First time to this iconic location and enjoyed my visit. The staff was very friendly. Family member went to buy an accordion he saw a few weeks back and it was disappointed when he found it was no longer available. Be advised, if you like what you see there be ready to buy or put in on layaway. It may not be there when you go back for it.

Gabbanelli has the best accordions ever made. Others try their best to design something better but you cant. Also people see Ramon Ayala playing a different brand now so they think its a better accordion he has in his hands. Not true and be realistic. Gabbanelli has been around so long its perfection and quality. You pay good money for Gabbanelli but its all worth it. Ive owned Gabbanelli accordions for 28 years and will never buy any other brand. Even my daughter has been taught properly and she is left-handed so I had to figure out how to teach her. I also taught myself learning it upside down to pass the torch to her.

All I have to say is my experience was incredible. I love my Gabbanelli💯😎

Need better customer service I took my acordeon to get repaired as soon as they opened called several hours later around 2 pm and the older lady told me I had to just deal with it even though the young man told me it wouldn’t take more that 2 hours and to top it off I got home 3 hours later just to find out they didn’t work on it properly… poor service and will be my last acordeon I purchase from them

I tried to order an accordion on their website using a credit card. It processed without error. I then got an email asking for my credit card number and to send my drivers license. Email attachment isnt a secure way to send credit card data, they are really opening up their customers to credit card fraud and identity theft. They could not give me a secure way to complete my order and were unconcerned about risking their customers sensitive data in this way.

Good inventory. Though lady behind the counter was somewhat rude and very condescending.

Went to the store March 12,2020 to browse around the customer service was great they told me I could try out any accordion, I saw a few Accordions I did like but did not purchase because of recently buying one in December maybe next time I go ill buy an accordion. Overall great first experience there will more than likely do future purchases there instead of ordering online. Im still very satisfied with my gabbanelli pillow.

The Gabbanelli store was so nice! The staff was very nice and helpful. I bought a two tone Gabbanelli that needed a few adjustments, Mike Gabbanelli was a great guy and did not hesitate to make the adjustments. There may be other accordions out there on the market but why bother with them when you can have the best with Gabbanelli! ❤

Poor customer service, can’t even upload one video to hear the accordion of a specific model. Return policy, Only 24 hours to decide if you like it or not. No thanks.

The service reps are very nice and helpful. They have crazy inventory. They are use to having visitors so they even have a set up for you to take pictures and encourage you to tag them on Facebook. It was very nice experience.

Only needed new wax and they would only help repair my accordion if it had his name on it. They are only in love with their name and nothing else.
