Matt was AMAZING!! I came in to just have my screen protector replaced and ended up getting a new 5g iPhone, Apple Watch and Home Internet!I also really appreciate the way Matt didn’t make me feel like a dinosaur. He was extremely knowledgeable and patient. I will also be recommending my friends and family to this store. Well done Matt!

Came in to FINALLY get my husband out of his flip phone and Matt was great to work with! I even ended up upgrading my old iPhone as well. It was a piece of cake and he made me feel very comfortable. Highly recommend you come see him for anything T-Mobile related!

Matt is FANTASTIC!! This is the only T-Mobile store to go to! I almost switched but he made me stay and got me a better phone!!

Called into store at 7:30pm today asking about screen protectors for the new Samsung note 20 ultra, and was greeted by Jack. Great help over the phone explaining what they had in stock and prices of said protectors. Walked in with only 20 minutes left before they closed, usually I try to not do such actions in trying to be polite to workers trying to close for the night. Dave also was polite and helped out installing the screen protector. I didnt ask for them to install it, they asked and instead of fussing with it I was cool with them taking care of that. Dave said if there were any issues to come back and see them. I couldnt recommend a better t-mobile store. Great service, great workers. Thanks again Dave and Jack!

Went into the store today to pick up my warranty phone after Tmobile sent me a broken refurbished phone for my insurance claim. Jack was very helpful, Mike however was rude and condescending. I would expect better customer service from a manager. Considering he wasnt even the one helping me, there was no need for his commentary.

I have been using TMobile at this location for 3 years. Recently I upgraded from Samsung A20 to a One Plus and I love it. Dave recommended it and I am grateful. Dave was amazing and extremely helpful! He even called me a week later with a $200 gift card promo to help with my bill!! TMobile should be happy to have him on their team!!! Thank you Dave!!

I just left t-mobile a few hours ago and Jack and Melanie were the two that that helped me and I have to say these two individuals were absolutely awesome. Because of them it reminds me that there are still good people in this world,and t-mobile will keep my business because of them. And again I want to thank Jack and Melanie for being so wonderful

Wen tin today for a newer phone. Melanie and Jack were the absolute best. They were able to answer every single question I threw at them. And there were a lot. Lol. I dont think Ive ever walked away from an experience more pleased. Ill be back just cause of those 2!!! Stop by and see if Im wrong.

The customer service at this T-Mobile store is great! Dave helped me with my recent purchase and I am happy with my new OnePlus 8 5G! Dave even called later to let me know of a great promotion! I wouldnt go anywhere else for my T-Mobile service except this location!

My experience at T-Mobile in Howell Michigan on M59. I was taking care of by Jack, who was absolutely awesome. I had to come back to the store because I wasnt sure how to work the phone. He took care of everything setting up my Netflix setting up everything for me on this phone. My husband and I come in all the time for help with our phones and these guys are the nicest! We joke and have fun and the service is great! No problems ever! Best experience! I am a business owner and so can definitely say they do a great job with their customers! We highly recommend this place!

Let me tell you.. Kaylee & Mike, that work at this location, are AMAZING. I went in with the intention of upgrading my phone, which I did, but they both went above and beyond to help me get exactly what I wanted. I thought I wanted the newest LG phone BUT I went with the One Plus 7 Pro. Kaylee has the same phone so she showed me all the cool stuff it does. Mike actually went to the other T Mobile store so I could get the free tablet (wasnt in stock at this location). Kaylee was very personable and has an amazing vibe and personality. Ive never been so sad to leave a phone store LOL. Ill definitely be coming back to this location with my next upgrade and when I need accessories! Go check them out! You will not be let down.

Great service and friendly employees. Made switching and getting a new phone a breeze.

I went into the store to transfer my phone number to another service due to not recieving service in my area when assured I would. The employee told me he was unable to help me transfer my phone number without my PIN and that he could not look it up. The employee closed my account, or so I thought. I was told to pay my next bill and the account would become inactive. 3 months later I recieve a notice from collections about unpaid dues and an account suspension. I call customer support and they cant help me because I do not have my PIN. Customer support proceeds to tell me to go to the nearest Tmobile store to verify my account with identification. As of now the store or customer support will provide any help. Nobody in any part of this company knows what is going on at any time. Avoid at all costs and save yourself the headache.Tmobile Tuesdays was pretty great though.Update. After dealing with more idiots at tmobile instore and over the phone there was an investigation into my account of which I cannot get any info about. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COSTS. IF YOU SWITCH SERVICE YOU WILL HAVE TO KEEP PAYING UNTIL COLLECTIONS ARE AFTER YOU. A shame to do business with you.
