Drove from Houston Heights to this almost abandoned mall after being told by my wife and son there was a Dillards Outlet store with great prices. A year ago, they bought me a batch of awesome shirts for $3 apiece.This year, my wife gave me a Dillards card with $200 on it. Off we go, me and my son reach the mall and follow the signs to Dillards Outlet. We go nuts on the low prices and gather a heap of clothes, especially my son.My stuff totals $75 roughly and my sons pile brings the total to over $400.He pulls a slew of it off to the side and now the total is $235. Okay, cool, here is a Dillards gift card for $200 and my Dillards card for the balance.We dont take those.Were not Dillards, were, The Outlet.Beware, the mall road signs have not been changed. The inventory was Dillards.

Not fancy at all, but if you like clearance shopping go for it.

I do not recommend anyone to go to this mall me and my daughter went to the small walked in and in five minutes my window got busted in my brand spanking new truck and everything and it got stolen

If your looking for that beautiful prom dress on a budget this is where you want to go !! Naz is wonderful she is so helpful and guess what she’s a seamstress she knows what she’s doing & she is very patient! Beware of the Harlequin store there dresses are over priced, dirty & your daughter will leave most likely crying like mine did !! And she only sells dirty dresses & she doesn’t provide any other service to accommodate the fitting or cleanliness for triple the price!!

This place has some decent stuff...but also stinks, is hot as heck, is messy, looks like a garage sale and selling clothing with mold on it!!!

I am surprised this store is still open. There are some decent items, but it takes A LOT of patience to sort through everything. I bought a pair of sneakers here for $13; they were $25 elsewhere.

Dont go in this place, they treat you as if youre going to rob the store, a lady is watching all the time, I went to try on a blouse when I opened the dressing room door to leave an employee was well hidden inside another dressing room, I was very humiliated when I go there . dont go to this place

I was surprised at the amount of big bargains they had, I just happened to stumble upon this store. Alot of selections offered, there is no inventory so just prepare to dig for amazing finds.

Ive been a customer to this store, I love this store I been buying furniture a washer and dryer. and outdoor furniture, and a sink for my bathroom. I love it, really good prices, and I been buying some good nice perfumes, clothes and other stuff from this store. theres a lady thats always working on the floor and she helps me almost everytime Im there such a friendly, professional employee. Best customer service I get from her, so everytime I got shopping I try to look for her. everytime Im there I see that shes the only busy employee working. she helped me get my LG washer and dryers etc. very nice store but employees are always walking around. overall I had a really good experience with this store and employee named Elia.

Great outlet store, and you can haggle on pricing. Mostly ex-Macys stock so good quality products.

They have lots of nice things, but a bit pricey.They have nice dinner wears, prom dresses, bridesmaids dresses, dress bags, office wears, toys, house furnitures, costume jewelries, kid nd adult bicycles. It fits the description of one stop shop.A $400 gown, with 40% off, comes to $240.

Lots of cool discount items and they even add a bigger discount if your shopping out of season items. Shopped for some swimsuits last week (September) and there was an additional 60% of the already significantly discounted price. Lots of nice brands and I even got a prom dress my senior year when the first opened. They also sell more than just clothes. Dishes, little bit of furniture, jewerly. You can find pretty much anything here.

I have been in retail since 1984. This place buys target/Costco and others clearance they can’t sell. They mark The merchandise full price even though target in Costco discounted merchandise and could not sell it. They attempt to lower the price 20% which is still well over market. I suggest checking Costco, Sam’s, or target prices to see how it compares For example, I looked at the elevating desk they are selling for 299. That very same desk I bought at Costco for 150. And Costco has a no hassle return policy if I do not like it. This place does not take anything back even if it is broken.

Wow what a store!! For someone who loves shopping and has a particular style, this store has amazing discounts off the already discounted price! The outlet did appear to be closed but when I went it it was a shoppers paradise from home decor, formal gowns, casual wear, and wonderful employees that will help you look for clothing that best suit YOU! No joke It felt as though I was on a runway every time when I came out the dressing room with a new outfit. Many items are gathered from various stores when they goes on sell. Such as target, costco etc. Sometimes you may find less expensive product compared to other stores.

This place does have some great finds for some good prices. You have to go searching for what you would like and your size. Its more so color coordinated, not in size order.

Why pay Neimans Marcus prices when you can shop here and save a ton of money. Hidden gem in Houston high quality items for super low price. They have it all - clothes, shoes, household items, furniture, rugs and even formalwear. I have shopped several times and always find an amazing deal.

Today was my third visit looking for a change in inventory. I have not made a purchase. The Outlet carries a variety of items from clothing (children, women, and men) to furniture, kitchenware, candles, jewelry, workout equipment, safes, etc. There is a huge variety of formal dresses. I noticed I could not trust the sizing on the womens jackets (outerwear). Possibly this is an issue with the brand. Some items do reflect outlet prices and some do not. On each of my three visits the only employee I have seen is running the register. Other than the choice of formal dresses, I am not impressed with prices of items.

BEWARE. Yes they have a huge selection of prom dresses however when I was there shopping for a dress we were approached by a security officer telling us we had to leave because they were closing, we were told by one worker they closed at 7 which was odd because it was only 6:18, so we asked another person what time they closed their response was also 7, so we decided to just leave, we were in a completely empty parking lot, except 1 black SUV with tinted windows that was parked so close next to me that there was no way we could get In our car on one side, next thing u know security officer is walking straight towards us,we immediately got in car as soon as we could, and drove off, the whole experience.of the staff and security officer was so bizarre, moms and daughters going prom dress shopping beware of this location, thought it was really strange how I couldnt find fitting rooms until a lady came and unlocked a door that looked like it led to an employee room, once she unlocked it, it had a ton of normal looking dressing rooms I understand keeping rooms locked but I dont understand keeping the entire dressing area locked up

Really hard to find things as the store is not the most organized. They have merchandise from many places with some things priced competitively and some much higher than at the regular store.

Its still ok for elderly. Most of the stores and food places r closed. So its mostly used for walking exercise.

They have beautiful gowns & NAME BRAND clothing such as Addidas, Calvin Klein for women, men, teenagers, and kids at PRICES you just cant beat! HANDS DOWN!👐THE OUTLET, which has since replaced the old run-of-the-mill Macys (thank GOD🙏!!) has everything a shopper could think of including home décor, kitchenware, beautiful rugs, swimwear, shoes, purses, wedding dresses, formal/informal wear, accessories, knick-knacks, snacks and drinks and much more! With such a variety of items & LOW PRICES on everything in this store I was able to afford NAME BRAND clothing for everyone in the family (& Im an excellent bargain Hunter)!!
