Love this store so easy to get to from yellow parking lot, they only allow certain amount of customers in to shop, YEA!

Loved this location because they’re not the type to look at someone up and down! & the sales associates do not “judge” you by the way you look on whether you’re going to purchase something or not. Virginia/Lynn was very helpful she provided lots of good information/ convinced me to purchase my new purse! She was very helpful and very fast ! Super thankful for the kindness

Horrible customer service from Bruce and associate. My wife purchased a item from me I went to return it and the sales associate stated that he would not return the item. I asked for an explanation as to why I could not return the item he said the item was final sale which was false the item was not final sale. I showed him the return policy and he still refused to return the item. I asked for a manager and Bruce came and said that since I took the item home, and that he would have to throw the item in the trash because I am black and I may have germs !!! He even made remarks to his sales associate saying “ have you taken the trash out, this item needs to go to trash with him” the police was called and forced him To process my return by law. I’m looking into getting a lawyer.

Two men was working they didn’t at all come from behind the counter to assist my friend and I he went in looking for a messenger bag but they acted like they didn’t care if we was there or not they stayed behind the counter talking to one another when asked a question they barely wanted to answer I WILL NOT SHOP AT THIS LOCATION AGAIN

Small shop for unique finds. High end materials for not so high a price. Sales people are knowledgeable and friendly.

Customer service was excellent!! No complain at all, the lady was very helpful! One thing to the young girl working there, You need to smile when you welcome the guests and you need more manners when you ask for ID thanks!:)

I love this designer and I absolutely love that there is a store nearby. The sales reps are always so helpful and knowledgeable of the bags and if there isnt a bag I want in stock, they reach out to other store have them them overnight what I want. ❤🤗

Very good service

I purchased a purse here, at MCM, on vacation about a month ago. On my way back to California my bags got misplaced on United, in it being my purse. I received it about 2 days ago and really wanted an exchange. Although it was over exchange dates, Tessa at MCM made it so easy for me with all the inconveniences. Thank you Tessa, and MCM. Definitely a satisfied customer, not only with products but with service! You guys are amazing!
