I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PLACE! Everyone is super friendly and very hospitable. The price for alkaline water is excellent. $3-$5 lower than grocery store prices. Also, they sell AWESOME supplements which they are very knowledgeable about. I have been coming here for almost 2 years now and have not been disappointed in service nor quality of products.

Love this place excited to live so close to it now, the water is amazing from premium to regular, the people that work there are so nice . They even have a selection of different water bottles you can buy, the glass jugs are my favorite.

This place is amazing! I suffer from a lot of heart burn and as soon as I started drinking their premium water my heart burn significantly dropped. I can’t recommend this place enough.

We love getting our water from this store. Jay is very informative. Very friendly staff. The place is always extremely clean. You never have to worry about carrying water bottles from the grocery store. I bought 6 five gallon water bottles and get them refilled one a week. The water tastes so much better!!!

Recently purchased 3 gallons of alkaline water and replaced my regular drinking water daily with it. My chronic aches and pains were dramatically reduced within a day. Went for refill and still feeling improved. When presented with some very specific concerns, the owner addressed them immediately with respect, honesty and integrity. My wife and I love this store! We wouldnt consider buying our water anywhere else. Jay (the owner), Bobby, and Bianca are all so great. No matter which one is working, you get a great vibe when youre there. And if youre an avid alkaline water drinker, the membership is definitely worth your investment!

I have nothing but praise for the staff at Water Tree Heights. They are all very friendly and personable. They will spend time explaining the benefits of their many immune boosting products as well as the filtration process that produces the alkaline water they provide.Anyone who actually believes the CDC and WHO should not be concerned about people not wearing masks. They can feel safe and protected by the one they are wearing and they can be the first in line when the vaccine arrives. Freedom of choice and respect for opposing viewpoints is the bedrock on which America was created and the reason so many American servicemen and women have given their lives so that we can be free to choose what goes into our bodies and over our mouths.

If you want to have a debate on why masks are not important and how the covid epidemic is a hoax, then this is your place! I liked going here to get my alkaline water because of the health benefits, however after asking an employee why they were not wearing a mask and being told the owner respected this employees choice to not wear one is concerning. Go here if you want alkaline water but just remember if the employees dont care about their health I dont think they will care about yours.

The service and water selections are great. However, I suffer from an underlying health condition and am concerned of staff here not wearing face mask to ensure the safety of themselves or customers. Their management team should ensure their staff wear mask. I have stopped going here recently for this reason and ask that you please proceed with caution when entering into this location if you see staff without face mask especially if you have COVID-19 concerns. Their health objectives dont meet the CDC guidelines.

Bobby is the man! Super informative, takes his time to explain to newbies, and doesnt try up sell you on what you dont need. I purchased the seamoss and Classic Alkaline water.I would definitely recommend this place to friends/fam. If youre worried about the employee not wearing a mask, they have one nearby to calm your fears or just look like a goofball and sit 3ft tall while your in there following restaurant guidelines as if the virus will magically passover your head. But dont leave a bad review bc a person doesnt believe the same as you. They know their job and do it well.

Affordable and best tasting water you can get in town. They have the water stations, if you need. As well as containers for your H20 if you need more. Always friendly. In and out with my water too.

Very disappointed to see an employee on the night shift not wearing a mask. His explanation when I asked why his response was that he played along for six months by wearing one and has made the decision to no longer wear one, masks are a mandate, not a law was disconcerting to hear. He said the owner is okay with his decision which I’m confused about because this is a health store. I felt like I was in one of those Karen & Kevin videos but in reverse because an employee was telling me this.This establishment is very small with limited space because of the equipment and shelving. I get that everyone has different views but we are in the middle of a pandemic and there is a sign on the outside of this business that says masks are required. Since many who come here for the alkaline water & health products are looking to improve their immune systems & make more conscious decisions about their overall health have a right to know masks are not being worn at night. The germs don’t just disappear from the evening to the morning shift and if they don’t take wearing a mask seriously I’m starting to question whether they even clean after closing. I’ve been a member for about 7 months and always come in the morning except for today so this was not only a shocker but very disappointing to see and hear.

This place is great, great product and cutomer service! My boyfriend started going there and took me to get some hydrogen water, the owner walked us through and explained the different types of drinking water and benefits of drinking good water. Very informative! I can really tell the difference now after a few months of drinking hydro water. Now we wont drink water unless its from the Water Tree!

The most affordable Alkaline water in Houston. I fill up my 5 gallon bottles of water here and use only alkaline water now for cooking tea and even the cat and dog get alkaline water. The staff is very courteous and friendly they always help me with my water bottles when they are available. If you go to keep over for Primo water bottles stop going there and come to Water tree it’s a much better experience and the water is so much better

I have to admit, I was not initially convinced about drinking alkaline water. But I decided to give it a try. I started drinking water from Water Tree Heights and “water” has never been the same again! I have since had a total conversion, and all I drink now is THIS water. The water has no after taste; it taste clean, pure, and it has so many health benefits. Some people even claim they have been cure from diseases. I’m convinced that if you simply give it this water a try, not only will you know exactly what I am talking about, but you too will notice the difference in all other water and choose to only drink this water.I highly recommend Water Tree Heights and their water. The owner of the store is a kind and easy going man. He seems very knowledgeable about the water and it’s benefits.

Man, where do I start! This water tastes great, is high Ph and costs me about half of what I would pay for expensive grocery store bought alkaline water like Essentia that adds baking soda to increase the Ph level. Plus some recent news reports have reported traces of bottled water many of us buy at the grocery store every day.Im a fitness trainer and running coach I take my water seriously so I was thrilled to meet the owner Jay and have a new way to buy healthy water from a storefront operation in bulk at a great price.Not too mention my son was recently diagnosed with Crohns Disease, a chronic, auto immune, gastrointestinal disease.
