Exceptional customer service. They went above and beyond in helping me get the right product to refinish my garage door. Very knowledgeable and very helpful. This is my new goto paint store!

The staff is warm comforting and knowledgeable about every single product for my painting needs. It is my favorite paint supply purchasing location in the Houston area. If they dont have what I need, they will find it, and usually have it for me by the next day. Other paint stores in Houston area leave a lot yet to desire. There are times that I actually will make a special trip, whether near or far, just for the experience. And I love the products that they recommend, takes a huge load off my mind, and I am the most complex person that I know.

We went there to get some paint chips to select colors for total house re-paint. Was waited on by a young gentleman who was extremely helpful. We went back 2 weeks later to buy the paint. This time there was a lady and an older man who was very rude. He completely ignored our presence. She was helping another customer and had to eventually ask him to help us. His attitude clearly showed we were a burden to him and not as a customer trying to do business with the store. I hope he is not the owner because if he is there is no hope. If he is an employee then hopefully the owner will become aware of how he is hurting their business. We told the (gentle)man we would be back later with no intention of ever coming back to the store. Please dont go through what we went through. Just stay away. There are WAY too many paint stores out there to give your business to someone who is going to provide such a negative customer experience.

I had a bit of a paint emergency due to the gray I chose from sherwin Williams turning out an awful shade of blue. So I went to Memorial Paint and Arturo was so helpful. He spent a lot of time with me and helped me pick out the perfect gray and also the perfect color for an accent wall. It turned out amazing. Choosing the right paint color is extremely stressful, but Arturo made it less painful. I cant thank him enough!
