Prices are high and are hidden until your vehicle is over the pit and being drained. I didnt feel like my use of their services was appreciated from the very dry interaction from the technician who took my information begrudgingly.

They were so nice and did extra for us. My puppy didnt get in the way at all for them which was a worry for me. In fact they welcomed him. I felt right at home and in good hands. Good guys, good business.

Would be a five, but the men working there forgot there was a lady present. They seemed more like sailors than professional mechanics. Seemed a little over priced,also. I got the cheapest at $53. On a more positive note, i was in and out within 15 mins.

I went for an oil change had no issues with oil leaks (I normally change the oil and filters myself but I’ve been really busy lately) So the day after my oil change I notice oil on the ground under my car so I check to see what it is and there is oil all over the oil pan so I take it back the guy told me the gasket went bad I was fine with that until he said the gasket went bad because I got the hi mileage oil and that why my gasket went bad

Couldnt do what I needed but referred me to the AAA service center near by. Thanks for the customer service and rare honesty in this business.

I Kinda like Jiffy Lube. Very reasonable bunch of mechanics in there.. You get a axxhole once in a while but other then that they are hard working guys..

Great service, manager was very professional and didnt try to sell me additional items and services. Very impressed will how the team worked together to accomplish final goal in my oil change. Went over my whole vehicle and vacuumed it to. I will go back. Give the A try.

Came to get some tires installed on my rims as my truck was disabled elsewhere, they were quick to get me in and get the job done, went in at 4:10 and left at 4:25, so Id say it was some pretty quick service!

They even vacuumed my very cluttered car. (Was a little embarrassed) :/. I had a flat tire and filled it up so that I could drive to jiffy lube to get it patched and when I got there the guy looked at my tire and told me since it was full i was fine and sent me away so I went next door to AAA and they found a screw in my tire. I told jiffy lube that it was flat before i filled it but they didn’t listen and acted like everything was fine, i’m glad i went to AAA and got it patched before driving home with a screw in my tire and it leaking

The prices are way too expensive you might as well take your vehicle to the dealership.not to mention the worker was not too friendly either.

I am so happy that I came to jiffy lube. I had just left another place that had been very rude to me but when i came to jiffy lube Zack which is whom Greeted me and. Took the time to explain to me what everything that was done to my jeep ! Jiffy lube will now be my permanent place for anything pertaining to my jeep!!

I had two oil changes performed at this location and both were good experiences. However, when I needed a new caliper and my back brake pads replaced the pads where incorrect/installed incorrectly. The first time driving my vehicle after service, I heard metal on metal grinding and discovered one of the outer brake pads was missing entirely. I returned and a different technician replaced the pads and the rotor that had been damaged due to the missing pad. They speculated the missing pad fell off and that is was due to poor design. They also stated they used a different brand of pads this time. I was not charged for the second visit, but overall I do not feel comfortable returning for future services.

I was able to get in immediately after calling in on my way home, the men pulled the car in and performed top quality mantinence on my vehicle during a standard oil change. They covered all potential future problems on how to fix them as well as suggested additional fixes that could be done at home with near 0 effort versus paying to have it done. They also offered small discounts to get the most for the servicing. Being close to home is just an added benefit as I have no problem stopping in here for all oil change needs!

Will is cool people. My daughter and I were there before they opened. He was respectful and upfront about wait time and cost. He didnt try to hustle me for a bunch of extra stuff, just the important services like radiator fluid. I was unable to use my VIP card from back home IN. but he offered a coupon instead. It was quick and he didnt even jip me on the vacuum offer ( most of the locations have in the past). It was nice not to have to get my toddler out of the car!!! Thanks Dude

I prefer going here for my oil changes simply for the convenience, quick service, and they vacuum my floor and mats LOL. Its true they vacuum the floor in your vehicle and to me thats an added touch that no where else has ever done. They do a once over and if they find anything wrong with general issues they ask me if I want it replaced unless if its a dangerous issue, otherwise theres no pressure. Ive been going here for years and yes it runs around $10 more than others. They offer top offs if you ever find yourself low on oil or others in-between oil changes they will top it off and your on your way. All of it is helpful for the busy family on the go or for someone not familiar with vehicles or physically unable. Thats my opinion.

They tried to sell my son front brake pads and rear rotors. Upon on our own inspection, we saw that the front brake pads had 50% (left) and 75% (right) remaining. They did not even take the left tire off - we had to kick it to loosen it to get it off. Additionally, our car has rear DRUM brakes. THERE ARE NO REAR ROTORS! When I called the store to ask why they tried to sell us things that were not needed, the manager hung up on me.

I had a Groupon for a standard oil change. I arrived, and they immediately started servicing my vehicle. A man (Im guessing shop manager?) walked into the lobby after about 5 minutes stating that my vehicle required a synthetic oil change because of the bloater. I declined and asked him to continue with the standard oil change. He went back to my vehicle for a few minutes and then came back in with an air filter that DIDNT EVEN BELONG TO MY CAR, stating that it needed changed immediately and that he would be happy to replace it for $25. Once again, I declined, knowing that I can buy one and install it myself for $13. Finally, my car is done and parked outside. I go to leave and realize they didnt leave my keys in the vehicle. I go back inside and tell them my keys arent in my car. They ask me to check again. Begrudgingly, I do so. Unfortunately, they hadnt magically appeared in the span of 2 minutes. I go back in. They had to look for a solid 5 minutes before finding and returning them to me.If you enjoy being conned into unnecessary purchases and wasting your time, this is the place for you!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE they charge double for all of their services and are more expensive than a dealership. When I asked why they charge so much more they stated that because they are appointment free and have their customers in and out. I asked if I had to wait longer would my price have gone down? The gentleman stated no. So they charge 60+ extra dollars with no reasoning. I asked to speak to a manger and he stated that their prices are set by corporate. I should note that this is for the exact same type of synthetic oil, jiffy lube did absolutely nothing extra to justify the serious price difference. I will be sure to stick to going to an actual Honda dealership from here on out.

Please dont go to this shop while purchasing any car because,1.The diagnostics provided without giving any clear idea. Not at all satisfactory. I wont prefer again and dont refer to any one2. Not checked nicely even the joint conditions, bolt tightness etc.,3. Worst feedback provided by these guys4. Price is too high

It was a nice place to go to but i was waiting a long time

Brought in Kia Soul to Jiffy Lube of Huber Heights, Ohio and they were putting conventional oil in the car when it should have been synthetic. Jiffy Lube also told us that we could drive the car on conventional oil for 5000 miles which is inaccurate. Also Kia Souls have a specific oil plug, instead of Jiffy Lube replacing the plug with the manufacturer oil plug, they replaced it with a non-manufacturer oil plug that created the seal in the oil pan to go bad as well. Furthermore, whomever changed the oil the last time I was at Jiffy Lube, spilled oil on the bottom of the car pan and Jiffy Lube did not clean up the mess that was created as a result of that spill. As a result, the next time I went to this Jiffy Lube for my oil change, they told me that there was an oil leak, which was untrue, all the oil was the mess the last technician left from the last oil change. After returning the car to the dealer to be checked out it was determined that although there is no oil leak, it would cost $300 to repair the damage that Jiffy Lube created by not communicating with me and for not using the correct manufactured parts/oil.

Unprofessional and price gouging to say the least. If I wasnt in a hurry I would not have come here and will not come back. Got charged 80 dollars for an oil change the dealer does for 45 with a tire rotation. No wonder there was no wait. Very unhappy and will let people know this is not the place to go.

Went in for an oil change. These guys remind my of high school students. The was smoking a cigarette when he walked up to greet me when i got there, How gross and unprofessional is that? You hear foal language. Its just wasnt a pleasent experience..i wont be returning.

Fast and efficient. Changed oil, vacuumed car, and cleaned windows amongst miscellaneous checks for leaks and damages to the engine all for $45.

The hours need changed if its closed on Sunday. I drove 30 minutes here because the website said it was open on Sundays. Change your online hours and save people the hassle.
