I didn’t know a store could make you feel like family.The very first time I shopped here JR made it his mission to make sure I had everything I needed. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and set me up with a professional account for my growing handyman business. The NEXT DAY the sales rep Amanda called me and immediately blew me away with the services, advice, and discounts available to me.Fast forward a few weeks to the next time I was in the store. Amanda was upstairs working, and she heard that I was there. She immediately came down and asked me how things were going and if I needed help or advice with anything. They also hooked me up with some Sherwin-Williams swag that I wear proudly now. It makes me look more professional, and I AM more professional with their help and expertise.The picture here is a project that Amanda personally came down to help me with on my most recent visit. I was having a hard time matching the garage door stain to the front door stain, and she took on the task herself and did an excellent job. Nieka was also there and was a superb help- courteous, cheerful, friendly and knowledgeable like everyone else.I truly feel like family at Sherwin-Williams! Excellent Customer Service and Stellar Paint Matching.Before my wife and I went in to Sherwin Williams on Shepherd location. I went to Lowes, and to Home Depot only to be disappointed with the paint matching service. I went home home from both place and the paint on the wall and trim was not matching. My wall was looking blotchy with shadow spots on it. I was almost about to give up when I made a last stop at Sherwin Williams and these guys hooked my up. They will not disappoint you. They know their stuff and have state-of-the-art paint matching technology. The guy Charlton Miller was extremely knowledgeable about what the characteristics of the paint we needed . I was not just about color... or flat, gloss... not it was about matte, chalky paint, ulta matte, etc. Knowing these additional characteristics, and how to see them in a coin size sample made all the difference in matching the paint. These guys saved me a lot of money. And they gave me free T-Shirts, and 50% off. WOW! My lucky day. Thank you so much for all your help.

No paint and couldnt mix due to lack of die

The store employee was kind enough to carry my four gallons of paint to my truck which I parked in the wrong lot (so had to walk a bit).

Great service and thanks to Charlton that help me Mach a color I was looking for.

Even during the current virus concern, this store was able to take a paint sample to match, make 2 different paints I needed, substitute compatible brushes that they had in stock, and complete the order quickly. This is in stark contrast to the closer store at 1409 Montrose, which blatantly REFUSED to do a color match. Will never return there, even though it is more convenient.

Very good personal service, many paint choices, I love this location, it used to be a Firefighter Station, parking on site.

The people here are awesome and super friendly. They work hard to get you out the door. If youre a regular, they take the time to know your name and account info.

The sales people here are very helpful. I am not doing the painting myself so I was purchasing for a contractor. They helped be decipher what was needed and minimized return trips
