Wonderful staff, very helpful and informative. Offering a nurses week discount, which is amazing!!Some favored designs have been removed, like the decently sized backpack purses and other ergonomic bags. Stock of some items wasnt great either.

Recently stopped in to make a purchase for back to school shopping, not only was I not welcomed into the store the staff members watched from the front desk until I proceed to pick up a backpack did someone approach me and ask was everything ok . As a POC I who regularly purchases online . My In store experience has me thinking differently. I furthermore continued to look around then someone else walked in, was immediately greeted and informed on the promotions going on and ask if she needed any assistance . I shouldn’t feel uncomfortable shopping for a school backpack and computer case . I think the staff should high reconsider their attitude towards their potential customers.

This is Vera Bradley location great, but there’s a floor manager who’s very rude to her employees and also very rude to her customer. If I recall probably she said her name was Roxan, Roxan if you come across this review I hope you start treating your employees with more respect and also your customers. I’m not shop here for my daughter anymore 👎👎To any other person reading this Don’t shop here !!

Always a joy to walk in this store! Love seeing all the pattern and colors. I never leave out of their empty handed, good for them bad on my pockets! 🤣

Terrible customer service and bossy attitudes.The employees are unorganized and sassy.They are prejudice. When I went they ignored me in line and skipped me in line to help a caucasian girl instead.If you dont have to go here dont!!We left after spending an hour without receiving any help.

Terrible experience- purchased a few items for Christmas gifts and needed to return them. I was told that because the gifts were listed under my daughter in laws member account that I could not return them. I did not understand that I needed to open an members account to purchase. After much back and forth and a lot of attitude from the sales associate - the items were returned and I did not open a members account to do so. Needless to say, I will never return to Vera Bradleys in Memorial City Mall.
