I spoke with Mr. Marco and he help me he was very nice and educated me on the different parts that I was asking and inquiring about and he seemed very nice and I’ll refer everybody to go to him and talk to him first all the plumbing needs or any other needs they might have and I think he deserve a 10 star

I went to buy some plumbing fittings and pipe and was charged over twice the amount per fitting . I asked why my ticket was so high and the cashier said prices havent gone down yet from the freeze situation we had here in Houston. Like BOLDLY PRICE GAUGING ! Iwill never step foot in there again ! This happened 03/22/2021

BEWARE. Bought roof turbine and it was wrong one and they charged 15% restocking fee abd they were way more expensive than Home Depot or Lowes. STAY AWAY.

This hardware stores Has been around for years. They always give Excellent customer Service. They usually have exactly what you need and you dont have to go to big hardware store.

Good matials,unfortunately they dont money back for return tools,very polite for buyers,but a very unprofessional attitude when try to get money back,just be careful when buying there and make sure if the tool will be useful.

During Covid 19 they close from 1PM till 2pm. It would have been nice to know that before driving way over here for nothing. I even spoke with an associate to make sure they had the product that I was looking for and he failed to inform me of their schedule change, thus costing alot of time and alot of money. I wont do business here anymore because of the lack of respect for the customers time.

This place is a hole in the wall. The guy who run the business is a teen on his mid 20s and he have no idea about customer service. After purchasing more than $2,000 in lumber and other products I need to return the unused pieces. They try to charge me 15% restocking fee. restocking fee is listed in the invoice. They have a glitch on their invoice system. Without knowing that fee up front or either on the receipt, Im not obligated to pay that fee. The Manager,Cashier told me in a really bad attitude if I want the refund I have to go to the Jensen location, Really? He end up calling the police on me for Trespassing police came and after he review the invoice where does not show any restocking fee percentage, he order to refund the entire transaction money withou charging me any Restocking fee. I will never shop in this junk place. Better save some time and headache and go to a big store name like Lowes or Home Depot, where they have trained and educated people, not kids just got out from high school running a business.

This is the place for all of your exotic wood needs. They have tons of items. The guys working there are always so nice and helpful.

Decent hardware store with some hard to find builder items such as fiber cement board.

Price change with no notice or any kind of notice, cant give out an estimate with price changes like this.

They listed deck boards at $4 I messaged to verify then drove an hour. When I get there they claim post is old. So if they lie in posting makes me question what else they lie about.

Prices are generally less than big box stores but the advertised prices on website are never accurate and they wont honor them. Prices seem to change several times per week

They must be more honest with their advertised prices when one arrives at their business they are disappointed because the advertised prices are not what they really have. Just for that I give them three stars of the rest they have good products and even so it is cheaper than lowes and home depot.
