It used to be good, till they move to this new place,now everything looks like clothes from thrift stores...I stop coming here and I really missed the old location 😔

I went to Burkes for the first time and I was amazed at how nice it was and the great prices. I had a problem with my credit card and they patiently worked with me until we got it straightened it out. Thanks a lot.

I never shopping 🛍️ at Burkes Outlet before I cant wait to some nice clothes for me to enjoy the beautiful clothes they have to buy reasonable price from the two hurricane season can in Lake Charles La . I loss everything now I need enough clothes for me to get what I can. January 17,2021. I will be looking forward really soon to shopping 🛍️ this years New year 🎆

I only gave four stars because I didnt purchase anything this visit. It was my first time in this store and did not really get to experience customer service with my limited amount of time today oh, and not having gone to the register and the entire process of a purchase. Good clothes, various styles, great prices! I do plan on going back to purchase more than a few items oh, Im sure I will be amending my review to five stars on that visitI said I would come back, I did and sooner than I thought. They had exactly what I was looking for, and I even got a 15% discount for signing up on their rewards program! Excellent customer service, wonderful experience oh, you should check them out!

Very clean and organized store. Affordable prices and I loved there selection from Home, Shoes, to clothes. Great visit. I will be returning. Also the customer service was good as well.

This store is always clean and well organized. Great finds at low prices. Clothing, shoes, kids toys, household items, linens, jewelry and other miscellaneous goods available. Seasonal items are also sold. Large free parking lot in front of store. Plus this store will be moving to a larger space in same center.

I wish the selection was better in some departments as far as more sizes. Well organized

Not much stuff to buy

I always find cute shoes and jewelry here. They have a large selection of handbags and purses at very economical prices. The stores are always tidy and clean and the cashiers are quick to cash out people. My only complaint about Burkes is that they dont carry a wide selection of dresses. They sell more blouses and pants than anything.

I love it more now that theyve moved into the bigger space. A vast variety of clothing and other home goods. Definitely a great break away from Mashalls and Ross.

I love the new remodel it looks way cleaner and newer, finding the products I needed where much easier to find and the staff was very friendly, would definitely come back here to shop more often.

Tried to force my disabled daughter to take a perks card. Yes its free. But she told them no 3 times till I stepped in.
