Mike was extremely helpful on several unusual problems today. I have dealt with this location since 2003 and could not be more satisfied.

Guys are always helpful,dont know what some of the complaints are about. Never had a problem there.

Owners were racist and arrogant on my one visit to this store. Completely uninterested in helping. One of the worst customer service of any store in Rice Village.
