I brought my watch in to have the battery replaced, and the manager, James, knew exactly what was going on inside, how to best handle my experience with the brand and explained my options succinctly. Little did I know, there was a loose gear inside that rattled audibly when he shook it! I was elated to discover that the issue was covered by warranty and told him briefly what I needed in a new model.He immediately recommended the watch that I ultimately decided to take home, but patiently walked me through other face and band combinations until I realized that he had nailed it with the first one he pointed out. This individual has a knack for service and it is his insight and demeanor that will bring me back to Fossil, where I am certain to receive superior service and find value that will stand the test of time!
Had to get a battery replaced and the gentleman was very quick, super friendly and the store is gorgeous. They had some great things on sale too. Cant wait to see all of the new fall mood jewelry!

I was gifted a Fossil watch for Christmas that has a case size that is too big for my small wrist. The watch is visually appealing, but unfortunately the size is overpowering. The watch was originally purchased from Dillards. My girlfriend and I walked into Fossil in the Galleria and spoke to the store manager Mark. Mark was very helpful in finding a solution for an exchange even if the watch was purchased from a department store. He recommends to check with the department store it was originally purchased from to get the most out of the amount spent on the watch since it is currently discounted at Fossil. We leave and then come back after checking with the department store. Our second visit was the complete opposite and this is why my rating is justifiable. We were approached by a disgruntled employee named Egyptian. Egyptian was not welcoming. As I was explaining my situation again, she seemed disinterested and at times I would catch her rolling her eyes. I felt belittled as she repeatedly told me I could not get any exchange without a receipt from Fossil. The watch still had the Dillard’s tag on which I showed her as proof of purchase. We even told her that we already spoke to Mark and she still was adamant on not offering an exchange. My girlfriend saw Mark by the cashier so she went to speak to him about the situation to finally address to Egyptian what was offered to us from the beginning. Mark tells Egyptian and she storms off while saying under her breath “girl relax” to my girlfriend. As a customer, we will NOT be disrespected by an employee. Mark heard and tells Egyptian “yeah don’t do that.” Egyptian has to go in as one of the top 3 unprofessional employees I’ve ever experienced. At this point I just wanted to leave the whole mall itself. Employees like Egyptian shoots the buyer experience extremely low making the company actually lose sales revenue. Not only did she make Fossil lose money, she made the Galleria lose money. She ruined my experience to shop elsewhere. Proper disciplinary action should occur in order to prevent this from happening to other customers that are willing to spend their time and money at Fossil.
I am a loyal customer with Fossil products. Customer service is absolutely fantastic. The staffs are very helpful and attentive. The repairing service is also great 👍. Marc is a kind guy, he gave me great service and the best experience here 👍
The quality is outstanding, the watches are really beautiful, I bought one for myself many years ago and I still get compliments. Last month I purchased a watch for my cousin. A very professional and helpful lady, she had patience and did not rush me; furthermore, the model she recommended was exactly what my cousin chose over the video call. A few days ago, I came back to buy another watch for myself, I met different staff and they are all great.

The store charged me twice for a single purchase. Spoke to an extremely rude, incompetent associate who directed me to contact customer service. After speaking with CS, they referred me back to the location(who is not answering their phone! Never shopping here again and my problem has still not been rectified. Apparently the manager by the name of Marc, is they ONLY one who can refund the charge and is out of the office! NEVER shop here EVER unless you want lackluster service!

Amazing shop with excellent customer service. I visited from the UK and they got a product personally delivered to my hotel when they didnt have it in the shop. The staff Claudia, Jordan and Romeo were very nice and welcoming. Will recommend everyone visiting Houston to visit galleria and visit this shop just to experience what a customer service should be like. Needless to say Fossil products are always great.
Always loved Fossil watches. This location is usually very well stocked and they sales persons are very friendly and helpful. I had a little difficulty convincing a particular sales person why I prefer mechanical watches to smart watches but it made for some entertaining light debate. Theyre proud of what they sell but arent pushy.

Love my fossil watch. The employees here are so incredibly nice and helpful. As a matter of fact I had two lovely ladies helping me pick out my first watch. I am coming back very soon to pick out a different watch in a a different color!!! I’m so looking forward to the experience of them recommending me a perfect watch.
I have 3 watches from here and have been a long time customer. I love the quality of watch and how stylish they are. For Christmas, my girlfriend brought my watch in to be repaired and not only did they repair it, they gave her a brand new watch for almost half of its value. To me, that’s true customer service.
