I bought a mattress about a year ago and was very pleased with my purchase. Yesterday, I called needing a boxspring ASAP for my elderly father to help him get out of bed easier. I purchased a bed frame from them. it was a very reasonable price and decent quality, but I will NEVER use them again after what happened next...When I went to pay, they didnt write up a receipt or anything which I thought was odd, but didnt really care. The following day I get a call from by bank that Ive had several fraudulent charges on my account. I hadnt used this credit card for 3 months before this purchase and the next day my card number is stolen... I dont need the hassle and will never use them again.

I have been searching for a new mattress for months now. After visiting almost every mattress outlet and retailer in Houston, College Station, and Austin, I was less than impressed with service, selection, and pricing. I happened to be driving by and Save on Mattresses outlet had recently opened so I popped in. While the selection was not massive, the quality and price of the selection was very good. Lucy, the sales rep who helped me was amazing! She was very knowledgeable and not pushy or over eager. She answered every question and concern honestly and if she didnt know, she promtly called management to find out. It was a fantastic experience and I got everything I could want and more from them. I would recommend everybody go talk to Lucy at the Katy Fwy store during their mattress hunt.
