me the information i needed to start the return.

I ordered a product for my mother but, when she died the next day, I tried to cancel it immediately. It had not shipped as of the date I tried to cancel it, but they shipped it anyway. Now trying to return it (unopened) and have not heard back from them. Just e-mailed again and called their main office. Hopefully theyll get back to me, but this is annoying given the circumstances.
I see why the reviews are the way they are . Not a good company at all .
