The Guys over at this location truly deserve a standing ovation!! If it wasn’t for Benjamin and his tenacious crew my mobile unit would have been down for a week! Got new hoses and quick disconnects for my unit. They are definitely my go to place for speedy solutions. Thanks again Ben!!!

I truly don’t know where to begin…. The past week has has truly been a trying week for my business and if it wasn’t for this young man by the name of Benjamin me and my business would probably be out of work for the rest of the year.I called over to the office and Ben was quick to answer my call. I needed 4 major repairs done ASAP and all he said was “No Worries Boss I Got You.” All he needed from me was a picture of the fittings and the length I needed it in. By the end of the day all my rigs were back up and running with no issues. Not to mention the work area was left spotless. Ben I truly appreciate you man! Someone needs to make sure and give this guy a raise because he exceeded my expectations.If you are ever in need of great customer service and results you need to ask for Ben!!!

This company is the best hose company in Houston I had a 10k fork lift with the hoses going through the boom called hose tech and ryco they said they couldnt do it called pirtek they sent todd out just a awesome tech would give them 10 stars if I could

On the 28th I came to Pirtek Gulfgate and got a hose made, was met at the counter by Jake . This guy was awesome offered me a free drink and took my hose to the back. I thought I was gonna be here for at least an hour but he brought the hose back to the front in a few minutes it was a perfect fit no issues at all. I recommend this place and the customer service is a ++

They go above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that my customers are well taken care of.
