I bought 2 pairs of relatively expensive shoes at this store. After wearing them around the house I realized that one pair really didnt fit properly and the other pair made a loud squeaking sound when I walked. I planned to return them both and called on the 10th day to see if they would let me return them the next day so I wouldnt have to take off of work to make a trip to the Galleria. Nope! 10 days is all they will allow and there is absolutely NO flexibility not even 24 hours. This being said, once I got there to return the shoes the salesman went above and beyond to fix the squeaky shoes and I am so happy because I love these shoes! So, return policy is a one star, customer service is exceptional...Thank you Randy!

It’s a tidy nice establishment that you would expect to be in the Galleria area service is quite good parking is the only downside.

This is a third world shoe retailer. They only have a 10 day return policy and are completely customer unfriendly. There is no reason to buy from this store.
