This place is amazing, the food fresh and delicious but it’s truly the staff that add the perfect touch. The food and people and atmosphere make this place wonderful!

Amazing place to come eat with or without company the vibe is just so amazing. Great customer service, great management. The crust on the pizzas has that nice crunch on the outside and so soft in the middle, it has the perfect combination, and the ingredients are so fresh it really makes the difference, and there wings are so delightful perfect seasoning great sizes. Just an amazing place to be in.

Went there with a couple friends and the owner was friendly and fun. We had pizza, wings, and cheesecake which was fantastic and I even placed a large order for a small gathering at my home afterwards. They made sure my order was fresh and ready on time. Overall great experience with these guys. Definitely would recommend and I will be going back. Thanks guys.

We placed our order over the phone, the guy who took our order was very personable. We ordered an eggplant parmesan pasta, a small pepperoni pizza, and a pizza sub with grilled chicken added. When I picked up the food, the guy working the register was very friendly and quick. Everything was hot and delicious - it ended up being enough for two meals for us. I’m definitely going to be ordering food here again.

The place is clean the food amazing the vibes and beats keep YOU upbeat!! Recommend this place to all ages ….. oh and they sell by the slice cheese or pepperoni you get 2 slices and a can soda $6.00 bucks shoot can’t beat that !!! Pick up or to go specials are awesome too 10 stars outta 5 🍕😎

I love coming here to eat. The atmosphere is very chill. I go in all the time on my lunch break so i eat here very frequently. You go in and they help you right away . They have also BYOB from 6-8 and get you some pizza . Major shoutout to the staff for the best customer service in history lol .

I love the food here I really do but this last time I went the guy who is taking the orders was not wearing a mask and was coughing all over the place. I would of thought you know with the pandemic STILL happening and the fact that he works at a restaurant dealing with peoples food he would be wearing a mask the cook was wearing one that’s a good thing but the person taking the orders and interacting with the customers should too. When I told him to wear a mask before I stepped up to order he completely ignored me so I just left. Definitely lost a customer today.

There’s a comment above here, talking about the register person, and yes, HE DOES NOT WEAR A MASK. I went to eat with my children, and he comes up very close, STINKS like cigarettes. Without using a mask. I noticed that only one employee in the back, with a white apron, was the ONLY one wearing a mask. When he’s the one interacting least with customers, he’s wearing a mask. It should be the one interacting the most with customers wearing one!! Very bad for business!!

I ordered yesterday online and it came to a total of $31.00 it took an hour and half. I called the store and the lady said they didn’t have enough drivers so it would take longer. My food finally arrived and was WRONG! I called the same lady back and she couldn’t understand simple English. I told her I ordered MOZZARELLA STICKS but they gave me bread so she said it would be another hour for me to get my mozzarella sticks. Boom....an hour passed and they brought me my what I thought would be mozzarella sticks.! Of course BREAD AGAIN! it was too late to call so I just said screw it. My food was cold and horrible service. I don’t blame the driver. I’ll NEVER spend money with this location AGAIN!

It is the best pizza place, a delicious Italian-style flavor, I recommend it one hundred percent, they also have excellent attention.

It was horrible experience! The order has been delivered in 1 hour and 30 minutes! Whenever I called to the restaurant in order to ensure everything is fine manager (or whoever it was) replied in a very rude and inappropriate way! He started blaming me for late order! So why just not cancel or not confirm the order!!! Worst service ever!

Never ordering from here again. This place is close to my work and I only ordered because of the good reviews. But am VERY disappointed. I ordered three subs crispy, and the bread were totally burnt. Inedible. The ravioli was basically just marinara sauce with a few pieces of dough in it. Maybe they should stop selling the extra stuff if they can only make pizza!

Great pizza and my granddaughter was impressed with the Chicken Penne Pasta. Both came to our table piping hot! The appetizers were also tasty. The service was friendly and courteous. We’re definitely coming back!

Pizza is legit! I got the meat amore, one slice is VERY FILLING!! The taste was great & the toppings and crust were hearty... first time Ive eaten the crust in years... also, got wings and cheese sticks which werent too impressive (wings offered no flavor options). I will be getting pizza again and trying different crusts and toppings - wont be ordering the wings or cheese sticks - Id recommend the PIZZA!!!

I must say this place impressed me the quality of the toppings are actually very good however the wings actually could be cooked a little bit more crispier although they were seasoned well. The delivery however lacks a little to be desired I understand that they’re probably shorthanded but they got to work on speeding that up to earn that 5th star. I would order again but I would just do a pick up.

We have ordered from here for the last 4 years. We order quite frequently. For the last two years the food quality has been on the decline. Once we even spoke to the owner. Still we continue to order. It just keeps getting worse. We usually order the same thing and on occasion we may order something else. Tonight we decided to try the pizza roll, which was not a roll, but basically flat bread with something in it. The philly cheese steak which has been good all these years, just was the final straw. Worst philly I have ever gotten from there the meat looked like it had been sitting in a vat, and dried out from exposure. Fries were like the throwaway fries at the bottom of the bag. So displeased! This probably will not be the last time we eat there, because we love the pizza. Ordering anything outside of that is definitely off the table.

The staff and their service was very good. The food was terrible. I asked for broccoli and it was cooked in oil that tasted like smoke or sterno fluid. It could not have been safe for human consumption. The pasta was also drowning in sauce. It was truly awful and never EVER give 1 star reviews, but this was really, really bad.

I didnt expect the inside to be so beautifully designed based on the sign outside. It has a great vibe and Im surprised its not filled with people. Havent tasted the food yet but when I do, Ill come back with a full review.Edit: the food is great too! Ive ordered the Philly cheese steak sub twice and looking forward to a third time!

It was a pleasant surprise to taste the real Italian pizza again. The name changed to Sipipa. I believe its same owner. Not sure. But I do miss coming here. I was able to order half and half. So yummy.(Previous review from 4 years ago under the name of Sicily Pizza) I come here for really fresh pizza and calzone. I cant find them elsewhere, even at their sister stores. Friendly people working here. Clean dining room. Just remodeled recently. Love those pizza rolls great for lunch on the go.

I absolutely loved this place! The owner is super nice, and the atmosphere is very pleasing. As soon as you walk in, you are greeted and the place is very aesthetic. Always great pizza! I recommend asking for the pizza to be well done bc of the large volume of toppings they put on.

We had ordered a Greek thin crust pizza and when our order came it was thick crust and it had no artichoke which is supposed to be included with the pizza. So we called the place to tell them about our order and see if we could come to an agreement but the guy who answer was very uncooperative and told us to blame it on Grubhub even though Grubhub is only the delivery service and they werent the ones who messed up our order. Horrible customer service.

I placed an order today for a company Lunch and Learn. They arrived by the time I was told and the delivery person set up everything for me. The salad was fresh; the pizza was delicious; and the dessert tray was great! When I placed the order, the person I spoke with helped me come up with the correct amount of food. We will definitely order from here again!

Place was cute and homey, and the staff were quick and attentive. The best though came in 15 minutes time,,,PIZZA!!! Talk of moist, cheesy and tasty. We ordered a large and after 2 slices each we were stuffed and in heaven. Would definitely eat here again and bring some friends.

By far one of the best places to go for Italian and Mediterranean gourmet food. Whenever we go to Houston, we arrange to have at least a couple of meals there. I wish we had one location here in the bay area.I love their modern and cozy design. The staff is friendly but the most important one, the food is always yummy.Every time we go there we decide to try a new meal because they have over a hundred food items but then again we go for our favorites and forget about trying the new items. Spinach and garlic pizza, Mediterranean and spinach chicken Alfredo pizza are a must try in their pizzas. Chicken Pomodoro pasta is really awesome. Their pitas are the best in town because they make their pita bread right after you order! They have gourmet subs that you want to have them all! Their crispy wings are always in our order.In short, you never go wrong with Sipipa. I absolutely recommend them. You will not be disappointed.

The pizza is ok, dont order pizza rolls or the subs, all you will get is bread and cheese, no sause, no meat. And I dont think cooked beef looks tan, definitely a lot of sawdust mixed in there .Yuck .I think there is a big difference if you order there or for delivery, delivery food sucks.

We ordered through Grubhub.While the food was on time, thats the extent of the good news. All of our meals were below average. Besides a dry and uninspiring sandwich, the pasta dish was an overcooked, mushy, undeseasoned disaster Total waste of money;very disappointing!

My first and last time to eat here. I ordered the wings they were VERY VERY dry. The skin would not come off.The sauce would not stick. I did not care that it took 1 hour to deliver but could they have been fresh.Their is no way a customer should of gotten this. Waste of my money and time.

Revisited this store a year later, once again hats off to Marcello the head cook, food is always great, pizzas are always generously topped compared to the he big three. Great menu. The new Italian thin crust is awesome. The new salad kale and quinoa is bursting with flavor. The staff is always friendly and store is always clean....

I ordered this evening. The food was fine. Delivery was on time. The only thing is they knew I was paying with cash and the delivery guy didnt have his change on him. He said it was in his car and he could run down to get it. It would of only been two bucks so I said dont worry about it its to much to go back down and come back up. I felt this was done on purpose to get a bigger tip. Im not sure but thats how it made me feel. I wont do that next time. Hopefully its not what I think.

Fresh and delicious. By far superior to the fast food deliveries we are all familiar with. My favorite of them all.

Ordered for delivery - I said Greek salad several times and was asked did I want the side salad (according to the menu, thats the size for a $6 Greek salad). I said yes. He then asked if I wanted Greek dressing. I said yes again, but thought that was a strange question. What I got was not a Greek salad, had no dressing, and was basically a small box of shredded lettuce, a couple of tomato slices, and some onion. It doesnt match any of the salads on the menu and its maybe a cup in volume, maybe. Along with an almost cold small pizza. And that took an hour.

I have been here several times and the food is awesome. Sometimes the place gets busy but the team is always kind and quick to help.

Stopped by to have one of my favorite pizzas. This is still one of the best pizzas around this area. Great atmosphere and excellent customer service.

Ive been going here for years. I no longer live in the area, but I make it a point to stop by for pizza rolls when Im working in area. They make the best pizza rolls. My favorite pizza roll is the pepperoni, sausage, garlic and red pepper flakes with sauce inside and I mix the marinara sauce on side with ranch dressing. One pizza roll is filling, but I always get two for later. So good!Takeout takes ten minutes for me everytime.Enjoy! 😋😋

Food tasted okay. The man who took my order seemed to have an attitude and seemed to have a hard time understanding English. The delivery person also had an attitude and couldnt find my apartment.Last time I ordered from here it amazing but now this is my last time. I ordered a chicken alfredo pizza and got DRY hard chicken. Never again will I be coming back.

Let me just say this, I ordered from here the first time last night. And it was absolutely delicious! The side salad is very plain but they have great ranch. I just placed my order for dinner for tonight. Their meat cannellini and chicken alfredo are to die for. The garlic bread is simple but delicious! Our new fav Italian place without having to leave our house. Man the cream sauce is incredible!

The first two times I ate here, I had issues with my orders. Tried a third time, food was good and delivery super fast.

It was 9pm I was ordering food with my girlfriend... we were seated on the chair.. so it came this dude picking up all the chairs placing them on the table... and he made us stand up to wait our order.. they supposed to close by 10pm no 9pm

Thursday February 14th 8:50PM whoever the guy is that picked up the phone at this hour on this date is extremely rude, I’ve spoken to him before and I can never forget that BS attitude.He asked me for my phone number without asking for my address or apartment number, very stupid because what if someone moved to another location. In this case I did move into another apartment # He then threw me on hold after I corrected him of my address without telling me he was putting me on hold.Rude and inconsiderate of the companies reputation, not ordering here ever again 👎🏼 Great pizza though but terrible service.

We ordered from here yesterday. I ordered the ravioli. Chef Ramsey really needs to go to this place and show them how to make Italian food. The ravioli was not good at all. It was like a frozen dinner with no flavor.

I ordered from here twice already in May. Something told me to check my bank account today. I realized they over charged me both times. The guy who takes the order said oh the computer did that. No you did it sir. Im never ordering from here again. Wonder how many customers they have done this too.

Terrible service. They said I was just out of their delivery area, gave me a number to call that could assist me which didnt exist then ignored a call backs to try to get a proper working number. What a joke

Went there about a month ago and found a mosquito in my salad. Got my money back and left. Decided to try it again, I ordered delivery, it took 45 Min and I live less than a mile. It was completely disgusting. I ordered spinach raviolis and I got what looked like frozen cheese raviolis with a few spinach leaves on top and a glob of melted mozzarella the tomato sauce tasted like it was from a can and when I called back to complain it was five minutes after they close, they wouldnt answer. Called 10 times no answer, thats when I decided to write this review.

Food was just okay. Delivery driver was an absolute disaster. Called me cause he couldnt figure out where my complex was...okay understandable, its a little weird to get to it...then called again and complained that he still couldnt find it, then did find it, then wanted step by step instructions to find my apartment, so I just directed him to the office and sent my husband to meet him...then called again super snappish because my husband mistakenly went to the gate and when he came back to the office I guess the driver couldnt understand the description I gave him and just treated me like garbage and hung up on me. And then the guy asks my husband if his tip is included in what we paid online! Youre lucky it was jerk, cause otherwise you would have gotten a big fat 0. To the owner: ditch your crappy driver. Youre in Houston, you can find another one. I worked at a restaurant with delivery drivers and I always give them the benefit of the doubt, but your driver is a s--tlord and is costing you business. If the owner IS the driver, hire a driver, youre costing you business.

They do have good pizza and my husband loves their wings and meat lasagna !DISAPPOINTED!Update!!!! 3/31/2019Today decided to order eggplant parm and I’m sorry but this has to be the nastiest eggplant parm I’ve ever tasted in my LIFE! Attached is a pic of the dish it’s lacking flavor and the eggplant is under cooked and there’s no sauce on the eggplant! Called the pizzeria and was told they can make me another dish but I refused because I don’t want to be disappointed again so I requested a refund, our bill this time around was $51 bucks not including tip for the driver ! Not acceptable !
