Super nice and clean store. Amazing bakery. Its whole foods. Never a bad experience.

I’m giving this store three stores because they’re typically pretty good at customer service. However, I am not happy with the treatment I just received. I got into a line that only had one person that was almost done checking out. Mind you, the lane open light was on. When the employee was done checking out the customer in front of me, he turned his light off and walked off without saying so much as one word to me. Just walked off. I understand if it was time to go or break time but I only had two items and he could have easily communicated that when I walked up. Instead I was just left standing there.

Ok, expensive. Use to shop here years ago but I like Central Market better. It has good prepared foods. And has more of the basics that regular stores have. Whole Foods is too kitsch. I dont need to be different to enjoy life. I went to WF today and the only thing that I wanted to buy was a bouquet of flowers!!!

Whole Foods is a pleasant place for a stroll if you catch them on the off-hour. Walking in the doors Im greeted by a sight that could make a Texas Cattleman consider a vegetarian diet... but carrying on to the butchers counter I meat my true love. I would love to know the guidelines Whole Foods follows in hiring because I rarely encounter an employee that I wouldnt love to invite to coffee. Thanks to all.

The young lady who assisted me, Kisha, was WONDERFUL. Her demeanor was patient and courteous and while she didnt immediately understand what I was in search of, she stayed with me all the way to self-checkout to ensure I was satisfied. Great job. She also informed me that Whole Foods is available on Amazon as well. I will visit again when I am in Houston.

Nice, clean store but not the place to go if you are in any kind of hurry. The staff on multiple occasions has shown no regard for working people trying to get in and out on a lunch hour. Once the cashier even carried on an extensive visit, as if he were catching up with a friend, while I stood there several minutes just trying to get my items and get on with my work day. They could truly benefit from training on how to be passively friendly rather than a getting to know you or catching up with friend type of transaction.Or, they should take breaks to visit with friends rather than spend a customers break-time visiting.

Good place to buy healthy and organic food. It also has a very good Health and beauty aisle.

They were very helpful its very expensive but I got a few items for my granddaughter shes a vegan so I found vegan food so that was good I do like the store I complimented the guy and produce because it was very very beautiful I work in produce in a grocery store and I was very pleased cuz I know how my boss likes everything fresh and clean and it look very nice very stacked really nice I appealing and thats what matters thank you for being there for for me

Good lunch buffet & soups are A+. clearly a granola sprit premium way of life

I had an awesome first experience. Kevin in reception is great. My pedicurist Amore was great. She was very attentive and took her time. She made sure I was comfortable the whole time. I will return this weekend for my nails. Its also nice that they offer a 7 day guarantee on their nail services. All I needed was a glass of Moscato.😂😂😂. Oh! They get very busy, so an appointment is recommended.

I generally like this Whole Foods but was disappointed in the pizza today. Ordered one for my friends and I and I got home to find it burnt. I ordered it 20-30 minutes in advance and they said it was fine. Didn’t want to spend $15 on bad pizza. The fact that it was sitting there when I arrived makes me feel like it was rushed.

This a smaller Whole Foods . It does however have a bakery, butcher cafe, and fresh vegetables and fruits full wine selection. Lots of parking and helpful staff. It’s all available just on smaller scale. they have Amazon lockers if needed.

The food was great, the service not so much and they were so busy several servers and even the manager, Joshua Barrientes, ran into the back of my chair. Not just touching or brushing against, but hard enough to move my chair with me in it. Worse part, they did not acknowledge it apologize until I asked to speak to the manager and Joshua then said yes, I know I did that, we are just so busy now... He said that was all he had for me. ??? Im not sure what that meant to him, but to me it meant, We wont be back even though we have frequent this location.My husband has ptsd and if he were sitting there, it world have been very bad.Very dissatisfied with the managers lack of concern.

Good Ol Whole Foods...My Fav-Location...Prices are Better these Days & Cooked-Food & Salad Bars have Made a Return...now if the Juice, Wine, & Beer-Bars can be Resurrected😃

I shop at this Whole Foods often. Yesterday I was waiting in the checkout line and I saw an employee walking toward me wheeling a trash can. He came closer and was coming straight for me. Instead of moving around me, which he had plenty of room to do, he said excuse me in a rude tone as he approached and I stepped forward. I was keeping mind to social distance from the customer in front of me so I didn’t have much room. Upon passing me your employee hit me with the trash can as he made an exasperated sigh and was shaking his head. I don’t know what form of training you have for customer service but I imagine that was far from it. I can find most of what I want at H‑E‑B and I think I will be giving them my money from now on after this experience.

Great place for a meal break. They have a wonderful selection for drinks and eatery and very clean environment where one feels comfortable to sit and relax or just shop around. My favourite is their deli.

Very awesome visit today. Lots of cool specials and Amazon subscription discounts. Got my favorite, Chilean Seabass for 21.95 per lb. $3 off per lb!

Although the food is okay for the prices.. the reason that I will never step a foot in these place again is due to their rude manager name Eugene (I think) arrogant can’t describe him good enough.Thank God there is HEB and Central market

The breakfast items in the hot bar is terrible and disgusting.

This was a phenomenal store at one time, but store really took a turn in a interesting direction.Helpful hints:coffee bar closes at sporadic times shortly after noon.Some of the employees in coffee bar are very rude and unpleasant.Vitamin and skin care section are usually on point with friendly people to assist.The store in other areas feels a little uncomfortable.Store does not have a natural feeling and asking for help could be bothersome to some of the employees.You can not eat at store anymore.Bakery items - which use too be untouchable are now barely eatable and most likely are frozen - made long before baked.Any complaints or concerned will most likely be ignored or resolved.

Got some decent stuff here after the outage. However it was closed when many other stores were open a couple days ago. I understand there were water troubles. We all had water troubles. Maybe they have other issues, so I will reserve harsher judgement. I just wish they would open that HEB that is planned across the street. They seem better prepared for Houston disasters, which apparently are common. Stores in Houston really need to stock up on water. Or the city needs to be better prepared to supply them in an emergency. The water grid here is unstable and apparently relies more on pumps and electric more than gravity as do other places.

I love that they have staff on the vitamin isle. They always are so helpful. I accidently dropped a bottle and broke it. The gentleman thanked me for bring it to him.

Great place. Just push the vegans out of your way and go to the front of the checkout line. Make sure your meat has real meat in it first. Wear your Birkenstocks and blend right in. Im just kidding, right?

I thought itd be great, but the organization of products is very confusing and too less space to walk around and youll constantly keep bumping onto people.

I’m literally writing this from Whole Foods parking lot as I didn’t have a good experience today. Cashier didn’t even say hi, he went ahead scanned my food and took my $20 bill without even saying anything. Lady bagging my stuff didn’t approach me either as they kept going w their conversation. I’m not going to be giving out names but not coming back here again. Should had gone to H‑E‑B or anywhere else where costumer service is so much better.

Great bathrooms. Strange to have a security guard in uniform guarding the front door to look tough? I found it laughable. I suppose Im not from the area and although all signs pointed to nice, low crime area, I truly dont know. Maybe a bunch of people are holding up whole foods and Im just not hearing about it. If so disregard. 5 star bathrooms for sure though.

Small, not as big as the Sugar Land Whole Foods. Items sell out fast. Even before te pandemic. For example: prepared chicken pot pies, Prime items on sale, Kalona products (especially milk), Vital Farms Butter, oh, and MOST annoyingly Organic Fuji Apples.Warning: they fill up the Organic Fuji Apple spot with Sour Tasting Reiner apples! Be sure to read the sticker on each Apple!!Customer service is pretty good. Social distancing is almost impossible in a store this small and there is not much signage on the floor regarding social distancing, so don’t take your kids in & be sure you are protected if you are immunocompromised or have underlying conditions or live with anyone who does.The filtered water tastes better at the Sugar Land location.This Whole Foods is not bad for a quick run. But if you need to stock up, driving down to the Sugar Land Whole Foods or into the City to the newer big While Foods in uptown is much better. Especially if you need the aforementioned products, definitely go Tuesday - Thursday. The stock is incredibly low during weekends & Mondays.

Excellent store. Very clean and well stocked with extremely helpful staff during this pandemic. I frequently shopped here getting organic food for my cancer patient and his wife. They also helped me with additional produce I needed for juicing. I can’t thank y’all enough for helping us (myself, patient & wife) during the three months we were here. Truly amazing over the top service to delight the customer!!!

I appreciate that I can buy produce here and they are not bubble wrapped in plastics like so many other grocery stores

A few days ago I had just got done loading my groceries in my trunk and I was waiting in my car selecting a song/ searching my GPS to get to a restaurant I was meeting my family at when I caught one of the security guards standing in front of my car taking a picture of my license plate and of me. I rolled down my window and asked the man why he was photographing my car and he said “I was taking a picture of the parking lot.” How do you take a picture of the parking lot while standing in front of my SUV? He then followed with “you’re on private property.” I was so appalled by this response. Not only do I feel creeped out but now I’m being kicked out of a place I just did my grocery shopping at? I feel offended by this. Instead of stalking the actual customers why don’t you hire a security team that ACTUALLY does their job right. I’m disgusted.

Love whole foods

I went to whole foods today to pick up some sushi and to my disappointment when I came back and opened it. I found half of the fish in it rotten and yellow in color and had a very stinky fishy smell. Didn’t expect this from Whole Foods Market.Anyone thinking of sushi from whole foods, please be careful..

Always a pleasant trip when I visit.

Ordered food to pick up at 12p and checked in at 12:02p. Another car arrived 5 minutes after we did, and received their order. When I called Whole Foods, was told they could not find my order. At 12:33p I received an update that my order was being processed. It was delivered to my car with the excuse that they are behind. Would not recommend using the pick up. Have no problems with getting organic items at H-E-B not any problems with their curbside pick up.

I love Whole Foods, but it’s hard to watch perfectly good food from the bar, ready made pizza and sandwich area being thrown in the TRASH because it’s 3 hours old. It was explained to me that anything on the bar that does not sell within 3 hours is placed in the GARBAGE. Meanwhile stray animals and homeless are going hungry? Just seems like there’s a disconnect here. Yuck.

While the prices are high, the customer service is great! The produce section is amongst the best around. Everything is fresh, colorful, well stocked, and the are always sales, and new items. They offer ample parking, and fast checkout. Associates are very knowledgeable and eager to share. Cleanliness is their top priority.
