Im so sad to have to even do this, but to bring it to the attention of anyone ordering from them, know that if theres something wrong which is rare I have to be honest, because theyve always been good, I remember ordering them them when I was In a shelter and it just hit so perfectly, all the time, but tonight I had two large, and two subs, spent 59.99, and unfortunately the pizzas were over cooked, the cheese was cripsy, which was jaw dropping to me. I called them, thinking theyd do everything they could to make it right, instead, I got into a full blown argument with the manager who refused his name, so I cannot state the person responsible for this review. He kept interrupting me, he said he wouldnt replace the order initially, and theyll know for next time not to cook it so long which was not an option for me, Ive never had to specify how they should cook their food before so why now? After going back and forth with him for 20 minutes, he went on to say, Ill replace them, with the most attitude, making it obvious he just wanted me to stop talking, I was crying at this point, but then proceeded to say he wouldnt service me again, and mind you, I have two little kids who were hungry, he expected us to be complaining, without trying it which also made zero sense. That would be here say. I didnt even want to complain if Im being honest, but it was so bad, and he just kept making me feel horrible about speaking to him of this situation, to a point where Im literally in tears. After how he handled things, I wouldnt have ordered from here again. I cant even wrap my head around this experience but it really sucks how he handled things. He lost a customer who really enjoyed their business and because of this issue, I brought to management, he lost the respect too. I hope you all dont go through the same thing. So disappointing. Ordered the 10 topping special without black olives. Crust was perfect and cheese was melted just right. Plenty of toppings. The best pizza I’ve ever eaten. Will definitely order again if I’m back in the Houston area for work.

If I could give 0 stars I would.I have ordered quite a bit from them for the past two weeks.Last night was horrible. Cheese was burnt. And no extra cheese as requested.When I called to advise, the attitude was like oh well.I have never seen an owner handle a customer complaint like this, especially knowing I have been a repeat customer.So although prior orders were good, the way this was handled was unprofessional and inappropriate.I do not recommend this place, because God forbid something is not done correctly…. The owner will not rectify the situation to satisfy their customers.The owner is rude.Do yourself a favor and order from a corporation.Corporations want to know how they can make you a satisfied customer.Not this place.

Best Pizza Ive ever had. Delivery driver is fast and when my order arrives it still tastes like fresh out of Oven. I have ordered here 5 to 6 times in past few months and never disappointed with their service.

I grew up eating village pizza in the 90s. When I visit houston I go back when i get the chance. This is the first time Ive been to this location. The food was pretty good, as it usually is. This company I think needs a new energy put into it. This is a great restaurant and always has been. Its just usually an awkward environment inside. This location was so hot, I was sweating while I ate.

Best Pizza on the East Side!

Best Pizza, Large portions with many Toppings.

I hadnt eaten at this location in over two years. Today I decided I was going to get Village pizza. The whole ordeal from the ordering to the receiving our meals was very uncomfortable. I ordered around 45 dollars worth of food well worth it however they seemed to make a huge deal over the 89 cents for the tartar sauce. Had I been told I would be charged for an extra tater sauce up front that would have been fine. I couldnt re swipe my debit card for 89 cents and I didnt have any change in my truck. How about a no problem take it. Nope they stressed me out about those 89 cents. I went ahead and order a pizza to go so I could get the tartar sauce. Way to go👍👌.

Pizza was very good until the last 3 slices with the 2 strands of hair baked across them 🤷🏾‍♀️

Recieved a coupon booklet from them so decided to try them out and then they said the coupon prices are no longer valid (even though the expiration dates are 8/26/21) because they upd theyre prices. What a way to do buisness.

I am in a motel and ordered Lasagna & a Greek Salad for delivery. My order arrived within the allotted time and I was pleasantly surprised at the very generous portions and delicious flavors. I am very pleased with their service. Two thumbs up from me.

Great Experience. I craved beef lasagna and salad after being at work 11 hrs. I was comfortable to unwind in front of a television with remote in hand the entire experience. Receiving my dinner, it looked delicious and huge portions. It was delicious and staff was so great.

I can always count on generous portions and fresh and tasty meals. The spaghetti is the best what I always order.

Decided to stop here and grab a bit to eat. In the mood for some fish. Pretty good food. Just wish the people working were a bit more welcoming. Besides that everything was good.

This place has a lot of choices. The people who work here could be a tiny bit happier, but the food really does make up for the lack of smiles. But.... :) happy people really make an experience that much better.

It was raining all day and I just didnt feel like cooking. I had a taste for pasta. I went to Village Pizza and ordered lasagna with extra cheese and a Carrot cake for dessert. The lasagna was a nice size and tasty. It came with Garlic bread which was soft and buttery. Carrot cake was was moist and equally good. I will be back.

Ok folks, Im in Houston on business, Village menu in hotel room.My 1st delivery order The 10 Topping Pizza and POW with flavor. I highly recommend! At that point, Im sold.2nd delivery Family Size Lasagna with chef salad. Ate salad got full, took lasagna home in morning, reheated then shared with buds watching Thursday night football. Boom! That rocked!Today back at work, just got delivered The Philly Steak Pizza and THUD! Thats an awesome pizza!I cant wait to try something else on the menu!Long story short, dang good man! Dont miss out!

I ordered the spaghetti with meatballs and asked for extra marinara sauce. Not sure if it has anything to do with the time I ordered, (ordered at 9pm, close at 10) but the cheese and the sauce tasted old! It was very sour. YUCK! Not to mention the extra sauce seemed as if it was watered down. I had my mom taste it and she said the sauce was old. Im also writing this review because my sister had a similar experience a few months ago when she ordered spaghetti and lasagna; the cheese was old.

Cleanliness is apparently not a priority. Walked in to pick up an order and saw one of the cooks cutting letus and lasagna without gloves he seen me looking then slammed the door. Wait time is awful, and they arent the nicest of people. I wouldnt recommend dinning here. They need to be shut down.

I odered 50 dollars worth of food. The bacon on my sandwich was so burned it was inedible. The meat on my club sandwich was non existent and i couldnt even taste it. They didnt send the seasoned fries i ordered. The person that dropped it off was unfriendly and i gave him a 5 dollar tip for delivery. They also say on their website they have other lettuces besides iceberg but they do not. Even though we are in lockdown we should still get what we paid for in my opinion. Ill never order here again

I visited this place in Jacinto city Village pizza and sea food !! Ordered a large village special pizza.It was very very tasty!! I came across a staff she was Indian I guess her eyes were so pretty . And she had red coloured tattoo on her palms its called hennah I guess. She is very efficient and hard working I personally spoke to her and she took my order and made it very well !! I pray to God that they succeed in business and keep serving best as they did today .I will surely visit again soon to try other things in the menus thanks village pizza for the lovely hospitality....

The seafood had no seasoning and the order was wrong. The philly cheese steak tasted terrible. I don’t know what batter was used but it was awful. I will never eat here again it was a waste.

Ive only order the small cheese pizza and its great! Delivery has a bit of an up charge but thats expected.The manager who never reveals her name should NEVER answer the phone or talk to customers. She is beyond rude and unprofessional. She literally just argued with me over an order that was clearly placed correctly. In addition, she made me order a second drink because the driver would not deliver for less than $15 which has never been the case.My pizza was delivered with extra pepperonis and no second drink and a bad case of customer service.They lost a company of customers all due to the manger and her terrible attitude.

This place was open Christmas day and I was told by the very nice cashier that they are open 365 days a year. So if you ever need friendly service on a holiday or not and great pizza you need to visit this place.

I am a trucker just passing through. Overall all of my food was great and hot upon delivery. Their shrimp Po boy has to be a top seller because that was delicious!! My only small complaint would be that the fries were very bland. However, I still would recommend them and order again if passing through in the future.

Best pizza 10 topping special

I have been to this place before and it was very good food. I also had it delivered and it was very good food. Today was no exception as to the food. However when I looked over into a booth I saw an employee stretched out in the booth with his legs spread apart and maybe sleeping. I reported that to the clerk. Then the sleepy employee headed to the kitchen after he picked his nose and I managed to get to the clerk to make sure he didnt touch my to go order. Health department needs to be called in.

Im usually a domino pizza eater but after today VILLAGE PIZZA & SEAFOOD will get my orders. Now only a large variety on menu ...they deliver as promised .. Excellent food and oh, the BEST PIZZA

I love this place!!! The village 10 pizza is so good, they are a little pricey but definitely worth it!!! As a trucker I often park at the Texas truck stop on Market st. and they always deliver in less time than quoted. Give them a try Im sure you wont regret it!!!

Best lasagna, better than Olive Garden and any other restaurant! I live 45 min from there and try buying it every time I am close by. I have tried lasagna at Cavatore Italian which is a very high class restaurant and lasagna at Village Pizza at San Jacinto is the BEST!!

Average service when placing order and the delivery time was less than their estimate when placing order. The pizza itself was slightly above average, nothing to shout out about, but definitely nothing to complain about either. Did have a major issue with the delivery. Apparently the delivery driver carried the pizza as he would a briefcase. The pizza was shaped like a half moon with all the toppings slid to one side. The cake slices had bounced around the container until only about 70% was retrievable. Took me over a year to try this place out, and they are definitely no Papa Johns, who I will be calling for my next pizza order!

Just disappointed food was bland, barley any lettuce and tomato on my poboy. The very few shrimp that were smashed down to make them look bigger. Not the same same village Im used too. So sad

I’m so happy and I lvoe with lasagna I ordered it got here in a hour which is a pretty reasonable time with distance and my order and it was nice and hot perfect garlic bread the guy was really nice and this place was just perfect I’ll order once a week ! Great price I got a full sized lasagna for the family well only me lol for 20$ with garlic. Bread and cheese garlic bread for 2 it was so much food I love it

When it clearly says 1topping pizza for $10.99 any extra $1.60! Called them 5 minutes later to cancelled the order and they didnt let me! They said had already being made when they said it was going to take 45 min to and hour!!!!!!
