Super nice and helpful workers. They helped me swap my products and find me another store that carried what i needed.Another nice perk is that theyll match any price you find anywhere else!I bought and tried many different flavors of Quest Bars and Combat Crunch Bars. These are my favorites out of all of them. #1 is Fit Crunch! Sooooooo good!

Huge selection, courteous staff, and quick checkout. I always have a great experience here. They have a large assortment of every type of protein bar, powder, and goodies you can imagine. Lots of natural supplements and teas. They also carry Zipp-Fizz which is hard to find in stores. Its a great all natural energy supplement that works awesome. I always grab a few protein bars and a cold drink when I go. The staff is always helpful and responsive. Highly recommend.

Customers not wanted at the 5829 Kirby Drive Houston, TX 77005 location.My wife went to this location and the staff made her feel as though they didnt want to be there and that customers were a burden to them.If thats truly the case, then maybe corporate should re-staff the store or close it.I thought the Vitamin Shoppe was a friendly place to shop.After my wifes experience with this location, maybe they are not as customer centered as corporate portrays them to be.

Employee talks like he’s stoned. Insults me and keeps trying to sell me supplements. I wouldn’t be surprised if vitamin shoppe goes out of business soon. Everything is marked up triple what you can find online

Good selection and friendly staff.

Used to like this location until I went in there after I decided to grow a beard for the winter. I picked up two similar products, and they werent even their prized, high dollar items, and I was searching online for prices and comparing the products ingredients in my hand, whilst shopping for more items. One of the associates who had been tailing me, told me she would hold those upfront for me, and it was not a suggestion. I must say, I might have a closer appreciation for the way that African Americans are treated in retail establishments across the entire country, especially the Deep South and here, in the land of Steers and Queers. I will take my supplement purchases that can not wait to Sprouts and even to Whole Foods where they will cost me more, but my liberal unshaven kind will not be profiled as such.

Great Variety, competitive prices with some national brand online items.

I can find a variety of products there on the spot. Great for when I got to have it now. Only drawback is it usually 10-20% higher than if I bought it elsewhere.

I absolutely love this Vitamin Shoppe location. I live in the Heights but will travel over to Kirby instead of the Vitamin Shoppe over here because the employees are so much nicer.

Most of their products are overpriced unless youre getting their own store brands.
