Everywhere we went or called they had one coming or tried to switch us to a Civic or different color Accord. Duck and Maria had exactly what she wanted sitting on the showroom floor. He gave us the best deal at the right note. Once in finance we were paired with Nick who was also awesome. He got her a warranty and maintenance package she couldnt pass up and stayed in budget. I recently took my car to giant eagle Honda to get to curb checked rims repaired underneath the ethos tire and rim package warranty. The service advisor called me and said that the repairs were declined because the tires were not losing air pressure. When I bought the vehicle brand new the sales person told me that they would be covered if the rims were curved checked or damaged which is not true because my rims were not repaired. I was misled on buying the warranty for the tires and rims because my rims are not fixed and what is the purpose of buying the package if the warranty doesn’t cover what they offer. Nevertheless this was a disappointing experience.I have bought 6 to 8 cars from John eagle Honda since I was a teenager nevertheless to say I would not recommend anyone to buy a vehicle because everybody is misleading after this experience
I decided that I needed a smaller economical vehicle because of the miles that I drive per day too and from work I was driving a Jeep Patriot and it seems like I was putting gas in it twice a week and of course with the gas prices accelerating here in the past year and the cost of living going up I thought that this was a good idea to look into a Honda and as we all know car lots arent as full as they used to be but I did come across one right on the showroom floor and yes they worked with me they gave me pretty much what I wanted for the Jeep and I pretty much drove away in a Honda HR-V. I am definitely happy with my decision.

I went to get my oil changed and a young man by the name of Jose serviced my car. After they changed the oil, he had it washed (free) and went the extra mile to sit with me a bit to show me how to view in my car on my own when I needed to change my oil.He also explained how the codes worked and showed me in my car’s manual what they mean. He was very informative and helpful. Thanks Honda for hiring good personnel who show good work ethics.
I did not have an appointment but needed repairs that day. I was treated fairly and kept informed about progress. When the issue was diagnosed, Jake provided a shuttle service home and back so I did not have to wait at the dealership. The repairs were expensive, but necessary. I easily recommend John Eagle service.

I would highly recommend, I did a trade in and didnt have the amount of the down payment many financing companys wanted me to have, so they went out of there way to find one that was still in my price range with my trade in the the lilttle extra that I added on. After traveling to one Honda dealer twice to get an oil change and being turned away. And, then calling another Honda dealer and told they ONLY see appointments and even then it would be a 3 hour wait for a oil change. We made the28 mile drive to John Eagle Honda.My mom arrived at 7:10am for my 7:15am appointment Saturday morning and was greeted by Mike and the Express Service staff.Mike went above and beyond. They completed my oil change (it ended up being free), informed my mom that I have a oil leak and that I needed back break service. I purchased the car in May Certified from another Honda dealership and I’ve had a previous oil change.Mike and his staff were fast and professional even while busy on a Saturday morning. My mom was out in less than an hour.
My service advisor, Christian did an excellent job on explaining the recommended diagnostic work to troubleshoot my Odyssey’s non-working AC condenser fan. While the AC condenser fan was being repaired, he also recommended that a recall service be done. I can’t say enough positive things about professional and honest 5 star service I received from Christian and the service department.
Ask for Duck Manning he is the best! He is amazing and makes the process really smooth. He goes above and beyond for his customers and tries to help as much as possible. I had to have my airbags replaced and scheduled my appointment online with John Eagle Honda of Houston. What a great experience. Someone meets you at your car when you pull into the service center area. My appointment was confirmed and I was escorted to the service waiting area. It is equipped with hot coffee, cold bottled water, and WiFi. I was there for about an hour and a half and it was a very pleasant experience.
Every time I come here my guy Duck takes great care of me! I had a older vehicle I wanted to sell & Duck and the John Eagle team made that happen for very smooth & quick for me. I wasnt in there no longer than 15 mins. Appreciate it guys !

John Eagle Honda is a superb dealership esp. our service advisor Gabriel. First, I started contacting them through online chat and they responded immediately. All details of purchasing we done only through mobile and once we got a deal thats the only time we visited John Eagle and finish all the transactions. Now we are happy with our new honda pilot 2022 Touring model.

The representative of the service center came to me and gladly took my van to get servised and in the time frame he promised even thought they were busy. From first call, until I drove away EVERYTHING was 5+ star treatment. Mike was able to accommodate my service request at a time convenient to my schedule. Our service technician Jesse was very kind, courteous and knowledgeable. He thoroughly explained what the CVT recall was about, what was needed to be done to fix it, and that we would be given a courtesy vehicle if our vehicle needed to be kept overnight. That was not necessary, as the technicians were able to perform the work in less than 2 hours. Overall, it was a great experience for us and we will certainly return to John Eagle Honda in the future whenever necessary.

Be careful with these guys. Bought a used Honda from them. Salesman said the AC was broke. But they were going to fix it before I took it off the lot. They in fact did not fix it. Two months later, no more AC. Local Mechanic said blown compressor and costs $1500. John Eagle GM said they would take care of it since they told me it was fixed when I took it off the lot. Few months later, AC not working again. Told the service manager and no response. Took it back to local mechanic and to fix it. $1500 out of pocket.

Brought my wifes car in today and someone stole out of the car during an oil change. Bet your *ss I will be back there in the morning to talk to a manager about this. Charge me 71 dollars for an oil change and then I guess we didnt tip so just take it. I thought this was a professional business. Doesnt matter if its two cents or an iPhone, people who steal should not be working here.
I went for a recall -‘the service department was awesome. Jake helped me from start to finish and arranged for a ride home and they picked me back up when my vehicle was done. The shuttle drivers were also very nice and the car was done earlier than expected.

One would think that they would have people watching the doors to assist walk in customers. At 6 3 Id say Im pretty easy to spot. I walked around the show room floor and viewed 4 vehicles bumper to bumper (while their finance room was full of people). I even had the time to snap pics of a classic Honda they have parked on the floor.I also walked down several rows of the outside lot and still no one came out to help. This may sound a bit arrogant, but I dont believe I should have to go hunt for a salesman so that I can hand them money. Based off of the time stamps on my pics I was there for no less than 27 minutes.Ive noticed that most dealerships on 290 are this way. The dealerships on I-10 seem to have salesmen trying to greet you as soon as you hit the exit ramp on the freeway.

I arrived about 1:25 P.M. and was greeted by the service coordinator. I gave him my service request, and told him I would leave the car and be back in an hour. He told me the car would be ready by that time. When I returned, the car was ready, and had been washed and the interior cleaned.
Mike Ma & Dan were great! Dan signed me in with a 90 min promise for my 2020 Pilot’s B1 service & did it!! Mike went over what their tests showed & used my coupon. They gave me their cell numbers & as I drove away I noticed my display was locked. I texted Mike & in minutes he replied with my fix. “Push the hone button” duh! I will be back!! The Service Department is always great to work with. I had an issue with my vehicle earlier, and even though they couldnt replicate the issue, they didnt charge me for their time. And they even washed my van afterwards.
