The ladies there today 6/9/21 were awesome. My phone was acting up and u couldnt figure out how to fix it. I went to the metro store on old Troy pike and the guy practically said he doesnt know just factory reset my phone. No way. The ladies at the Brandt pike location took the time to help me fix my phone. Ill be going there from now on!!!

Thank you Autumn, and also her co- worker that was with her tonight, I forgot to ask her name but I am so highly satisfied with these ladies they know how to treat their customers even though they get alot of people coming in with different attitudes and personalities they still remain positive and give the best service around. Customer service is one of the hardest jobs in the world people, and these ladies are very knowledgeable and will get you together and out the door satisfied. They also have a decent phone selection.
