Its most definitely a store for the guys. Or those girls who like to work on their own bikes. Its all abt parts. No frills. Nothing pretty, except some of the paint jobs.
Cool little motorcycle shop, old school guys were great went in there looking for a part didnt have it in the show room had an employee take us to his storage and let us look till we found it Thank you MC Creations we will definitely be back
Rudest, most hateful old codger I’ve ever had the misfortune to encounter. A cold day in hell before we buy anything there!
I was looking for some parts for a 1989 XL883 Sportster... he had nothing. I can understand why people say hes rude. Hes definitely up in years and also has some back issues... poor guy, I felt bad for him. The stool he was on cant be comfortable. He looked up prices in a catalog that were pretty outrageous. I am curious to see prices on older used items. 🤔Not impressed.
Fantastic work on restoring a bike for me! It was fun getting to know Greg and his commitment to doing things right. We need more straight shooters like him to call it as he sees it. If you’re skin is thin, toughen up a bit! Go see him, have a firm handshake, and don’t BS if you don’t know. Lively conversation instead of text and email is much more interesting. He was absolutely fair on price of parts as well as efficient on labor hours. Very satisfied customer!
I called about a rear tire replacement and included that I already have a new tire. I respected the reasoning he would not provide mechanical repair to service my tire, but the way he went about it was unacceptable. He told me and I quote, Im a motorcycle shop, Im here to sell parts not to lose money when you have the parts already. Then he hung up on me. Inconsiderate, unprofessional, and just rude. I will be sure to spread the word how I was treated just over the phone.
MC Creations is a gold mine of old Harley parts, and a wealth of the knowledge needed to keep them running. The men that work here are friendly, the prices are more than fair, and theyre willing to work with you to keep that old motorcycle of yours on the road. I definitely recommend this place if youre into old two wheeled iron.
I read the reviews about BAD customer service and laugh cause it is so true. Always hated going there but sometimes needed to for different reasons. Weird how he just dont know better at his age...
A lot of parts to choose from and a cool knowledgeable guy behind the desk
Met a couple of great guys here today knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Thanks for all the advice...
Easy to find. Greg was very helpfull and when he didnt have what I needed he directed me to someone that could help me. Plus the old school storys are good memorys
This is a great place to buy your motorcycle parts. Huge selection of parts for building your own bike.
The owner named Greg.....he’s very rude and laughing while I was on the phone with him.very unhelpful...he didn’t answer any of my questions.Very condescending.I was very dissapointed and I would not recommended this place AT ALL!!!
Best motorcycle repair shop in the Houston area.
Luv this place. Lots of parts and history here!
Seems like he is running this shop for a long time as all sorts of old school stuff scattered around.I find it extremely rude even to talk to this man. May be he is getting bit old.Left shop with a smile and never go around that place.
Knowledge lives hereParts from 20s to current.
Great plc.lots of parts classic & new....
Over the past 10 years, Ive taken my two HDs exclusively to MC Creations for routine service and custom modifications. Professional service at a fair price. Its all been a good experience for me. Greg, the owner, is direct and trustworthy. Ronnie is the best HD mechanic ever worked on my bikes. James provides old-school customer-service finishing touches you dont get in any HD dealership.
I hadnt started my Harley in over 5 years. I took it to MC after they told me, when I stopped in one day, that it would be a couple of hundred dollars. They called a week or so later and said that it would be more than that and that I need to come in and give them some money so they could order parts. I gave them $500.00 and they said that it would be maybe another couple hundred after my 500 deposit. I signed a piece of paper that said that they could work on my bike and left. Several weeks later I received a call from Greg, the owner, telling me my bike was ready and that its going to be another $1050.00. I was very confused and let him know that he shouldnt have done that amount of work without at least calling me and telling me that it would be that much. He was rude and said that he knew how I felt because something very similar happened to him, but he still wanted his money. I let him know that I was out of town working and would stop in and talk to him once I returned. A couple weeks later I stopped in and talked to him about my bike. He was extremely rude and not willing to discuss. He just stated that he would put a mechanics lien on my bike if I didnt pay. I told him that what he did was wrong and he showed me the paperwork that I signed that, I guess, gave him Carte Blanche to do whatever he wanted to it. He had me by the balls and he knew it, and he took total advantage!!!! I left to go out of town for work again and then came back with his money. I gave him a credit/debit card and, at first, he refused to take it and wanted cash. After convincing him that debit is same as cash, he accepted. I let him know that I would come back later and get the bike with a trailer because after the bike sitting up for 5 years, I didnt trust the tires. He said that the tires were fine and if they werent, he wouldve changed them and charged me for that also. He also said I took it to Tomball 5,6,7 times I asked him why and he literally yelled at me telling me that they had to test drive it after they fixed it. He said that car mechanics did the same thing with cars. I told them that they usually just take it around the block. He shrugged his shoulders and laughed. HORRIBLE customer service. I ended up paying almost $1,600.00 for something that was going to cost me a couple hundred bucks
Great service, great people I can always trust.
Tons of nos and vintage parts excellent service
You better know what you are talking about when you come in here! Old school bikes only.
