I didnt expect to go in there and walk out with a pretty fancy new phone for free and get to keep my number. I also didnt know all the display phones actually make calls. I got a good deal and great customer service. I think her name was Christine. She was polite, knew her stuff, and was sweet. I was impressed with the whole experience.
This store is horrendous. Both times Ive been here have been AWFUL experiences. I used to work in retail so I am extremely sympathetic to those who work in customer service, especially in these unprecedented times. However, the people that work at this store are nothing short of lazy, incompetent, and rude. I will literally never come back to this store.The first time I had a bad experience, I came to pick up an order I had placed. It gave me a time to come pick it up, which was 15 minutes before close. I figured it would not be a big deal because I was just picking up an item that had already been paid for. I showed up 10 minutes early (25 minutes before close) and the store was being locked up by who I assume was the manager. My fiance asked her if they were open, and what the situation was. She said that they were closing because they were understaffed. This would have made sense, if there werent 2 other employees standing there with her. We tried to ask her what their hours were and she avoided the question and said that they were closed and we needed to leave. We were in our car the entire time and not being obtuse at all. Understandably upset at being treated this way, my fiance got out to take a photo of the hours posted on the door. She got in her car and shined her brights on us until we left. I have never felt so accused and humiliated at a situation like this.My most recent situation happened today with an employee named Trevor. He was incredibly condescending and rude the entire time we were in the store. We were asking about upgrading my fiances phone, which apparently Verizon is not doing currently, which is totally fine. However, he was extremely rude and short with us, and barely acknowledged anyone that was walking in the door. My fiance asked about the stock and he was barely paying attention and acted like we were inconveniencing him. There will be no third straw with this store because I have seen absolutely enough. Its a shame that all of the good Verizon stores are closing, and stores like this one remain open. Honestly, disgusting behavior from the staff.

This used to be a real good store. Theres one or two guys that are pretty nice there but the rest are very rude. The manager is very rude. I can understand it being slow cuz a lot of places need to hire. But being rude on top of it just ruins the whole thing.
Friendly and smart staff, I didnt need to buy anything and they still treated me like I was a valued customer!! I will be recommending this store to everyone!
We have gone in there twice within the past week asking for help with a broken phone. The associate the first time seemed like he didn’t want to be bothered with our problem of a broken phone because we have insurance. The second time we went in for assistance with transferring the old phone info to the new phone and for lack of better words the male associate said it was my problem cuz they don’t do that anymore. He offered no assistance or reassurance. We then asked about phone cases to purchase one and was told to hold on and wait. Two customers walked in *after me* and both were helped WITH PHONE CASE QUESTIONS while we were stuck waiting. When asked about a restroom, the associate didn’t offer an idea of another place close we might be able to take our young son since the store restroom is for associates only. Seeing how long we had to be in the store and how little help we got, letting a customer use the restroom for their toddler would have seemed like the least they could do. Very disappointed and will be telling everyone that the Huber store should be avoided at all costs.
I changed plans and ended up with no service. I went to this Huber Heights location for assistance, but was told they could be no help to me without my drivers licence. As it turns out, all I needed to do was restart my phone. It seems to me that the experts there should have made this simple suggestion with or without identification. Very dissatisfied with the level of service provided.
I feel like I have paid the ins for a number of years now yes they are sending me the same phone when associates say its most likely going to be the same way. This is my second one and the battery does not stay charged this is a major issue you can not walk around plugged into a wall charging all day. I feel Verizons prices are much higher than all of your competition and even going down to one phone my bill will still be twice as much as my family who have gone with another Carrier and are extremely happy.
Staff was super helpful and took time to thoroughly answer all my questions, and I had a lot of questions.
Horrible customer service. I have been a Verizon customer for 8 years and have never had a problem until dealing with this store. Luckily Verizon online support helped me and apologized for the behavior and poor service of the store employees.

I walked in this store at 6:45 (I realize they close at 8) and had a young woman eagerly ready to get my information and assist me, but she was shewed away by another lady (Verizon employee)... I was asked by her to sit and wait so I did... for 45 minutes I still hadn’t spoke to anyone about setting up a plan or anything. I’m just confused how I could’ve been immediately helped, but seemed as if most employees were done helping their previous customers and the same lady told us to wait again after 45 minutes. Mind you she spend 30 of those 45 chit chatting with some friends that were in the store about non work related things... PATHETIC
Clean place and Friendly staff! The only complaint is they had no phones other than apple in stock 😔 and they said they wouldnt be in until August and that the online orders would get the ones that come in before the walk in people 😔
Customer service is HORRIBLE! We switched to Verizon last year and was sold on the notion that we would be getting the buy one get one free deal and here we are a year later and promo has yet to be added. I’ve spoken to customer service over 10 times and been into the store at least 5 times and the store is blaming customers service and customer service is blaming the store and no one will help me.
Me and my sister both got phones there and was going to do the buy one get one free well we thought we were told by a girl that works their, we could keep our numbers and have a extra line on our plan and not have to pay for it. A month later we received a bill for $1,000 upgrade fee and didn’t even receive notice that our buy one get one free was canceled and now we have two weeks to come up with that money and didn’t even know we got screwed. They also didn’t set our phones up so we had iPods till we could go to a non-corporate version store. Never going back to that store!

I was desperate to get my old Android phone working in order to save my contacts, pictures, and other data.Based on what friends told me I was going to lose all this information since my phone would no longer reboot. I was ecstatic when the young Verizon tech was able to transfer all my data to a new Android.
Here is what Verizon wont tell you in your quote for service. Autopay will not be a discount until the second month of service. First responder and nurse discounts take one to two month to apply. Thanks Version for taking $120 additional dollars from my family! And I cant even process a return fast enough to save any of the money because the phones have to be mailed back. SO they are still going to get more than than the additional $120.

Really over this stand outside over a virus with a 98.6% success rate but hey thats not their fault. But when its 90° outside and you have to sit in your car for 25 minutes it kinda makes the whole experience rather cumbersome. The store is fine and dandy though.
Service person was GREAT! BUT having to stay outside with 90 plus temp, not so much.My I stayed home all day yesterday because she said my phone would be delivered then. It wasnt, waisted my day. No one answered store phones. I couldnt get answer on Chat room. I need to get a tracking number & which service it is being delivered by. But I cant get an answer.

Came and added a line to my friends line,. And received the IPhone XR and was told by the employee taking care of us that the screen protector and phone case was a part of a bundle for buying the phone that we wouldn’t be charged extra,. Get my new bill two weeks later and I have 120$ worth of charges because of the screen protector and phone case. So if you’re adding a line or starting a new one be sure to double check that accessories are included at no extra cost or you’ll get hustled as I did, just so someone can get a little extra commission,. Don’t like being lied to.
Andrew was who helped me and was very courteous, efficient, and super helpful despite not having anything on display because of social distancing procedures. I was able to switch services and pick a new phone with ease! Would highly recommend this store.

Just left there and we waited over 40 minutes and no one helped us. Even more people were coming in and they were getting helped before us. Absolutely horrible service. We even were kicked out for complaining.

I spent over six hours on the phone, driving and waiting at this location trying to get a replacement phone from their insurance policy. Then I was turned away because the manager did not want to fill out a piece of paperwork explaining why he sold a phone without the creation of a new contract. I was specifically told that by selling their customers a new phone it would negatively affect their sales figures. This is after being told by corporate, their insurance company and a sales representative that I could go to the location and purchase a phone and get reimbursed from the insurance policy. Verizon is a good phone service company; but don’t expect good customer service and don’t let the thieves at this location take advantage of you.
Justin was one of the most helpful people I’ve ever experienced. I was so confused on what I needed and Justin took time to work with me when I was confused or unfamiliar with a product. Plus he’s extremely handsome and has charisma.

Ive been with Verizon since 96, Id call this my home store. I will not ever go here again. I feel the manager is fairly newer at this location. I feel he hates his job. I also felt the need to tell him I may have to switch companies. Manager was plain rude and doesnt really care. Went home and called Verizon and issues were resolved. All he wanted was money, Verizon waived all the charges he was trying to charge me.
Friendly staff and fair treatment. The lady who signed us up was friendly and knowledgeable. She worked quickly and multitasked well. The manager was very helpful in resolving a billing issue that later came up. I am very happy with this location.

As a paying customer, and a happy one; Verizon to me has all the best products and the nicest people. I have been a loyal customer for going on 10-12 years. I have researched other carriers. Did not fit me. Prices did not fit. Coverage by Verizon is astounding. I get 60 hours from medium setting on my battery on my S10+? Most of the employees at the Huber Heights store, (It is corporate), I have known personally and professionally for at least 5 years. They are respectful, cerebral; talented. I would like to mention a name that resonates what a son or man should be proud of. Matt is his name!! Parker is another. They take care of me, I take care of them. The Troy store is below sub-par. I have so many nice accoutrements that I have purchased at Huber. Ill admit. I am an android man. First, last; always!! Even my Sony TV from Best Buy is an android. OLED. I respect these men and women. They in turn give that to me. We laugh. Giggle. Get things done. With kindness. That is MY store of choice. Were friends. Do I tip? Absolutely!! I buy Christmas presents. I take care of those who take care of me. After all, these are only MY opinions. Huber is the gold standard. The benchmark. Matt and the crew are #1. Honesty and integrity are paramount. I love to tell the guys a joke. We laugh the whole time we interact. Just like Best Buy. Look no farther. Go see for yourself. In a pinch, I text Matt; tell him an issue and go in. Ill brag on smart people that are my friends. Im proud to call them professionals. Ill stand by that. Golly knows I do not need anymore equipment. Phones..gear watches....tablets...mini palm phones....Google home...3 older models of Samsung phones that are pristine. Earbuds that came with my S10+. Everyone wants to feel special. You will there. I give my word on that.

Saturday is not the day to go. Long waits. But during the week the wait is short. Great service. Very knowledgeable staff. The best and biggest Verizon store on the north end of town! Only thing - dont buy phone accessories there. Get them on Amazon - quadruple the selection and a third of the price!!
I did not have to wait long for a salesperson to get me. He was very helpful took great care seeing that all my questions were answered where I understood.
Very dissatisfied with management did not resolve my problem. I have spent alot of $$$$ on phones. They have no problem selling me products but customer service is not there. I also ask them to cancel my insurance on my phone and they did not cancel it. I have a business account with them and will not be doing business with them again. Please call me resolving this issue

The guy who helped me was pushy and acted like he could care less about me as a customer. Not customer friendly at all. I bought my phone (iPhone XR at 8 pm closing time and didn’t have enough time to hold it and look into it. It ended up being too big and i wanted something smaller. So i tried to exchange it the very next morning and he was rude and said he would charge me a restocking fee and taxes and activation fee on another phone even tho i literally just bought it! They need more customer driven employees instead of ones that just want the commission.
My Droid Ultra had gone totally blank, no sound, no picture and would not take a charge. I started to go to the Huber Heights store, but decided to call first. The young lady who took my call talked me through the reset process and was so very helpful. My phone is fine now and all I had to do was call for service! Thanks so much.
Have been a customer since 2001. Shopped around a few times, stayed put. Largest most powerful network is truth in advertising. Yes, theyre the priciest, but you get what you pay for. I need dependable service in my job.This store is my home store. Every time I walk in, I get what I came for. Doesnt matter who greets me, every one of them can handle it. Totally worth the extra buck, and I dont have many to spare!

Every time I visit this particular Verizon store the staff is very pleasant, friendly, responsive, and helpful. Ive gone in there just to do some basic things - that they dont charge for, they are just as friendly and helpful as they are when youre making a big purchase. They never push anything on you and dont have a pushy sales mentality.I will not visit any other Verizon store in the area, I will and have in the past go/gone out of my way just to come to this store rather than other Verizon stores or other places that sell Verizon goods and services. Highly recommend, thanks for the great service!

My experience was amazing. I went two days in a row so my family could get upgrades and I have 5 workers helping us and everyone was friendly and helped with and explained everything we asked. Everyone agreed the drive to this store is worth it, way more than even ordering online. Will definitely be coming back soon for a phone because mine was stolen.
Very slow service. It is however thorough. Unfortunately I cannot give Verizon zero stars. Finally had enough of getting ripped off for two phones. My bill was up to $180 a month for my wife and I. Thats with 2gb of shared data. Switched to T Mobile, ported our numbers and four months later get a bill saying the have shut my service off and I now owe them $600+ for my service. When my numbers were ported, the service was canceled, it was even completed prior to the next bill in my billing cycle. VERIZON SUCKS MORE THAN SUCKS HAS EVER SUCKED... GET BENT VERIZON!
I have always had good service till today. The guy who waited on us did not listen and was very short with us. Needed help setting up a tablet for my husband. The guy reset it and handed it back, pointed to my husband and said you can do it just use his emai . My husband also was having an issue with his phon . The guy looked at it handed it back and said delete same stuff off its fine. He was not pleasant to work with. Never had this experience at this stor .

Beware of this store. the manager david does not care about customers unless youre buying over priced accessories.hopefully you dont get matthew as your salesman.he can really care less. we also knew more about the phone and the plans than he did which he really didnt care either. switch out of verizon or jut go to a different verizon store because they have people here that dont know what theyre doing.
Very good experience going to get an upgrade. Andy made the experience pleasant and quick. Appeared to be in a hurry simply because of the large volume of people at the store, but did give me the attention and respect I would expect from a customer service perspective. Clean, tasteful.Only negative is that their security devices would spontaneously trigger without cause. Very loud, and annoying. I would urge against bringing children into this store.
I would give zero stars if possible. We have been customers for years and we’ve never had bad service until two months ago. We went to this store to not only upgrade to an unlimited plan, but to also upgrade to new iPhones (we had very basic smartphones). After waiting over 30 minutes to even speak to anyone, the guy we got was extremely rude when we asked if they had any current promotions. He continued to tell us that Verizon doesn’t need us as customers and we can just go across the street to AT&T- so, we did. Now it’s been an absolute nightmare to deal with Verizon over the final bill. Never again. I recommend everyone to stay away from such ignorant customer service.
Nice store, sometimes some of the staff can be rather rude or HAVE to refer to their little tablet instead of just answering simple questions. for me its worth driving a little further to reach another corporate store than deal with this particular location.
Every time I come to this store it is the worst experience of my life. Somehow they make the longer than promised wait time more frustrating each time. Not to mention the overpriced service and annoying hipster staff. I recommend that you avoid this store if at all possible.

My Wife bought a new phone to upgrade her older phone from Verizon, she received the new phone went to the store to get help with setting up newer phone and transfer contacts but was told she has to call a number for them to walk her Thu the process. For the money we pay and the years we have been a verizon customer this is not the service we expected
